Bus 20 seats was reserved for private company not allowing to seat
Dear Sir
Today 16 July 2021 is traing from vashi to WTC in MH 43 H5365 bus 106 NMMT. There are 10 seats are available but few peoples from private company are not allowing any body to seat, they have also occupied ladies seat and not allowing old ladies to sear and bus driver is also supporting. Why Government NMMT bus seats are reserved for them and why the local /ordinary people can't seat.
Why bus driver is supporting them
I request to please stop this indiscrimination and inform that this has been stopped so that everyone can seat who has valid ticket or pay for tickets

Bus not stopping at kamothe & kalamboli
I was waiting at kamothe bus stop for almost 45 mins to go CBD Belapur. I saw almost 7-8 buses going but none of them was waiting. I asked the locals why the buses don't stop they said that they have some nexus with local auto drivers because of which they don't stop. This should be stopped immediately, so many people are suffering the bus doesn't stop at all, also some action needs to be taken against auto drivers as they literally park in bus stop area because of which many buses don't stop.

Rare Side seats are broken can be dangerous to passengers.
Dear Team,
While traveling from Indira Nagar to Diva, by Bus No. 82 (MH43-H5139), Rareside seats were broken due to which capacity of two or more people reduced (as now a days no standing is allowed).
Please look into photos and videos I am attaching in this forum.
Please make the service and maintenance of the bus properly.

Not allowed to enter in vasheni 34 no NMMT they at killa belapur

Yesterday on 17 th June 2021, I was waiting there at kille gaothan belapur for 34 number NMMT vasheni, which departure from juinagar railway station to destination vasheni gaon NMMT no.MH-43-BP-8148.NMMT arrive at killa location around 6.35pm but NMMT already had been 3-4 standing person and we were 2-3 person awaiting since half hour, because we didn't had any option without 34 no. Number NMMT because we live in vasheni.but when NMMT arrived at killa location MH-43-BP-8148. But driver did not stop on killa location he was slightly moved nmmt and pickup his relative or friend don't know but I'm also running to caught the NMMT but still he ran NMMT fast away. So my question is it private or family NMMT who are not allowed passenger whoes destination was last stop, some of drivers and conductor are very kindly behave but who was belong to yesterday on no.MH-43-BP-8148 around 6.35 pn behave partially.
Kindly ask him why they didn't allowed other person in nmmt beacause already 2-3 person are standing there.while NMMT stop is where and they stopped NMMT slightly away and pickup there relative.
Please reply and take action against such kind of driver and conductor.

Bus no 71 did not stop at stop PALAVA GATE NO.4
I was standing along with old person aged around 65 or 70. Bus came after 45 minutes and old man was already exhausted standing under sun. Bus arrived at stop and we were in clearly standing in the view of bus driver and raised hand to even stop the bus. However bus driver did not stop the bus at the stop. I ran however bus went ahead, old man fainted and fall on the ground. People pick him up and made to sit for some time and he was waiting for another bus. i had to take auto as i cannot wait for another 45 minutes.

Fraudulent bus conductor
I boarded bus number MH 43
H 5281. at 8'00 hrs from vashi railway station depo for dombivli (route No. 41) on 3rd June 2021. I gave ₹ 100 for my fare of ₹ 37/-. The conductor kept return change on hold under the pretext of not having change on hand at that point of time, When I saw that the conductor had enough collection to return the change of ₹ 63/-, I had to remind him three times to finally to get back only ₹60/- . He kept away the small change of ₹ 3/- which he did not bother to return. I observed he did the same with other commuters also.
Apart from this he was careless with the way he wore the face mask and has a habit of spoiling the currency notes by writing over them with ball pen.
Strict action should be initiated on such unmannerly, irresponsive social behavior and fraudulent personnel .
(I suppose the name of conductor is Mr Bhalerao ) my complaint can be verified by cross examination of other commuters travelling daily on this route.
I request to keep me posted with the Acton taken to root out such behavior.

Complaint about the driver

Myself Dr. Shweta Shivtarkar working at Apollo Hospital, was waiting for the bus to go to Uran (hometown) last 1 and half hour. As my bus arrived the driver was not ready to stop the bus at Parsik Hill stop, even I showed him my ID, he just nodded and left.. What's the use of such unprofessinal behaviour if we health care workers and not treated properly in this pandemic time.. 😓

Even bus full empty but they do not stop bus at our stop( Sun Ravi Printer)

From last 1 month i am waiting for bus which went towards Dombivli or Kalayan ( Bus No-41, 44, 60). I found many of busses empty but they do not stop the bus at my stop due to Covid-19 reasons. but same bus when raech to Mahape then they pick a passengers from MAHAPE bus Stop WHY ????
My Company out punch is 5:00 pm till 6:30pm i cant get single bus, at last every day I am going to may home by rikshaw. which is very costliest.
please look in to this matter & solve the above issue on priority basis.

Unnecessary use of public bus service instead of essential service during Corona period
वरील विषयांस अनुसरून आपलया असे निदर्शनास आणायचे आहे कि, बस नं ७३ (कल्याण ते पनवेल) सरकारी आदेशानुसार आपली बस सेवा ही या लॉकडाऊन काळात केवळ अत्यावश्यक सेवेसाठी उपयोगात असायला हवी परंतू आपल्या वाहकाकडून तशी माहिती प्रवाशांना देताना दिसत नसल्याने आपल्या बसचा वापर तसा होताना दिसत नाही आणि आमच्या सारख्या अत्यावश्यक सेवेत काम करणाऱ्यांना बसचा उपयोग होत नाही.
यामध्ये आपल्या वाहकांना सुचना करण्यात यावी ही विनंती.

Not even allowing essential services people..they are filling seats with general public.. they don't even have Essential id card
I m health care professional.. i come under essential services provider.. but bus driver and conductor not even checking essential id card and allow all general public which dont even have id card. We get suffer because of them, even we have valid id card.. they dont stop bus. Especially major issue is with 71number bus.. Belapur Kalyan.. we use to wait 3-4hr to get a bus

Pathetic service in CBD Belapur
I am standing at CBB Belapur railway station bus stop from around 2 hours.
There are many buses towards Nerul as mentioned on bus stand.
But on actual no bus is running I think.
As a responsible citizen I not boarded local train but if this is thale case with our buses. People will forcefully have to opt for boarding train.
I have seen buses standing in depots for hours and when one bus departs every bus will come back to back.
This is very unfortunate that even a guy is there to supervise the buses. No body is doing their duty properly.
Request the authorised persons to administer the buses properly or give us passes to board via trains

Not allowing to travel with valid id

The nmmt conductor of the route panvel to koparkharine was allowing to travel while having the valid ID with the permission of the police. Without seeing the permission letter how he can decide whether it's fake or not. Without looking at the letter stating that it's fake . I was travelling with the letter for one week but this time he didn't allowed to even enter the bus just said `ye nhi chalega ye allowed nhi he'. If it's not allowed then why the other conductors accepted this #### didn't.Please give me proper reason for it or else need to go for the higher authorities.Incident happened on 25/04/2021 6:00 Am.li

Excess bus fare charged

Excess bus fare has charged by conductor bus no MH 43 H 5119 today I have travelled by the bus mentioned above from CSMT to world trade centre, cuffe parade conductor has charged double fare 30 instead of 15 saying that company rule to charge double fare.where remaining buses are charging only 5, 6, 10, 13 why the rule in nmmt useless bus services.

ठाणे सिडको येथुन सकाळी 8.30 वाजता ठाणे-बेलापूर मार्गे नमुंमपा मुख्यालय बस क्र. 26 ही सुरु होती. आता ती बंद करण्यात आलेली आहे. तरी ती पुन्हा सुरु करण्यात यावी.

I'm 1 hour stay in bus line in stop if panvel but they are says after bus depot person in to says people to 7.30 last bus for karanjade. But im stand for the bus stop in 7 p.m. and all people complaint to the depot but they says to already says the last bus is 7.30. He's says only Saturday bus is last 7.30.
People are complaint to the officers they are ignoring the people and says to complait for the main officers otherwise bus depot of asudgav.
The officer the name of bhalerao he is says i dont know and ignoring the people.

Frequency and tracking.
The frequency has recently decreased which is a huge problem. The frequency of bur after every half hour is very much wanted by every passenger.
And not every bus can be tracked from the mobile app. Which is every necessary to have an look on.
Please resolve these issue as soon as possible. Other all is good

Complaining about conductor behaviour against customer
मि नेहमी खोपोली वाशी या बस मधून प्रवास करत असतो, सकाळी 9.00 वाजता सुटणारी बस मधून, या बस मधील वाहक अतिशय खराब वागणूक प्रवासी यांना देत असतात, ते प्रत्येक प्रवाशी कडे सुट्टे पैसे ची मागणी करतात बरेच प्रवासी सुट्टे पैसे देतात सुध्दा पण एकाद्या प्रवासी कडे सुट्टे पैसे नसतील तर त्याला वरचे पैसे देत नाही आणि त्याला बसमध्ये नाही यायचं सुट्टे पैसे नसतील तर असे बोलून त्याचा अपमान करत असतात,

Unethical behaviour
My name is Shivkumar Singh. Dated 19.02.2021 accident happened with me at Saigaon bus stop Dombivali east at 9.45am. Bus number is MH 43.H.5041 from Dombivali to Uran. Actually, I am near by Saigaon bus stop approximate distance from Bus stop is only 10-15 steps. I shows hand to stop bus and he slow the bus but as i was climbing the bus, Driver increase speed suddenly and i fall down and got injured on my Head and Shoulder. There were people who shout then he stopped bus else big accident could be happened with me and also dangers for my life. I Climbed on bus and ask conductor and Driver why you are increased bus speed then he talked with me in rude behavior and i told him, i will complain against you then he told me Kar do. it means they don't afraid from Sysem. I want some action against with them so such things not happened with other people and they should have fear of System. Please reply here with your action.

I am a regular commuter of your bus service and am grateful that you have stated this route (Bharat Gears to Mulund Check naka) during this Covid times where the present government has not started the trains yet.
Even if the trains start, I will be commuting through your bus service, however this is my humble request, please install the Display Signs of No smoking, chewing Tobacco Paan Gutka, and No Spitting sign in your bus.
Also request the conductors to introspect and ask the commuters chewing Tobacco Paan Gutka to stop doing so, and empower them to impose fine on such commuters.
Also if possible announce these statutory warnings in the Public address system at frequent intervals in the bus.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
