I have tried to make a payment of rs 349 on 18.4.2018 at around 12:30 pm through hdfc netbanking but the transaction was unsuccessful but the amount got debited from my account and i neither got any confirmation from pan india or payubiz... Which i got when i made the payment again at 6:30 pm on the day day i contacted the bank they are saying it is done with the bank check with the merchant... My transaction ref no is 181087252137... Kindly help

I have applied for PAN card online
http://panind.com (order id HI-15175634167N) and speed post consignment number ( EM316758817IN).i did not get any cinfirmation email nor get any call. I have sent my all documents by speed post but they did not sent me any verification about this. Please do needful action against them.
Please accept this letter as my formal apology for what i have written in complaint for panind.com.
As i was waiting for call and text but not get so without veryfying in email i submitted complaint.
I am taking back my complaint regarding not receiving pan card.
Please be assured that i have taken all the necessary measures so that this type of mistake never happens again.
I deeply regret it ever having happened and once i am truely sorry and humbly ask for your forgiveness.

i get confirmation by mail regarding PAN CARD.
I had applied for correction of pan card on 2nd july 2017 and my order id is pe-14989935644n and they asked for scanned original documents for verification and i aslo sent to email [email protected] When i contacted the panind through email/phone there was no response. I was trying for the last 2 month except the auto-generated emails no information from this organisation. I am need of pan card for to join my job. Please help me as soon as possible.
