Name Mismatch: ID card and Internet Database
PAN ID Card (hard copy) provided by PAN INDIA is having correct NAME(GOURI SHANKAR AGRAWAL).
As the name in PAN Card ID is correct i don't want the duplicate one.
But when i am verifying the details in internet for my PAN#AFBPA2337N, It is displaying the wrong name(GAURISHANKAR).
Why the name is not matching in internet and PAN Card ID (hardcopy provided by PAN INDIA)?.
When i sent an email to, they replied me and asked me to request for Changes or Correction in PAN data.
Why I have to fill form for the Correction/duplicate PAN Card?

Hello sir,
I have applied online for my lost pan card on website PAN INDIA (http://www.applypanindia.in) in which I pay 299 rupees to them online but they did not give me any receipt for it. I am trying to call them on there no. given on website but its not working[protected]. I send them mail many times but they are not responding me . After paying the money they provide me communication id: 270492 for track Pan card but it's not working.
I want my money back and want to register complaint against these fraud.
I'll be highly thankful to you if you can help me.

I have paid 299 and applied for pan card and have sent the necessary documents.
They are saying that my driving license has initial in name and so have stopped my application.
They are not replying anymore.
I need justice.

one of fraud company panind.com, i have apply for pan card since 2 weeks ago, and today still not got any information from this company side, i have call many time( +[protected]
[protected]@panind.com) to them but there number is not connected i had call 50 time, even send them mail but i didnt got revert from there side i have pay 299 form online banking but after paying even i didn't any confirmation

Dear Sir / Madam,
This is with reference to my PAN Application(Ack No: [protected]).
I have submitted my recent color photograph three times as per the guidelines, but everytime I am notified that there is a discrepancy in the photograph provided. I am unable to understand what is wrong. Please note:
1. My photograph was of size : 3.5 cm *2.5 cm , as mentioned in the guidelines.
2. It was a color photograph.
3. I pasted it on seperate white paper and also provided an extra copy along with that in the courier packet.
4.I did not sign over it.
5. I pasted it in such a way that it can not be folded.
6.I was not waring any spectacles in the photograph.
7.The photo was not stapled.
8.It was neither a faint photograph nor a side face photo.
I fail to understand what is wrong with the photograph that I have sent. The last time I sent the photograph, I took all care to meet the given criteria. Please atleast mention clearly what is wrong with the photograph instead of giving general reasons mentioning all the issues possible with the photo.
Now, please let me know if I there is any option of sending a scanned photograph by email, instead of arguing over it.
I am tired of sending photographs and I need to get my PAN card at the earliest.
So, please help as soon as possible and help me get rid of this issue.
