Ranchi store staff cheet with customers points

As on there was 2148 points in my a/c but when today as on 17.12.2014 i checked my points than i found only 266 points in my a/c
So i heard they are cheating with customer points and today its happen with me as well as other customer.
I lost my point where as i did not purchase and redemed.

I was really amazed by the way those guys out there in one of the Factory outlet of LP in Poonamallee treated us, its was around 8.40 pm, when we were dropped in to the shop, were we had the security guys that the shop is closed and someone inside the shop from the billing section waived his hand and called inside, but we were outside thinking that the shop is closed, we went inside and there were 3 guys around no one seem to be helpful,...

shoe defect
I have purchased your shoe from shekhawat sales in jaipur in which found manufacturing defect it has been opened up from the sides on the upper part of the shole and also the bottom part of the shole has been cracked up.
Kindly advice what to do with this shoe and oblige.
