Hello sir/madam,

I received a message from traffic police on 19th july 2019 for being charged with e-challan pnccc[protected] for not wearing helmet on 13th july 2019 at 10.03. I was at my home town that whole day.

Also the photo attached with the e-challan clearly shows a lady riding on hero honda pleasure, whereas my bike is honda shine (Black).

Request you to kindly delete this e-challan against...

VIOLATIONS are as below
1) registration no not in four digit
2) dangerous driving
3)police manual signal violation

This is really very bad that the Maharashtra traffic police dept don't have any evidence and still they are fineing public...they ahe mentioned that they don't have any evidence and they also don't have any location of incident...I think...
