Still he is fooling to everyone then to consumer complaint staff is not doing anything..i think so this ppl also having a money under the table...like Police... Even they do the same things.. I was supposed to complain about it but they will not entertain us... The police man will say that we have a lot work to do instead of doing this because he is not getting money under the table...unlesss & until he will not work for us.. They are not social worker... But all are police is not the same.. Some are good too... I wish I would be lady police.. I would have done good things for india.. This ppl are saying that now it's digital India... Lol 😂... I booked a saree from www.pancydeal.com. I got a different saree that to worst quality. I booked one silk saree which costs 650rs. But I got a saree which is very low class which is not only related to the one what I booked. I am very disappointed with their service. I want to get my money back. Again they did not mention their contact details any where. They are cheating all the public. So please take any action on them. Please help me.

Saree ordered was silk and sent is totally different i. E cheap and synthetic. So kindly refund my money or change my order. The saree shown in the pic was silk mustard blue colour n send was dirty orange colour which i will never use. So i want to change it... Please get it changed however i don't know if such things will happen i will never buy things online n i will put panty deal cheating on public sites and ask all people not to buy things from panty deal.

I, Bincy Xavier purchased a Saree from your respective E-commerce site (Designer polly silk Saree for women Blue colored Saree, Order No- 36442 Ordered date[protected]. Today the product got delivered but the color which i was ordered was Blue and the item which i got was Pink colored Satin Saree.The color and quality of the product makes me down.

So i want to return this product immediately, Kindly do the needful for returning the item..!!!

On 11.01.2018 i placed an order for a “salwar fabric” and this was delivered to me on today (16.01.2018). I have discovered that the product has the following damages:

1. Not the exact product which i have ordered
2. Rejection

The consumer rights act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods i receive must be of satisfactory quality and for the reasons stated above they are not.

Note: here i have attached the original image which i have ordered actual.

We ordered 1 saree and one kurthi and the total amount is 1200 including shipping charge. We ordered it as 2 orders. And today we got the delivery. Before the delivery itself from the courier center we got a warning that it may be fake. Because there is no address of the sender. But we paid the cash and received it. It is totally fake. I can't believe.in place of the items we have ordered we got 3 churidar materials which are totally damaged and not even it can be used as a night wear. This is cheating. What we will do? You have to make a solution. We want our money back. The order no. 37096 and 37107.

My order number was 37821. Order was for a kurti, but got a saree instead. The company representatives called me demanding why i made such complaint. I explained, and they asked for my bank account number, which i did not give, instead asked them to transfer using paytm to my mobile number. Now, they statrted yelling at me calling me an # (Bewaquf). So is it okay to yell at ur customer for a mistake u make. Kindly help me get my money back. They called me from different numbers every time

Hi, i am really disappointed and dejected to see the product (Multy color art silk bhagalpuri sarees with blouse) which i received today (13/01/2018) from pancydeal. Bcoz the product got is not against my order, this is another one. I don't want this, as i have ordered the said item to someone else.

My order number 35994.I ordered two saree's on 10 Jan 2018 Wednesday.l eagerly awaiting my saree but today I got my dress when I got my dress m full disappointed when I opened the order it was fully changed.. Colour are changed ..dress material are changed while ordering the product look good but after raciving m very upset it is not same as my order it was tottly changed ..I want to return my order please give my money back 1200/- thanks

I have ordered a product from this pancy deal order no 31863 on the 5 th jan 2018.. I received wrong nd cheap dress material from them.. They have very fraud site & phone number.. U cant contact with them after purchased the product.. How to retuned the product now becoz there is no mail id no ph number.. There should be some legal action against them

On making a complaint on delivery of the wrong product of cheap quality, an executive made contact referring herself as an executive with the contact number [protected], tried to initiate fake refund process and steal money from my account claiming as card to card transfer process.
If no one is going to respond about this they gonna keep cheating consumers. Pancy deal is needed to take claim on this for cheating public or else legal action would be soon proceeded on them.

I have purchased one saree from pancy deal issue. The product was devlivered one saree which was very low quality which is very diffferent from the oreder registered. And also colour is very different the registered one. When i search for return there is no return process and the contact number is not working. So kindly sent the process of return and kindly contact to me for return.

Please file the complaint abt them.. Same issue had happened with me yesterday... I ordered kurta & received something else.. Which is not worth 550 rs.. How u ppl can't find out this chor.. If police can do anything if they want to.. Please note make of it.. Take police help & do it.. Now technology is very updated in this century.. U ppl can easily find out it.. U can find out him.. From which ip addresses he created website & all, from which place.. I think so everyone is getting courier from surat only.. Please help everyone now we will not get money back but u will arrest owner of pancydeal.. We are getting courier from xpressbees.. At least ask courier company that from where they are getting this stuff.. Even address is wrong at least we will satisfy with this.. Please take this on priority.. If i would have police inspector i have done this without taking any cost.. I don't like this thing happening in our country.. Now it's digital india.. We can trace anything.. But we don't have that access.. I am trying everything from my end to complain abt it.. Police man will not entertain us for middle class ppl.. So please take it on priority & resolve this

I purchase 2 cloths in 1500 before 3 days by pancydeal.com but they delivered today 2 kurtis it is very cheep quality and different colors i order pink color but delivered black color, and 2nd i have order goun but they send kurtis and quality is very cheep. Now i m trying all no but all are switch off. The have no cc number and email id at site. Please take the action on this company and we need return this material and refund my money.

The products i have recieved are totally different from the ones i had ordered. I had ordered two sarees but have received poor quality suits. The order no. 29668. There is no customer service number or email address mentioned in the company's site but they have mentioned that in order to return our products we need to mail them within 48 hours after the products have been delivered. I want a refund of rs. 1222. Immediate action must be taken and the matter has to resolved as soon as possible.

The ordered placed on 25th december not yet delivered it was mentioned it will be delivered in 7-8 business day but till now no tracking details or either correct phone number is mentioned
