I'm the resident of Indraprastha complex, Siddhi Arcade, Navghar gaon. We are having lots of mosquitoes in our area, it's terrible. My request to mbmc to send the person for mosquitoes pesticides. It's really difficult for the kids in our society. Please do it asap.

Hello.Since past 3 days no one has come to pick the garbage in our locality and the garbage is getting accumulated all over the locality.Its smelling very much and it may cause spread of disease.Address: D.N. A cat comes from outside my building and goes to the toilet,
The whole building is annoying,
For the past six months everyone has been annoyed, having a latrine outside the house every morning,
You keep the solution to this cat

There is huge dust pollution is created by Imperial Tower PNK builder . There Truck and Dumpers are roaming with Mud and soil in Sector 5, behind new Police Commissioner office. They are making noise and spreading huge amount of dust in residential area of sector 5. Road is yet not constructed by anyone in thus area.
Please take immediate action and stop this pollution to save our family and kids.

Hi, I am resident of Sonam Samruddhi building in Golden Nest Phase 1, bhayander..Even after good rainfall there are always water issues..inspite of paying so many taxes we are still not getting water regularly..Please help to fix this issue as we are regularly paying to get unhygienic water from private tankers

The area around Sector 2 is now becoming an encroachment zone for hawkers and shopkeepers. we cannot get into our own building because shopkeepers and hawkers have covered the whole area.
every day there is some fight and argument with bullies these hawkers pay to sit.

It's sad to see how MBMC knows all this and yet does not take any action against them.

I am resident of Mandakini Building and seeing water issues on continuous basis, not sure why this issues is faced frequently. The water comes only for 10 mins and that on alternate basis. I am staying here from past 16 years and has seen issues on regular basis. I am paying maintenance bill and property taxes without failure but not getting the basic necessity of life. I have old parents at home and they are struggling on daily basis and we are paying additional money by buying water from outside, this has gone now overhead now so requesting the MBMC to look into this on priority basis.

I'm resident of G-1, sita nagar phase-2, near ram mandir navghar phatak road bhayander east, from very long is havibng gutter problem its always full of dirty water which coming up and cant go longer this drainage issue inside society from complete many times from last year. since all water is flowing and very dfficult to walk and falling in it .
this is to inform that the gutter drainage of sita nagar phase 1 navghar phatak road bhayander east, toilet drainage filled in our building compund so we have to keep our wndow closed for 24 hours because of smell n mosquitoes most of the times we faced this problem
you should be take immediate action and get the drainage issue cleared as early as possible.

I live at star vrindavan complex in naya nagar area of Mira road. Since last few months, there's a very extreme scarce of water. We have not been receiving water on regular basis. And if we are, we are getting only half of our tankers filled in each of our houses. We are really facing a lot of problems so much that we don't get enough water to drink! I would really like for the respective responsible person to look into it. Also it could be something related to the secretary being changed. Cause at the time of the previous secretary we used to get enough water. If anyone of the vrindavan person sees this. Please post a complaint here as it has become a really serious issue.

Since the lockdown there has been leakage from above flat which has caused damage to my ceiling in passage and hall.
They were not interested in getting this fixed and after threatening society about legal action, they brought a plumber and did a temporary job.
My whole ceiling is damaged and they are not willing to do anything about it, society also is not cooperating.

Please start mbmt bus as lot of public waiting more than 1.5 hours for best bus but best not stop due to regulatory issued due to covid 19

मागील वर्षा पासून मुंबई अहमदाबाद रस्त्यावर पावसामुळे रस्त्यात खड्डा पडला आहे असाच 1 खड्डा दहिसर चेक नाक्या जवळ NIKE शोरूम समोर गेल्या पावसाळ्यात पडला आहे तो खड्डा अजून ही भरला गेला नाही त्या खड्डयात पावसाचा पाणी साठल्यामुळे वाहनाचे अपघात होऊ लागले आहे तो खडडा इतका भयंकर आहे कि त्या खड्ड्यात दुचाकी वाहन गेल्यावर त्याचे अपघात निश्चित होतात
माजी आपणास ही नम्र विनंती आहे कि तो रस्ता लवकरा लवकर दुरुस्ती करावे

There is lots of mosquitoes in our area please spread some mosquitoes fertilizers which will kill all the mosquitoes there are small childrens and also old peoples in our building

Pls take appropriate action to get this fixed.

This complaint is against a-203 landmark heights, surbhi complex mira road 401107, near sunder darshan. Flat no. A-203 took up major structural change in flat, which may lead major damage on structural integrity.

Alternate day we are getting water and that is also only 15 minutes.
All families are there and it is difficult to manage without water.

My sister-in-law has a positive relationship with pneumonia. Due to the shortage of icu wards in governance hospital, we have been admitted to mira road private hospital (Neptune multispeciality hospital). But the problem is that the hospitalist paid rs 25, 000 per day. We kept the patient two days in the neptune multispeciality hospital and the bill was with medicines worth rs. 60, 000.

Due to not having much facility in this neptune multispeciality hospital then we shifted to another hospital called family care multispeciality hospital in mira road. Family care hospitals from icu ward are charging rs 35, 000 per day.

We are from a middle class family and we are selling our jewelry to pay the bill, taking loan for paying bill. Neptune multispeciality hospital is telling us 10-15 days to keep the patient in the hospital.

Please help me on this, please we do not have much money to pay the hospital. Please do the needful and take necessary action on this.

Myself mr. Swapnil dalvi, an adult indian inhabitant, the resident of flat no. 703/2, phase 9, sonam basera co. Op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd., new golden nest, bhayander east, thane 401107.

The reason to write this letter to you is to register the complain against sonam basera co. Op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd., new golden nest, bhayander east, thane 401107. There is a water seepage from terrace level from last rainy season against which there is no appropriate action has been taken by the society till date. We had written many letters and done several follow ups to society members and informed about this issue. We had discussed the same in sgm of society. Despite of that no action has been taken till date.
It had made damage in ceilings. It has also created the cracks in ceilings. The ceiling paint has also come out. If no action has been taken yet, the situation will be worst by this rainy season.

I had already communicated my complaints to society on personal chat with respective snaps from july 2019 to november 2019 in mode of 6 letters as well as repainting quote from contractors to rectify the ceiling paints. My self as well as most of top floor flat owners have also made 100% additional payment (7, 500.00 rs) for water proofing to society what society was asked to pay to us.

This is the humble request you to handle this matter and take necessary actions to resolve this matter before monsoon.in this regard, i attach herewith all submitted letters to society and also damage ceiling snaps for your review and necessary actions.

It has been more than 4 days that the street lights of gaurav residency phase 2, are not working. Infact, the entire lane from maire gold till pinnacola are not working.
One accident has also taken place, in which a 3-4 months old stray puppy die.
Hence, i request you to pls help us in providing the street lights connection active/working and do the nneedful. As it's really a dangerous situation at night.

I m the residents of new golden nest phase 7 to 10, sir हमारे कॉंप्लेक्स में सभी दुकानदार covid 19 का बहाना बना के mrp से ज्यादा पैसा लें रहे है, मैंने उनको पूछा कि आप ज्यादा पैसा नहीं लें सकते तो उनका कहना है कि हमें mrp पे सब मिल रहा है तो 1-2 रुपये ज्यादा नहीं कमायेंगे तो क्या फायदा । आप कल सुबह (आम नागरिक बनके और बिना लोकल corporator को बताये)आ के सब दूध वालों से check कर सकते है । सभी दुकान वाले मजबूरी का फायदा खुब उठा रहे है । pls आप action लीजिये.
