Today I was booked two RTC ticket from Tanuku to Visakhapatnam through techprocess. Amount Rs. 911/- is debited from my account but tickets are not booked. What is the problem and when my amount is return back....

I am trying to renew my passport from the last 2 years but nothing happens, without proper reason they are rejecting the passport renewal, when i met one the conecrned officer senthil pandian not eligible for a TAG IAS, he simply said pls dont come here, who the hell the i need to approach to solve my grivence, which got rejected for the past 5 times, i was forwarded to murali a PIMP (PA) ...he is shouting at me before the RPO(senthil pandian)...
