Its almost 1 month my phone camera is not working and its full black ehen i open the camera.its one of the issue that poco customers are facing now.and when i visit the service centre they told me that its mother board should be changed and it costs around 8000. But actually its problem created by the companies side why i should pay for that. Its my right to get free service for my phone's camera damage

Dear poco, I am facing a serious issue in my phones.. Few days before this device got completely not working and the volume switchs are working automatically...
I did a software at my nearby xiaomi service center
It's was normal but suddenly.. After a few days.. I cant add picture to private album
Pictures are automatically missing deleteed
File not supported kind of problems

I have purchased this phone.
And it is well maintained due to some technical issues within the phone.
The Mobile speaker stopped working.
And receiver too.the main reason for Mobil is to make call .
And this is so annoying

Purchased poco mobile from Flipkart and after 2 month it stopped working when visited to mi customer service centre they refused to do warranty service saying that the product one side screw seal missing so warranty not eligible. But the interesting thing is the product delivered to me as it is with one side screw seal missing which means it comes in a category of defective product. I want to resolve this problem and want justice

Quality of motherboard used in mobile is worst, went to the customer care to get repair my phone, they are asking me to change the motheboard for 10000.
FOOLING CUSTOMERS ONLY, MANY POCO F1 USERS HAVE REPPORTED THERE PHONES GOT SUDDEN DEAD

My phone get overheated then I turned it off and then it won't turn on. Please do something.

I purchased pocox3pro in september2021 and on 30june a grey screen occured after which it started reebooting automatically after which it never started . so i went to mi service center near sriya square in which i was told that the company is replacing the product as a warranty cover with a new phone that is pocox4pro which has very downgraded specs also low price that too they wont be providing the 67watt charger which is much needed for charging the pocox4pro, when i asked for it they started saying that the company is not allowing them to do so, after hours of discussuon with them they finally told me to charge the new phone with the 32 watt charger which was provided with the pocox3pro. which will take hours to charge.

so its my kind request to take plss take necessary actions and provide me with atleast the charger or with a phone which is better then this pocox4pro and i am ready to pay some extra money for claming a better device than pocox4pro.

Recently i updated my poco x2 and my rear camera went dead. I gave my phone for repair in service center. Where they told me that the issue is because of motherboard which will cost me 10k to 12k, to which i disagreed to pay and requested them to do it free of cost as the problem was caused after the software update. They then told me they will look after it and i have to wait for 3 to 4 days for the approval.
Yesterday they told me that my phone cannot be repaired because parts are not available and they will replace my phone and give me poco f1. I totally disagree with them. I wont take a 5 year old model phone. My poco x2 was working great till i updated my phone. I want my phone repaired or replaced by the same model. If the same model is not available then give me a model which is compatible and has similar specifications (like poco x3 or redmi note 10 pro)
Please look after it.

Also..
The owner of the service center has no manners to speak with her customers. Wont be visiting that center anymore.

Hello, Am using an Poco X2 Mobile.After an update the camera is stopped functioning.In sevice centre they are asking 9500rs for service because of out of warranty...100% problem created by POCO of Faulty Update.. but full responsible is customer..Why they blaming customer like foolish.Even though there is no minor Scratch in mobile...

I am Namrata Pal, I have a POCO X2 smartphone. 2 weeks ago the phone's software update automatically, after update the camera and fingerprint sensor stopped working and the next day the touch screen also stopped working. My phone get dead completely. Then I have visited the service centre they asked me to pay to repair the handset as my handset is out of warranty. But my phone was completely fine before software update this problem is not from my end as there is no such kind of physical or hardware damage from my end. As the company sent the software update after that the problem occurred, hence it is company's fault not mine. They submitted my phone said we are creating your call will check then you can take your phone, after 2 days I got a call the emplyoees from the service centre repeatedly asked me to pay to change the motherboard but if the problem is created by the company why would consumer will suffer and why should I pay? This is not the first time POCO X2 users are facing this issue. My smartphone's cost was Rs. 18499, I purchased on[protected]. I want them to replace or repair my phone free of cost because the company is cheating with its consumer they are sending this kind of software update after that consumer doesnt has any option then changing the motherboard. Please Help

Your warranty is over so I can't do anything for you. So please give alternate mobile for warranty ender mobile phone also.

After installing a latest update my poco X2 mobile back camera stopped working and after 4 months now touch is also not working
When I went to the service centre they said I have to change mother board which costs around 8k because my mobile is out of warranty and my back panel was broken before but the reason for camera and touch not working is poco companies latest update
They are reason why should I pay that much money. And i bought it for 18500 and haven't

So want free repair or a replacement

The camera application is not functioning at all. Worst experience ever. I kindly request you to fix the issue. I have already tried to clear the data in setting and even reboot my phone still it's not fixed. I want compensation for this.

I bought POCO X2 on June 26th 2020. It is not even 2 years and my phone suddenly went blank on June 16th 2022. My phone did not have any issues until now and suddenly it went off and did not switch on. I tried charging it but no response. I took it to a service centre but they said it couldn't be repaired as it is having some motherboard issue. With great difficulty, I bought this phone and it without any sign it just went dead. Please help out.

Within less than 2 years of purchase after software update the phone camera stopped working. When we reached the customer service center in our town (Coimbatore), they didnt accept the phone for service. They asked to talk to customer care of POCO . When we contacted customer care 0n 31st May 2022, he suggested to wait until June 08th to provide a resolution . But on 07th June the backend team called and suggested to change the motherboard. Shocked, when i again called the customer service, he said he sill ask the backend team to call again . But that never happened, i repeatedly called customer call center, they kept me waiting a minimum of 20 min every call . After many such calls, talking to a supervisor etc., they extended the deadline to get a resolution to June 13th . I insisted on getting a writtern reply about their response, which they are not doing . Even to my email there is no response from their side. They follow the tactics of keeping the customer waiting and making them tiered, so they will stop following up with the complaint .

I bought my poco x3 pro mobile on 20th June 2021. I have been facing lot of software issues. Visited Poco service centre in Porur, Chennai. they updated the software but the issue persists. Now they are not ready to replace my mobile during warranty period too. Its big SCAM. Required necessary actions on that.

My phone POCO X3 Pro received on 07/06/2021 to home bought on Flipkart was persisting issue of automatically switching off and turning on 6-7 times a day as of 01/06/2022. I went to the nearest MI service center the following day asked them to resolve the issue. They reset the phone and asked me to check if issue persists or not. As I got home the same issue happened and I went to the service center now they are saying there is problem with motherboard. And as my phone was in warranty they can replace it but with Redmi Note 10 Pro 6GB Ram and 128GB ROM variant which is only of 15999/- rs. The phone I bought was of 20999/- rs. There is a huge difference of 5000/- rs. Which is not acceptable. They have to replace the same phone or have to replace with the phone which is of same worth.

Poco has given us a update due to update my phone is dead now they are saying u have to pay money for there mistake

Very worst company come in our India.they tell about their company that they are in number 1 position but now they are very looser and i confirm to poco company that if they cannot solve our phn. Problem then any single piece of smartphone not not in my area and i make this topic how poco company are...

I had purshased poco x3 pro from one of your retailers in kottayam, kerala on 14/05/2021 . And then I had enjoyed your phones performance, it's so good but exactly after correct one year on 15/05/2021 when I was using the phone half of the part of phone came as graims and the phone became to stack. Then I rebooted the phone but it was dead. Then I went to the service center near by and said my problem and they are saying that they can't do nothing because warranty is over but I said only one day after the warranty the phone is dead. Then they said only company can do anything in this, wrote an complaint in company website. I hope you can solve my issue.

I ordered Poco X2 on 13/05/2020.I have been enjoying this Poco product untill it went shutdown. I have attached my invoice of my product Poco X2 which was delivered on 13/05/2020. Two months before now its camera was dead and now the phone is switched off and it's not responding.I went to many service centers near me but they were helpless.I need this to be repaired or replaced with any other as possible.
