I am bristy. I had ordered a kurti but i received a cheap transparent cloth which is not at all use for me and the material of the cloth is very low quality. This kiteshop is literally a fake site they are cheating on consumers who trusted them and ordered. Please help me to get my money back. If this doest not happen i will register a complaint in national consumer helpline and personally appeal court so that this site gets blocked forever...

I have ordered a silk saree from aftics website but received a totally different bad product which was sent by the kiteshop. My order id was 9395 and the price of my saree was 799 rupees. By adding shipping charge and tax, i have given 970 rupees for this saree. When i saw this product, it was totally amazing. I guess the product what i found was a cost of 50 rupees. I ordered a designer crop top and lehnga and instead of that i recieved a cheap saree on 22 january 2018 which will cost hardly 200rs and i have paid 880rs for that. Infact i was not allowed to check my item until the delivery boy left so i could not check the actual product inside.
