This is R.MUTHULAKSHMI having gmail ID

I used to book train tickets by this email ID.
But last 1 and half years IRCTC online ticket booking blocked my ID.
I raised a request to take action on this id. But there is no response from irctc online ticket booking.
As i am poor i cant afford brokerage charge to book tickets outside.
