Hi i have ordered a kurti with order no.28214 with pancydeal.com. Order total : rs.334.88 as i paid through online on 28 dec 2017 but i didnt received the product till now please refund my amount. Even the provided contact no. Is not working it is saying as switched off or else provide alternate contact no. No customer care details. Please refund the amount.

Refund my money rs 550. My order no is 29391. U send me very cheap quality nd wrong product. Awb[protected]. Plz refund my money. I was order black silk gown worth rs399. I jyotsana rawat have ordered a white chanderi digital designer printed kurti. With designer white chiffon dupatta.. Cost 550... But unfortunately i received very cheap and low quality beige colour suit with orange salwar and dupatta.... Please help me out and tell me how to replace the product and get my money... Back.. I have ordered the item worth rs:446.88/- on 16th dec 2017, order # 21676 and payed through the instamoja (Online payment id - mojo7c16005a[protected].

I havn't received the product till now and i have tried to call for the number provided on site several times (+91 [protected]) but it says switched off and i've tried to draft a mail to cancel the product and refund the amount, even the email id ([protected]@woorockets.com) is not working.

I have raised the complaint in instamoja as well, case id c[protected].

I have ordered a blue & orange designer kurthi through your site "https://www.pancydeal.com". But unfortunately i have received green & pink colour chudi rather than receiving the ordered goods. And so i have choose to return it back to the seller. Please facilitate me at earliest & revert me back in terms of any other queries.

And when i have gone through the return policy details, its been noted that in case of return of products, we have return it back within 48hrs. So considering the time, kindly revert me back at earliest.

Pnc27121 (Ktn delihvery no:[protected] but coming to delivery you have given me a green welvet saree so you have given totally wrong product so as a unsatisfied customer i want return your product and i want refund my amount. I have ordered a digital printed kurti for women with jacket - xl and i have received the goods on thursday.

I was shocked to look at the product since the kurti which i ordered, is completely different from the one which i have received and even that is of very very poor quality.

May i know what is the issue in sending the ordered one to me?

May i know the procedure to get the cash back or how can get the exact product with better quality.

Wrong and damaged product delivered. Torn and not enough cloth to meet the measurements even if thought o[censored]sing it. When i tried to contact them for refund i couldn't find a way to contact them. Its such a fraud site. Be careful people out there.. Don't fall in the false promises of these sites for such a low cost of dresses..

I have ordered a pink colour saree for mu wife and the product dispatched is wrong and very poor quality. The product which is shown was different and the product delivered is different and the quality of the product is so bad it is not of any use. I had ordered a baby pink saree for my wife instead of that i gota dark maroon saree first place they took the cash and on the site in return policy they write please email us so we can initiate return in 7days but the isnt any of their email id on the site plus the contact number and everything give by them of some person named keyur patel
In surat is totaly wrong totally fraud and bogus company the goverment should take very strict action against such frauds if they want to promote internet shoping and banking in india

I had orderd saree on 19 dec 2017 and i got some material instead of it, i want to return that and get refund but the number they have provided on shipment details does not exist. I had ordered it through their facebook page. I saw some complains for this same number but the company name was different so i guess these people are running fraud business.

I am sending this mail from punalur kerala.. I had seen your add in facebook and ordered an item.. Unfortrunately it was my bad choice.. My order number 21534 have not yet received till.. Its a kurti.. Red colour. I had already done an email.. But the address doesnot exist.. No phone number available.. No way to contact you peoples i had already done the payment. After that there is no response from you peoples.. Very bad customer service from your side. Give me a reply.. Atleast.. Otherwise i will move legally..

I order two saree from pancy deal few days ago. Today i received the parcel and paid cash for that. When i opened it i found two disgusting type of suit materials which is of so low quality and cheap that i cant even think of ordering it. That suit even didn't cost so much. When i tried to complain about it then i found no customer care or number in their site.
Please take some serious action against this site who is only established to make other people fool. This is a fraudulent site.
