My name is anoop m. I had booked a bus ticket via red bus and had to cancel it... On 18/12/17 i got msg from payuib that my refund amount will b reflected in my account in the next 10 days... Tday 15 days are over and has not received it... It was rs 950 against proposal no 39342111 from ibibo group private limited... Kindly refund the amount asap... Or clarify the situation...

I tried to book the tickets through the redbus from bangalore to perundurai on 04/07/17 but the tickets amount rs 2250 was deducted from my a/c with axis bank - coimbatore. But no tickets confirmed from the transport - no1 air travels,
I immediately contacted the red bus customer care. The reply that the amount will be credited in your concerned bank a/c within 7 w. Days
