No response to advance payment to grocery order. No one picks phone. Status on app remains no delivery....

Sir, I have ordered online vegetables on 17th september worth rupees 200 and paid also but it never got delivered and no response from customer care also. Then I got doubt so complaining here.

Please look into this matter....

2 orders placed online from OTP express for home delivery are not received. This company has absolutely no ethics. Each time someone picks up the call and promises delivery/refund only to be cheated again...

Order is not delivered and app shows order delivered. I want my money back to my account. Why should Otp want payment upfront with out delivery of product. Previously in many order one or other item will be missed and they say no stock, otp never refunds nor no item delivery. Service is extremely poor:
1 customer service contact number: no body receives calls
2 no response to the mails sent to them
3 for order number[protected], few items were not supplied but the refund has not happened so far
4 order number[protected] should have been completed on 27th August but the delivery has not happened so far...

After 7 days all so i have not recived any item so i hve complaint to customer care and cancled the item they told they will refund the amount in 3 to 5 working days . I ordered vegetables on otpxpress app and made payment for home delivery on 30/07/2021. purchase order no:[protected]. Order is not delivered still and shop guy claims that we are not reachable which is false. Also order shows as completed on otpxpress app while we have not received the delivery. Please provide a refund for vegetables purchased....

We are not able to reach OTP Express call centre and number does not connect. Order placed on 13th July and not yet delivered. Status shows as dispatched to store. When we go to store, they say it is managed by central hub and not connected to any local store. No response from local store or call centre. Not even refunding our amount....

Groceries are essentials and need to be delivered on time. Here it's like placing an order into a black hole. Once placed there is no way to get into with them nor track. Their customer support does not pick any call nor do you get any updates. They have not yet been delivered yet and I have to buy the same from outside....

I had ordered few things on OTP express few days back. There were musk melons which were spoilt when I received my order. I called the customer service agent and then she said the amount will be refunded for those spoilt items within 7 days of time frame. However I haven't received any refund yet and they are not responding to my calls as well....
