I have received a product which has no relation with what i have ordered i need a refund to my bank account immediately. I had ordered for kurtis and what came was suit material, why do u do this kind of dealings will never trust this site anymore, i need a refund to my bank account immediately. We order from such sites believing to have good products as shown in the pictures and what i recieved here is just 2 piece of cloth ehich can be used for nothing, i[censored] cannot provide with the correct product please dont give advertisement. Please initiate my refund. I really dont need this item which can be used for nothing

I had ordered pink embroidery saree order no :22071 cost of 499+shipping charge 1 20 on[protected].. But i received received worst color and worst quantity fabric saree and i have to return the saree in this site there is no costumer service and i want refund please solve my problem. How to return the saree.. They will refund or it's fake.. Cheating the costumers.. Please dnt buy in this site

Please make the delivery of the product as soon as possible... I dont want the amount which i have been paid in advance on 20/12/17 rs. 628/-... I have made one complaint morning... I also received one call asking my debit card number to refund of the amount... But i dont like to take the risk... So i request you to deliver the product only... Find the attached statement of payment for your reference...

This is poornima. I ordered a top which is shown in website and they delivered some cheap cloth type material which is very unfair. What actually i ordered is a top which is good but they delivered something else which is not at all acceptable. This is fraud as they are charging amounts and not giving proper products to the customers. This type of frauds shouldnot be encouraged. Need to take action on them.

I order a semi stitch lehenga and got a kurti in parcel.. Sir or ma'am either refund the money or take your delivery parcel and send me the lehenga which i ordered. As email address u have given on delivery parcel i emailed that i received a wrong parcel. Please take immediate actions. Waiting for your response.

Hi sir/madam my self sangeeta mahiley ordred pancy clothing art silk peach embroidered semi stiched lehenga and heavy moti work saree from pancy deal (Inv. No:pnc-19421 awb no:[protected]delhivery) but was surprised to see something else. This can be directly termed as fraud as none of their customer care number is reachable and no repsponse from pancydeal team. I have paid 1400.00rs..

I have also tried to search for any email or something like that but again unable to find anything. More expectedly none of their social site account redirected from their site.

We want our money to be refunded...

Sir/madam i komala bv had placed an order on 14th dec 2017 @1.03 pm with order no pnc-19755 for a saree of pancy creation art silk blue and orange saree costing rs 663.88. I received the product from delhivery on 17th dec 2017 with kiteshop shipment with awb no[protected] and the order no pnc-19755. But the product is not that i have ordered (Issued green and pink) so i don't want the product. Hence please refund the amount which i have paid. Thank you

I. Ordered 2 kurtis of price 399 i received the item yesterday and paid the money to delivery boy. The item which i ordered and received was entirely different. The received doesn't have even average quality too. I paid around 1000 rs. And tried to contact them but didn't found any service care for customers the mail id which they showed on the package was wrong. They have kept a other email inside the package and texted them through mail but i didn't got any response. I am not satisfied with their service and product. I was ordered a saree on13.12.17 vide order No. 19437 for RS. 663.88 and delivered through kiteshop shipment vide AWB No.[protected] and received on 19.12.17. when the parcel was opened the item delivered is not as per specification, colour, cheap, very low quality and disgusting. The firm is cheating with the customer. So please refund my amount of RS. 660 at the earliest

I have ordered 2 kurtis, on 11th december 2017. I have received the order on 18th december 2017. After seeing the order i found that it is a product mismatch. It is not the same product which i have ordered and also it was having a very substandard quality. I have checked the site for return option, but unable to find anything. Please help me to return the order. Or else i will reach consumer forum and file a complaint against your site. Hope you understand my concern and help me to return the item and get my money refund. This company is very chest. I am ordering blue and orange designer kurti and they send me purple and cream suit piece. Please return my money 550 aur either send me same blue and orange designer that i have choose immediately. The clothe they have send me is not to wear. It is less 100 rs i think.
