An amount of Rs.5100 has bene paid towards fastag recharge on 31st January2022 only an amount of Rs.2000/- has been credited to my fastag and I was told it is due to KYC issues and the balance will be transferred to fastag account in the month Feb. Till now neither the payment got transferred nor refunded...
