Dear Sir,
This is with reference of my earlier letter dated 03/11/2008 and, to bring in your kind notice again that, I had taken a Personal Loan from American Express Bank Ltd, vide unique account no. 179367 in april’2006. But after takeover/merger with SCB, Standard Chartered Bank never informed me regarding this issue and new Personal Loan Account number.
Last week, I got a call from above said people regarding above said issue, he told me to give him cash but, I denied to release cash to him. I told him to deposit payment through cheque only but for that I need any authenticated document directly from bank, and, only then I will able to issue cheque to SCB. I further ensure him that Payments are not issue, but I need authenticity, whether I am giving money to the right hands or not.
Above said person again called me in morning of 03/11/2008, when I strictly told him not to pay in cash and need authenticated written letter from Standard Chartered Bank., this fellow started to abusing and threatening me. I still told him that this is not the right way to speak your customer but he was not ready to listen me.
Now I am compel to write you to take a strict action against him and clarify to me also through written communication, otherwise, I will compel to approach legal authorities, Police, Consumer / civil court.
I again request to do needful.

How to pay Loan EMI
Dear Sir, I am Jaikumar had salary a/c with ICICI and got a personal loan from it. Now ICICI converted a/c as normal savings a/c as i left the company for which i was working. I faced very very poor response from customer service. I want to close dealings with ICICI.I asked ICICI to let me pay my loan EMI at branches or Else to send an executive to my house to collect. Really poor customer service. My only intention is to pay back ICICI which helped me in time by providing loan. I was paying as auto debit from a/c. I am a professional and need to go to office and cant roam for paying EMI standing in a big queue etc. Customer care executives guided me in wrong path from 10th oct 08 and finally ended up from beginning.Well knowing that mine is a salary a/c ICICI granted pre-approved loan without much documents too. Will people stick to same company till death ?... It seems like a preplanned activity to cheat people like this to attract charges. Jaikumar

You are right though. ICICI is the worstest bank among the worst list. I'm also experiencing the same problem. tell me if you had overcome that problem somehow, as this post is quite a time from now.

hi sir this is mohammed arif i want to know that if i don't pay my emi what would be the result because sir previously i used to work with tata teleservices on that time i avail a personal loan with icici bank ltd for a amount of rs2 lakh's i already pay 4 month's emi last december my company give me a pink slip right now i don't have fund's to pay the emi amount can u plz suggest me.

My captioned personal loan was raised and top up was done on 31 Aug, 2006 and at the same time I was forced to open a zero balance account number 1242932 with a clear cut understanding that I would not operate that zero balance account. I was given to understand by you that the EMIs would be taken as earlier i.e through ECS.
Later, I was informed that instead of taking EMI through ECS, you tried to collect the same through your Zero Balance account which I had not maintained, as was agreed with you. Then you agreed and took cash from me.
After that, I kept on paying cash as and when you informed me telephonically. Not a single time, I requested you to postpone the date.
Till Sept 2007, it went on like this. Then I thought it better to pay you even before you gave me a ring and, therefore, I dropped a cheque in your drop box much before the due date. But inspite of this, I got a call from you that you would not accept my cheque and would prefer to collect the cash which I immediately paid. But to my surprise, you got the cheque also collected. That way you took double the EMI from me on the same date.
When I asked you about this double payment, I was informed by you that you would send me the refund of one EMI, which I did not receive. So I requested you to adjust the excess EMI in the month of November, 2007, which you agreed.
But in November itself, I started getting telephone call in a very rude manner demanding some unspecified dues. I was harassed time and again and threatening were given to me. So, I approached you Customer Care Department and registered my complaint. I also offered that I was ready to pay the EMIs through ECS from my account in other bank
(as I was paying prior to top-up of my loan). I also offered to give balance PDCs or I was also prepared to pay you the principal amount due to that date. Your department was kind enough to allow me to pay EMIs in cash and they rang me up apologising for the incidents.
Thereafter, till date I have been paying the EMIs well jn time.
On 30th July, 2008, I again received a call at 5.50 PM from Gurgaon. The called identified herself as Ms Sanjana calling from Phone number[protected] on behalf of ABN Amro bank who again talked in a threatening voice demanding pending dues. She also threatened to settle the matter or bear the consequences. I was shocked and, therefore, told Ms Sanjana that I would report the matter to Police. She immediately disconnected the phone. I rang again on the same number twice but nobody responded.
It also came to my notice that you have shown me as a defaulter on the website too. This has given me a great shock. You have spoilt my credibility for which, I think, I should file a defamation suit against you.
Now, I request you to settle the matter once for all. I give you the following options:
1. Take the –principal balance amount due as on date.
2. Take PDCs for the balance EMIs.
3. You may take EMIs through my Andhra Bank Account, as was being done earlier.
At the same time, please close my Zero Balance account no. 1242932 with immediate effect. I am unable to maintain the same in view of income tax norms.
Please do the necessary thing and stop harassing me. If you would not agree to my proposals, I will have no alternative but to take the matter in the court of law.

LOAN REPAYMENT STATEMENT
After long telephonic request and discussion with hoping bounding to inform you that as per verification of my bank account I came to know that some one else (i, e Bajaj Finance and ClgNlg) has been encashed my EMI which had been issue in the name of you only but I have no problem at all only one problem is there I have not yet been received any Loan repayment statement so I think after repayment of all the dues if you ignore the same because I have no information in respect of cheque will be encashed by some one else on behalf of CITI FINANCIAL SONSUMER FINANCE INDIA LTD (i.e third party clearance system order).
I therefore, request you to very kindly send the upto date repayment statement with balance due otherwise sent me through e-mail. I have no non payment intention but without intimation I could not agree to pay the single paisa to you which please note.
I am eagerly awaited your reply with immediately.

harasament from bank
sir i m existing customer of kotak mahindra bank . my personal loan no. is CSG 1501241 .i was took 76391/- personal loan ON 27 FEB 07 from bank . i was regular in 10 month . but due to some financially condition i couldnot made payment from 3 month. i asking some times for payment .N I PROMISSE I LL GIVE EVERY PAYMENT . bank executive asking payment for settlement. ON SANCTION I GAVE 3500/- TO EXECUTIVE. FROM 3 MONTH 200/- PER MONTH I GIVE THEM . now MY CONDITION R VERY LOOSE . i m very harass from bank n feel very bad .

This is for your information that I had applied for a personal loan from citi financial Guwahati, G.S.Road Branch.In the first field investigation I was out of station.So I requested them to have a 2nd investigation when I reached the city. Subsequently after lots of persuation they had it done.Then I contacted Mr.Subhendu Dutta and Ms.Rakhi of your office.They told me that my procedures will be done very shortly.On the 12th of september I handed over 4 post dated signed cheques to Ms.Rakhi and a undertaking which was also signed by me.Accordingly they told me that I would get my loan by monday i, e, on the 15th of september.As i am a sales professional I have to go to various places of north eastern region.
From last monday till writing of this mail I tried to contact your office staffs to know about the status.But unfortunately they are not giving me any proper answers.
It is a matter of disgrace that a big financialinstitution like citi financial is behaving in such a immatured way.I donot require the loan as of now and will be pleased if you answer to my querey as to why your institution has harrased me to such a extent

gud evening sir, myself manish aggarwal and my father name is mr. vinod aggarwal actualy my father had taken the one personal loan from citi financial and he has paid this peronal loan amount and the account also has been closed of this citi financial but the problem is that the cheques which has been paid by my father at the time of security are not refunding if we try to contact from the bank but there is no response from that side and the address of that bank is krishna nagar, citi financial east delhi please cooperate with us and my father name is: vinod aggarwal, contact no. is [protected], and the ref# number of this loan is 5682849...please contact on this above e-mail id thanking you..
I've been getting a lot of calls from these two numbers[protected] and[protected]. I believe these numbers are from a collection center operating somewhere in District Thane, Mumbai. These people just don't give a chance to pick up the phone before disconnecting, and when I finally speak to them, I get the answer as, "Sir, you must have not picked up the phone, so obviously it's going to be a missed call." I think I should have at least the time to take the phone out of my pocket or from my table before it goes into a missed call log. Please, if somebody can help me, please do so. By the way, I'm visiting the loca ICICI branch here in Nagpur for my loan which is over, but still these calls are about 4-5 times per day. I've tried calling back, but it seems these numbers are alloted as only for outgoing calls.

I had written a letter to your Delhi Office on 11 Deecmber 2008 mentioning that I have lost my job due to recession w.e.f. 1.1.2009 wherein my salary would not be credited to the bank and the ECS will stop w.e.f from 1.1.2009, but the ECS in Jan has been cleared. In the mean time I was awaiting for the reply for my letter, but I have not received any reply and on the contrary I received a call yesterday saying that I have to pay my EMI of Rs.2832/- immediately and the person named Ravi came to my house and he sat inside my house my son was there I was not there at home, I had come to my office collect my dues. I spoke to him over the phone and I told him how can he just enter my house without any prior information, he told me I will not leave the house till you give me the money. This was a very very strange attitude of your financial company, over and above the personal also called my office he abused me very very badly and after I left the office he called again and spoke to the security person and gave him bad words. I cannot under stand if my intention was not to pay you back I would have not bothered to write to you. Shame on you people, you are using goons to recover money from the lady. On humanity grounds atleast you should consider a lady, its not that I am not going to pay you. I know that I have already paid you more than the loan taken from you.
I would appreciate if you could consider some reduction in the final settlement to enable me to settle the account at the earliest. I want to get rid of this loan and your harrasment over the phone at the earliest.

Please ask your recovery personnel to stop abusing over the phone and if it still continues, I will be left with no choice but to file a insolvency petition against the Citifinancial and would deposit the amount in the court and you can recover it from there.

Miss guide by bank DST.
Dear concern,
I have applied for a personal loan from Yamunanagar branch on 20-08-08 by bank DST named Mr.Mandeep, mobile no-[protected].
On 25-08-08 they offer me loan amt. Rs.73000, Emi 3823 for 24 months & payment will be given to me after deduction of 2% processing fee & 12.36 service tex on processinf fee. I agreed on offer & gave my 4 security cheque to ICICI Bank DST amt 22938 in per cheque. My refrance no is 60408234.
But I shocked on 29-08-08 when I recived my cheque(cheque no 408143, amt. Rs.68418 only) & study my customer letter. I found that ICICI only give me loan amt. Rs.70301, emi 3823 for 24 months.
I discuss this problem ICICI Bank DST in yamunanagar. They could not gave me any satisfied answer. I also confirm this from ICICI Bank loan department but ant got reasnable answer.I also discuss this matter from Mr. Raman ( Credit Manager in Panipat Branch) but could not get satisfied answer.
Now I am in trouble that how can this problem will solve out.
Because this a matter of missguide & misscummitment & a net loss of RS.2700 to me if I accept this wrong cheque.

Redemption Statement
I have a personal loan account with Barclays since December 07.
First of all, I had requested for a tenure of 5 years but the bank gave me a term of 1 year which led to a big EMI. The option given to me was either take the 1 year or cancel the loan. I was promised a loan in 7 days but got it only after almost a month so I took up the loan.
Last month I called and asked for a redemption statement to clear off the loan which I was promised will come in 7 days but it has still not been posted to me.
The 1st question that would arise is why I have not called the bank again - THE ANSWER IS - THE IRRITATING NUMBER PROVIDED 6000 7888 DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY.. When you dial, there is just half a ring and then an engage tone...
It is the most pathetic bank I have banked with and will never in life recommend it to anybody..

For your kind persual i have recieved Rs 5, 00, 000 personel loan in the month of August 2007 since than every month the amount is deducted on every month of 5th for some times my salaray may be delayed due to inconvince i may not be able to adjust the amount on time .Hence i request you to deduct the emi on every month 10th so that i will be very thankful to you .And also kindly send my loan track schedule to my mail id at the earliest mail id. On[protected] i got a postalmail for my address from the Chengalpet Branch, carrying the matter of repayment of personal loan dues structure. I had not yet received my personal loan amount of Rs.50, 000, But how i got the bill. I want the details how the loan amount had settled for me through cheques or cash, if cheque means what is the cheque number and date, when and at which branch it was withdarn or withdrawn into whose account. Prepayment of PL A/C no10178361

Please refer the subject mentioned above, Inthis regard I have issued a cheque bearing no 873051 datd 6.11.07 for Rs 32452.77 in favour of HDFC bank Ltd as full & final sttelment of above P L, But unfortunatly the above cheque bounced due to default of my banker on dated 28.11.07 but the bank's official are not informed me about the bouncing of cheque even telephone while i visited bank more than 4 times regarding the same issue & i also ask by phone why the EMI is continuing after issuing the above cheque, then mrs Bhavna Mishra told me the cheques are going firstly at Kolata then Mumbai after that HO mumbai is presenting the cheque therefore more chances for late present of cheque at your bank in the mean time EMI's are encashed by the HDFC bank, when i see the EMI are going on reguler basis i recontacted the bank official Mrs Bhavna mishra, Mr chatterji at HDFC bank branch Lucknow for non encashment of cheque no 873051but they are not responding reason i dont know i finaly reached at bank on 7.6.8 with cash for enquiry of the above bounced cheque then any how above cheque traced out and handed over by them after paying full amount on dated 8.5.08 in between i paid huge interrest to bank for 6 month unnessassrly, when I ask to mrs bhavna if you people inform me timly i can save my hard earn money then she taunt me who suggested you for taking the loan, in the same line i contacted my banker SBI Gautam Budh Marg Lucknow for paying intrest of six month due to fault of bank, then bank people told me you can claim if was returend on timly, so i request you to waive my six months intrest and send a cheque for the same

Personal Loan taken from Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd.
Sub : Personal Loan taken from Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd.

Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had taken a personal loan amounting to Rs.22000/- from Citifinancial on 18th of January, 2007. At the time of sanctioning of loan the representative of the citifinancial named Mr. Lalit and Ms. Meenakshi Mahajan told me that I will have to pay an installment of Rs.1125/- @2% interest p.m. for a period of 02years and can also settle the amount by paying the balance amount after 09months from the loan disbursement date without any prepayment penalty. This loan was taken from the Karol Bagh Branch of the Citifinancial. It is pertinent to mention here that at the time of disbursement of aforesaid loan, the papers related to rate of interest, loan period and other terms and conditions were not made available to me
Recently, when I approached the Karol Bagh branch of the bank, it was shocked to know that the bank has fixed 36 installments of Rs.1125/- p.m. instead of 24 months as was told at the disbursement of loan. It may be seen that if I pay 36 installments @Rs.1125/- the total amount comes to Rs.40, 500/- which is quite high from the rate of interest told to me. Sir, it is apparent from the above that it is a clear-cut case of misleading the facts to the customer. I requested the Head, Customer Care, Citi Financial Consumer Finance (I) Ltd., to rectify the same and fix my installments @Rs.1125/- p.m. for 24 months instead of 36 months vide my communication dated 20.09.2007 (Copy enclosed).
In response, Citi Financial vide its letter No. SQ/10820459/6201 dated 24.09.2007 and letter of even no. dated 27.09.2007 did not accede to my request and intimated that “we shall not be able to increase your loan tenure”. Sir, it may be seen from the reply that how seriously they are taking action on the request of the customer.
Since I did not get any favourable response from Citifinancial Consumer Finance (I) Ltd., I reported the matter to the Core Centre ( Consumer Online Resource & Empowerment Centre) vide Complaint ID No. 8052/2/2007 dated 22.10.2007, 8428/7/2007 dated 1.11.2007, 25926/2/18/2008 dated 18.02.2008 and 26175/02/24/2008 dated 24.02.2008. It has also been a long time since I lodged my complaint with Core Centre. When personally enquired about my complaint, the Core Centre directed me to approach your goodsef.
In view of the facts mentioned above, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and instruct the bank to fix the tenure for a period of 24 months instead of 36 months.

Wrongful Assurances & misleading by officials thereby engaging into fraudulent activities causing mental harassment and agony.
Ref: Loan Account no./Agreement no. 15035469 dated 9th April 2008 executed between the undersigned and Citi Financial Consumer Finance India Ltd., Dwarka Branch.
Dear Sir / Madam,
Reference subject matter, your attention is invited to the fact that I have been misled by your official Mr. Brijesh and Ms. Heena, basis whose wrongful assurances I decided to take a personal loan of Rs. 3, 00, 000 from your branch.
In March 2008, as per the procedural requirement of your bank, I had furnished all documents to your branch for their consideration, where after I received a call from Mr. Brijesh Kumar of your branch that the loan had been approved by your bank at an interest rate of 12.5% (reducing) per annum as was requested by me. He had further informed that since I was the Bank’s new customer, the rate of interest was a little higher, and so they would review my performance for a period of 6 months and if there was no default committed, the rate of interest would go down by 1%. He further informed that I shall receive another call in this regard from one Ms. Heena of your branch to explain me further on this.
Although I did receive a call from the said Ms. Heena, however, she foretold a different story that the loan was not approved for 12.5% rate of interest, but was approved on an interest rate of 14% (reducing) per annum. When I expressed my shock on the statement she made, she to combat the same further informed that she understands my concern and so she has already spoken to her Branch Manager and had made her agree that if I invested a sum of Rs.20, 000 per annum in the ULIP plan of your bank, the rate of interest would come down to 12.5% (reducing) per annum.
I was completely taken back by her such statement and clearly informed that I was having a financial crunch and that was exactly the reason why I applied for a personal loan. If I had surplus funds to invest, I would definitely not have applied for loan or at least have applied for a lesser sum of money as loan and so I called off the deal.
After 4-5 days I was re-approached by Mr. Brijesh who asked me if I were still interested. I reiterated to him, the talk that I had with Ms. Heena and informed him that I cannot agree to such unfounded demands of the Bank and that if the loan could still be made available to me for a rate of interest of 12.5%, I would be more than glad to accept the loan.
Again after 2 days I received a call from Mr. Brijesh who explained me that he would although process the loan at a rate of interest of 13.84% (reducing) per annum, however, he shall arrange that I get the maximum benefits and so he agreed for the below-
- After six months, if there are no defaults in repayment, the rate of interest would go down to 12.84% (reducing), being the normal business practice of the Bank.
- Of the processing fee of Rs.3000 (equivalent to 1% of loan amount) Rs.2, 000 shall be refunded to me.
On his confirmation of the above, I agreed for the processing of the loan. Accordingly the loan was granted to me in April 2008 and the loan amount was handed over to me vide cheque no.196307 dated April 9, 2008 for a sum of Rs.2, 96, 629. Immediately on receipt of the said cheque, I inquired with Mr. Brijesh as to why a sum of Rs.3, 000 was deducted, when it had already been agreed that only Rs.1000 shall be charged to me. Mr. Brijesh then advised me to accept the cheque and informed me that the sum of Rs.2000 as was agreed shall be handed over to me by cash on the same evening.
Despite regular follow ups on the issue, the said sum of Rs.2000 never reached me. Mr. Brijesh kept giving lame excuses that he has gone to his home town Kanpur and as soon as he shall resume service, he shall arrange that the amount is handed over to me or that no field boy was available to hand me over the money.
On May 10, 2008, I received a call from Ms. Preeti of your bank and the conversation that followed was completely baseless, which is not expected of an official of a reputed Bank. She stated that she is also a Sikh lady and in that respect I should not be asking for money from a sister and that if I insisted she will have to bear the same from her pocket, since my loan account was logged in her name in the Bank’s system. On my refusal to entertain such flimsy requests, she, in a very rude manner, said that the sum involved was negligible and that paying off such money would not be a big deal for her. She then stated that she shall confirm with Mr. Brijesh on this and shall revert. I then told her that there was no need for her to intervene and that I shall myself confirm the details from Mr. Brijesh.
I thereafter gave a call to Mr. Brijesh to put an end to this long going drama that was continuing for over a month. On my questioning him about the money, he started to shout and abused me, using unparliamentary language, and stated that there was no money payable to me and if I had any guts I should try to get the money out from him.
I am completely agonized by the way things were going. The whole ordeal which is continuing for more than a month has put me in great mental trauma causing harassment to not just me but my family too.
Although the sum involved is not a huge sum but the reason for marking this letter to your attention is to ensure that such activities of deceiving the customers; giving wrongful assurances to them thereby engaging in fraudulent activities causing mental harassment to customers is checked and that the customers are not let to suffer in the hands of your unworthy officials.
I request you to please intervene such that the matter can be resolved at the earliest since it is not only leading to mental harassment to me but is equally spoiling your brand image and goodwill that your bank enjoys.

Complaint regarding loan representative has fooled me and taken Rs 2ooo from me as guarantor money
I had applied for loan in April 2008, but loan got rejected as I was applied on the month of March, but representative (Ajay-[protected]) taken all the documents again from me and assured me my loan will be sanctioned, he has taken Rs 2000 from me that it is a guaranteer money, as I am not eligible and I need a guaranteer, and guaranteer will ask money. I have given him cheque of Rs 2000/-. But he did not turn around. My loan got dis approved. I commit I made a mistake because I trusted on him because I was in need and I desperately need loan. But this guy has cheated me. Please try to find out this guy and take legal action against him. I do not need the money but I want this should not be happen again with anyone. The representative name is Ajay, he said he works with HDFC bank and his branch is somewhere in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. Please contact him in this no. [protected].

Applyied for the first time for the personal loan from Ms Priya from Fullerton Fianance (Ms Priya-[protected]) after verification they have said there are some more verifivcation after that rejected saying that you have not given the proof of your husband house as i was required the loan for mummy house.full information was not provided kindly take my complaints one more person name is Mr Mohender prusti([protected]).

GRIEVANCE OF A GOOD CUSTOMER
Dear sir,
Let me introduce myself as K.Prabakaran, Director ACME NETWORK, I wish to bring to your knowledge that I have awailed a personal loan (Rs.75000/- proposal no.412/90073) from your esteemed finance. Now I would like to foreclose my personal loan on incometax grounds advised by my auditor. I have so far paid 6 EMi's.

As a true customer of your finance, I don't any way deserve the extra amount levied in addition to the principal amount which I am supposed to pay.
I stake this because I have so far availed 5 loans and I have successfully repaid it, in addtion to this, I have introduced about 25 genuine customers to your madurai branch alone. obviously this shows my loyalty towards your finance.
But now it's pity that I have been treated as an ordinary customer. I can here assure you onething, that is, I will again avail this personal loan from your finance after clearing my incometax problems.
If I am again treated in this ordinary fashion, I may have to come out of your Bajaj finance family just sheding all my high regards on you.
Still I want to maintain good relationship with your finance as I have with ICICI bank I have mentioned the details of my previous loans taken from your finance for your kind perusal and favourable consideration.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub Compaint against Redbus for the negligence of their service.
We had booked an Online Ticket from RedBus on 14th November 2009.
The travel date was 15th November 2009 From Mumbai (Borivili) to Goa.
We hav got the confirmation on our email id also. But when we reached the Borivili Neeta Office they said that there are no Bookings in our name & also the Red Bus has not confirmed anythng.
As we were having a word with the customer care executive of Redbus the Bus left the place which left us with no option than to go by flight as we had an important meeting next day morning.
Also the executive has confirmed us that they will reimburse the entire amount of the flight.
Now wen i am following up with RedBus people there is no response from their side.
Also i have been in touch with one of the Executive of RedBus (Deepali) so everytimes say that she will get back to me regarding this query in 10-15minutes but no response comes from their side.
Its been so many attempts i have been tryng but their is zero co-operation from their side.
Kindly look into the matter.

Mentally Harassment by recovery Agent
Hi,
This is to inform you that I had taken 2 times personal loan from ICICI Bank, loans are taken 1'50000 LPDEL[protected](Credit 1'49500) and 1'19000 LPDEL[protected] (Credit only 1'16000) any way iwas paying installment on time but last month I got a call that I have not paid EMI last from 5 months after that I shown paid slip to recovery agent but they are not accepting, they say that receiving slip should be stampped with receovery agency.
Now I don't have a job and I'm flat broke i'm not able to retuen the whole money, because my Business has been shutter down, now please tell me the way.
Now they are threatening to me like : tere ko utha lenge even they are using some abusing such types of thinghs.

[protected] He is misleading you all, As under RBI guideline if you had taken any credit from the bank, you had to return it, If you are financially week than it can be consider.but i bank & Court find you that you are financially ok, then you have to pay bank interest & court fees that may increase you outstanding.Be careful.

On 9th of April 2008 i have given all the documents which bank wants and cheque form ADCB bank then after fews days sales dept in AUH they told me that our bank want the statement from ADCB Bank in which your One Salary transferd then on this saturday have given the bank statment form ADCB in which one salaray transferd now i want to know how much time u pplz needs i want to tell u something i m fed from your bank i had given from my side now its almost one month its to much. plz mail me back about this situation u can check my staus from my cell number waitinf for ur quick replyyyyyy

PL/EMI PAYMENT DEFAULT THREATS
Dear Sir / Madam,
we are greatly thankful for providing personal loan for Rupee 40000 /- in october 2007 from citi finance kolkata to my wife Mrs. Sujata Kumar resident of bungl.no.-13 lower east, s.e.railway officers colony, 11-garden reach road, kolkata-700043.
i have asked my voluntary retirement from railways and same was to materialised by december 2007. but unfortunately it has tahen time to finalise and release of my settlement dues that could clear the loan repayment it may take some more time in release of my dues and currently i am without any salary income.
my wife is also with no earning salary after leaving job for some reasons in call center.
so due to break in salary income and no other source to pay the monthly EMI for the second time, your collection is threatening for illigal action to conduct with us to extract emi and in different tone for lady. although last month when person approached at my residence and created voice and other nuisance and asked for letter in writing for non-payment was given to him. but on[protected] some Mr. Sen Gupta Manager collection department kolkata threaten with above words on phone.
i shall request your kindself to please change penalty for delay and non payment period till i get my money from the railways, government of india and may kindly inform the concerning collection department and branch managers not to react in illicit way and should not approach at home. i shall pay back the loan amount or its emi on receipt on my money from the government.
i shall be thankful and obliged for bear with delay and act decently and in decorum please.

I got personal loan from Axis bank in month of November-2008. It's now more than 3 months and i paid 3 EMIs through ECS.
Generally when a person gets a loan, he will be given a welcome kit in which every details of Loan are mentioned. i.e. Loan Number, EMI amount, Balance Carried Forward etc.
Also a statement is dispatched to person's address after deduction of each EMI.
I haven't got anything as of now. It's now 3 months i availed a loan. Axis bank is of 0 rate in Customer support. At the time of loan application, they told me that they will send me everything.
Why should i called them to dispatch me each document ? It's their responsibility to send documents to each customer.
It's not like that i haven't tried to call them. I called them many times and they said i will register your query in the system so you will get it in next few days. Surprisingly, Axis bank website doesn't have any section related to complain. They have section for new application form to attaract the customer. Once a person becomes customer, no section for him to register complain.
It's too horrible in this kind of Information Technology World, isn't it?
Please resolve it.

I have recieve a mail from a person called mohdzuhairulla mohd zahir de . he asked to send Rs. 49, 000 thousand so on behalf of the account #[protected] i have send the through my bank from hyderabad (NEFT) but the person is saying that is a customs officers and telling me that he did not recieve the money if i have contacted mira road axis bank they have confrim that the money have been tranfered and he drawn the money and he is calling me and asking to remmit the money again by cash payment please help me how can i get back the person and the money which i have send to him his phone # is [protected] please kindly do help me

fraud by citibank
sir,
i took a citi loan the acount number is lcb-cal-4457161 on 28feb 2002 ...as far as i was told the 1st installment date was supposed to be on april 2002, , , 3rd april 2002, , , as i made the repayment by ecs through punjab national bank, , , , and despite having adequate funds in above mentioned date no ecs was send to my bank rather on 9th of april2002 two instalments that is Rs1987(single instalment)x2=3974 wasdeducted from my bank acount .and at the same time on 17thapril i was informed that my ecs bounced from my bank and i have to pay the amount in cash(all by telephonic conversation)
on 19th april 2002 the amount was paid to the citi personal(the receipte are being kept)
so in total 3 instalments was charged from me on the month of april ...
as a result i was paying two instalmenst in advance
now the ecs were being cleared from my bank .as per my bank pass book till october2002 i paid 9 instalments instead of 7... two advance
till april 2003, 13 instalments was to be paid but i paid 15 instalments
now on may2003 ecs bounced from my bank despite having paid two instalments in advance...a telecal from the bank came regarding bounce of ecs and i made the payment on 28thmay 2003
still two emi were in advance
again june2003 ecs returned but paid on 29th june2003
2 emi still in advance
august returned but paid on 1092003
now comes the point the time and again the ecs is being produced to my bank recurring me an expence of ecs bounce charge, inspite of two emi in advance WHY?
isnt the duty of the bank to rec tify their errors
ALL IS THAT MONEY IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF CITIBANK
now i talked to a citi officer named JACOB it was in some date in july 2003, in new market office in calcutta .he told me that this a mistake which is being done citibank and it cant be rectified so easily and as my payments are up to date refunds can only be made at the termination of loan and that too without any interest and the other suggestion that he gave me make stop payment for two months and get it adjusted .i did the same with my bank but the citibank get the ecs cleared by hitting my account on 14th july2003... now it is not possible for me to present in the bank to check when the citi {} are sending the ecs
now i agaain went to the citi office to speak withe officer in september 2003 (the september emi is cleared from bank} .this time someone mr sidharth roy came up ...iu told my problem to him, , , , , he suggested now to close the account or avoid to make any transaction from pnb branch because the bank can clear emi any time and to make payments to citi personell when they will call me up...and i did the same each and every month the citipersonell call me and i makes the payments each month ...at the same time mr roy also said that he will look the no collection is made for two consecutive months to make the adjustments
and the same thing happened
now all intalments are paid but i havent received any noc...when i called up bank they said that a due of something rs20000 is due because of the bounce charge s...
sidharth roy didnt told me that ecs will be hitting me my account and there will be bounce charges is that my fault
to realise 2emi would i do such a thing that will incurr me rs 20000, , , and at the time when i am paying all instalmenst every month to the personell c ant i keep the amount in bank to get it cleared
another thing the citibank has lodeged my name over CIBIL and stated that i have cheated citi bank with rs20000, and as a result i am notgetting any loan from any bank despite haviong a goodtrack record
NOW WHAT I WANT TO SAY?
1. who gave citibank the right to clear emi three times the amont which is being stated.this is the reason of all the problem
2.why does the ecs hitts the account at any date without the consent on the party it is on 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th and even 17th
3.bamk personell tell the client any thing but they are not going to give it in writing. why?
and another thing where is my fault
the bank has put my name in cibil creating a problem for my whole life and giving a black scare in my records and people all over the world can see my profile in cibil
the bank has tried to obstruct my fundamental rights to live without my real fault
wht should i do?

now the strange thing which happened that citi authorities from kolkakatta branch contacted me and took my case .the a lady named MOUSUMI MUKHER JEE told me they are extremely sorry for the inconvenience cause an d they would waive off the entire claim and will remove my name from cibil on payment of rs2500.it was on august2008. i made the payment .they told me that my name is removed from cibil and as i cant check the cibil listi have no option rather to believe them...but now on february when i appleid for a fresh loan in standard chartered they showed me that the cibil record shows that i have cheated the citibank and when i contacted the citi authorities they told me to clear the amount to get a clean .

i took a citi loan the acount number is lcb-cal-4457161 on 28feb 2002 ...as far as i was told the 1st installment date was supposed to be on april 2002, , , 3rd april 2002, , , as i made the repayment by ecs through punjab national bank, , , , and despite having adequate funds in above mentioned date no ecs was send to my bank rather on 9th of april2002 two instalments that is Rs1987(single instalment)x2=3974 wasdeducted from my bank acount .and at the same time on 17thapril i was informed that my ecs bounced from my bank and i have to pay the amount in cash(all by telephonic conversation)
on 19th april 2002 the amount was paid to the citi personal(the receipte are being kept)
so in total 3 instalments was charged from me on the month of april ...
as a result i was paying two instalmenst in advance
now the ecs were being cleared from my bank .as per my bank pass book till october2002 i paid 9 instalments instead of 7... two advance
till april 2003, 13 instalments was to be paid but i paid 15 instalments
now on may2003 ecs bounced from my bank despite having paid two instalments in advance...a telecal from the bank came regarding bounce of ecs and i made the payment on 28thmay 2003
still two emi were in advance
again june2003 ecs returned but paid on 29th june2003
2 emi still in advance
august returned but paid on 1092003
now comes the point the time and again the ecs is being produced to my bank recurring me an expence of ecs bounce charge, inspite of two emi in advance WHY?
isnt the duty of the bank to rec tify their errors
ALL IS THAT MONEY IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF CITIBANK
now i talked to a citi officer named JACOB it was in some date in july 2003, in new market office in calcutta .he told me that this a mistake which is being done citibank and it cant be rectified so easily and as my payments are up to date refunds can only be made at the termination of loan and that too without any interest and the other suggestion that he gave me make stop payment for two months and get it adjusted .i did the same with my bank but the citibank get the ecs cleared by hitting my account on 14th july2003... now it is not possible for me to present in the bank to check when the citi {} are sending the ecs

I was apply a personal loan (preapproved ) through ner banking and Miss Nisha is cordinate with me by mobile phone (her No. is [protected] &[protected], and I have the all necessary documents and 08 nos cheque, after the submission of cheques she is not in my contact and its mobie number is wrong . After that I have been stopped the all cheque through net banking and My Loan referance No is 59360043 .
Please clear the matter where is my pre approved loan amount .It will be credit or not or its a joke by ICICI through ner banking

I have taken personnel loan of rs.75,000 and paying the EMI regularly from past 6months every month Rs.2385 witin in due date(25th of erery month) This is third reminder for you. I already sent two mails to you about my complaint but no reply from you. I need expalanation for exess of Rs.6,000 and late payment and which month I didn't paid if I show all the payments what is your reaction? Tell me whom I have to contact? If you are noto reply for this also. I have close my loan and my card by taking loan from other bank. I don't want any service in future from your side.

Not clarifying ECS even after 5 months
I have applied for personal loan of 3 lacs from Kotak Mahindra in September 2007. They have given me cheque dated 28th Sept. 2007 on 3rd Oct. 2007. First EMI on this loan amount which I have recd. on 3rd Oct. 2007 late evening, they have started taking EMI from 10th Oct. 2007. I am unable to understand how is it possible to start taking EMI from the month I have recd. the payment.
Secondly I have confirmed payment through ECS but since first EMI till now there is problem at bank process and EMI has not been deducting from my account and every time executive comes to me with excuses and take cheque and my bank statment to avoid bounce charges. I am fade up of these services with such a popular brand name.
I will ask people not to take services from this Bank and I also wish to pre-pay my loan amount.

MENTAL HARASSMENT AND CHEATING BY LOAN PROCESSORS
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had applied for personal loan Last Month. I had visited Your office next to La Gajjar chamber and met Ms. Mehta + one lady and Mr. Ghanshyam Patel [protected].
I had initially given SBI Cheques but later before the loan was processed I had given them New Corporation Bank Cheques and had requested them not to effect the SBI Cheques. They agreed to the same and stated that the SBI cheques would be returned and the ECS would be effected as usual in Corp Bank.
To my horror, I found that the SBI Cheques were effected with out even consulting me and the new Corporation Bank Cheques which I had issued were also not returned back.
This is taken a a shock wherein you have charged me Rs. 100/- and the Bank has charged m Rs. 150/-.
This is sheer harrasment and I am instructing SBI not to entertain your ECS. You may investigate at your end and arrange reimbursement of the loss + mental harassment for you donot have any right to do so. Further you are aware that I have paid even petty expenses and HDFC is not doing an obligation but generating revenue out of personal loans.

Bad service from the agent and manager
To ICICI,
I aM extremely upset with the kind of service i have recieved from icici agent and mangers as well.
I had applied for a personal loan for rs 5 lakh 60 thousand, and i was being dealt by Mr Shabir moile no; [protected] who got my documents collected on 28th August'2007.
After submitting the documents i had no update from anybody and after 15 days the agent called me saying that his manager Mr Vishal Malhotra mobile no ; [protected] would come to see me at my office for verification. After this i was asked to submit post dated cheques to Mr Sanjay MOBILE NO; [protected] , after this the next dat Mr Vishal Malhotra along with his Manager Mr Shyam Trehan mobile no ; [protected] came to my residence and said that they have misplaced the post dated cheques and would like me to give new cheques along with new set of documents, as there was some problem with the first set of documents and to get an approval they would require it again.
I gave 5 new cheques and had to put a stop payment on the previously submitted cheques which costed me a service charge of rs 250/- which waspromised by Mr Shyam Trehan and i'll be paid back.
After that i was being told everyday that my loan amount will come after 2 days and this went on for atleast 10 days.
When i called customer service i was told that the case was rejected for the first time and they have not recieved any documents for the second time, on which i called Mr Shyam Trehan and he has not been answering my call along with Mr Vishal Malhotra.
Now After all this i have again applied for the personal loan through an agent, but i want an action to be taken on :

Mr Vishal Malhotra mobile no ; [protected]
Mr Shyam Trehan mobile no ; [protected]
I am working with Delll International services and it has been the worst experience to deal with these 3 people.

Personal Loan — Idiotic ICICI service
Till now i didnt saw such a bad service.I have applied loan before a month and by lat week of november'07 it got approved. Within one week i got the letter stating the dates and amount which i need to pay.
But till now i didnt got my cheques.
I called some of the guys in chennai branch (u wont believe nearly 100-150 calls i have made
All answers were idiotic and they are only people who want to get new loans from customers and forget once if it got approved.
They are asking me to go Mount road branch to enquire, its nearly 30kms from my place and i cant go in my office hours.
I thought of cancelling loan but for that also they are requesting me to come there.
Its like unnecssarily i am paying the interst without money in hand.
It should not happen.
Please let me know what should i do.
If they are going to detect the money without giving laon cheque surely i am going to sue
