All these years my bank paid my bsnl bills for about 5 years. Payments went on
Smoothly.
But now from jan 2019 the bsnl troubles me for bill payment.
They do not tell me what has gone wrong, the bank or the bill payment method changed?
I am an old lady. Paying through my bank was easy for me.

I am a resident of gola ghat wish to complain that the power supply at golaghat region is very poor. The management of power supply not provide min 10% of co operation. Out 24 hours power break down carried out for min 18 hour. How peoples will be survive in this condition. The management service is very worst. Peoples are fade up with the power supply. There are no improvement in power supply.
