The product was not delivered
I placed an order, but canceled it within 10 minutes of placing it. Their policy says the cancellation period lasts for 24 hours, starting when the order is submitted. They responded to me a week later and said my order cannot be canceled. Now they respond to my emails with stupid responses. I DO NOT recommend this website as it is not reliable...

They are not cancel my order
I placed an order and canceled it ten minutes later. Their policy is to cancel within 24 hours but they responded with excuses a week after the fact and said they would not honor my cancellation request. They have extremely poor customer service. Do not use this website to make a purchase because you will regret if you do....

I placed an order by mistake and cancelled it within 10mins of placing it. Their policy says cancellation should be done within 24 hours of placing it. They responded to me a week later and said it cannot be cancelled. Now they respond to my emails with stupid responses. Please avoid this website as its a scam...
