This is a complaint for the driver and staff of laxmi holiday bus service which runs from delhi to manali. Staff was drunk and non helping when we complained about mosquitoes and loud music, due to which we were not able to sleep. I have also recorded a vedio of staff behaving. They stopped the bus, threatened us that he will hit us one on one. And forced us to get down in the middle of no where. We were forced to sit in mosquito and loud music. It was a night journey. When i showed them mosquito bites he said, it's not his problem he can't do anything. One member was drunk

This is to inform you that the staff of grt travels garib rath travels, has mislead passengers that the bus will go upto muzaffarpur bihar from delhi, whereas it will terminate at siwan. Delhi to siwan, delay of bus is 6 hrs even to siwan.

Now the company has collected complete fare and has promised the passenger to drop at muzaffarpur. Which is a total lie.

I am writing to inform you of the completely inappropriate behavior of one of your bus drivers. I was not able to obtain his name, but i believe he will be easily identifiable from the following information.

On the evening of monday, march 24th, i have booked my ticket from buldana to pune from reb bus, # tn4p57913146, pnr ts[protected]wwvs/193750/rama travels - yukta travels,
Departure from buladana @ 8.30 pm. Address : jijamata stadiysm complex.

As per time i reached their @ 8.15 pm but bus did not came on time, so i called them on their given number and asked about office, he told me to come at ni3 office in same place as bus was running delay by 40 min.

After some time @9.10 bus came to jijamata stadiysm complex # mh 04 fk 9367

I went towards the bus and shown driver my ticker # 4, but when i went inside the bus there was already one person seated on same ticket/seat, then we called office person to solved the issues
One man came from ni3 office and said today there were some issues with online booking for red bus and showing two tickets for some seats, so he requested me to seat on # 12.

I agreed to seat on # 12 but there was again problem with it, he told to seat on #12 and given me place of #15, i asked him what's going on, then he replied all correct the print on which you seated is wrong. Please ignore and seat on #12 but which is actually 15. But as per booking mine was #4.

I still adjust and accepted his request. Same time one boy from bus seated back to me called me, who was travelling in same bus from malkapure from last 50/60 km. He told bro can you please check with driver is he drunk?

I got shocked and checked with driver, he was really drunk. I asked him what's going on and how you can drive when your drunk?
Then he said, no i am not driving, from here (Buldana) there will be second driver, then i checked with second driver as well and i surprised he was also drunk.

How this can be possible both drivers are drunk and driving the bus from more than 1 hrs. Suddenly all people from bus came down and started shouting then both drivers run always from place.
I called that same guy from ni3 office, and told him this all scenario then he replied it's not his bus and he can't do anything in this, as he was just helping to the people as there were some issues with seat.

Along with me there were few college student, i explained them what will be consequence if we go in same bus with drunk drivers, they agreed with me and decided not to travel with same bus. One person from my bus called police help line # and got replied please brink bus into the station. Now how we can take bus to station without driver?

So finally we stopped the bus and i decided not to go in same bus anyhow as it's not safe anymore

Same time i have raised an complaint with red bus #concern 7770095 but got replied there are sending other driver but no one came and then after some time that ni3 office man on called 2, 3 peoples. And asked for new driver then one boy came and had few chat and called that drunk driver again (He eat some pan/mouth freshener to hide the smell of drink) and started journey again by saying from next station he will arrange new driver. But i was not ready seat and also tried to explained as much i can to all people but 5 to 10 people listen to me (Student only as they are smaller than me) and came back to home with me. But other not who are actually had more experience and senior than me.

Now i came home but still thinking on below as no one replied me and my friends and few people told ignore this don’t get involved as your safe now, but how i can.
Is this our responsibility toward society? And how we can stop this incidence going forward

1. How it possible same tickets has been booked by two person
2. Who is the owner of bus
3. Why he allowed to drive without checking drivers
4. Why ni3 boy said its not his bus after issues
5. How can we bring bus to police station without driver
6. Why people are taking risk of their life and started journey in same bus
7. Who is the responsible for above incidence

People really don’t have value for other life. I will still ask red bus to stop such services and check all your driver and local offices before they start journey

I was supposed to travel through universal travels yesterday (4th march 2019), but the bus got cancelled and they notify at end moment (4th march 2019 evening).
I did not get proper response from travels and they said due to technical reasons but got cancelled.

The same experience i got from universal travels a year back, still i booked because they said its ubs not universal travels.

I can't understand what's the RTO is doing. Private bus operators increased the rate at the time of festivals. They set the double rate. First of all there is no option to travel under the government buses because there is no govt buses are travelling from indore to balaghat. What can passengers do for this. Why RTO not taken action for this. Because of this bus operators take unfair advantage. RTO should have to take the actions for this.

I'm traveling from gohana to khanpur.in this route private buses driver are not started the bus even when bus hi filled with passenger. Buses are very crowded even there is no space to breath. Puri bus bharne k baad bhi driver bus nhi chlta. It is very suffocating. Please drivers ko bola jae ki puri bus bharne k baad vo bus chlae. Bus naa chlane ki reason se hi jyada log bus me chad jaate hain space naa hone k baad bhi please drivers ko directions di jae hmari inconvenience k regarding

Bus number od-11d-3651name kaushalya bus route from barbil to baripada have charged rs 280 money from its actual rs 250 amount as it's a tribal area and customer are not well educated so conducter charged more money from all customer. I also argue with conducter but he is not lessened any thing as there is no alternative is here so buses charged whatever they want kindly change this type of things

I have booked 2 berths in psr tours and travels from toranagallu to chennai. When i boarded at toranagallu someone else was sleeping in my booked berth. I asked the bus person why it is like this. The answer they give us that this bus is a pick up bus in which we have to adjust with the available space till it reaches bellari which is about 100kms away from my boarding point. Their rude answer was this is how they operate and i have to adjust. When i paid for from my boarding point who is he to decide and ask me for adjustment? Somebody please take some serious actions against these kind of irresponsible travel operators to protect the comfort of normal people.

I was travelling from bhilwara to shirdi in chirag travels. These ppl just to earn takes a huge risk.
The bus is pretty old and it was over crowded and adding to it the driver was highly incompetent.
Due to over weight the tire bursted around 2 am.. And bus floor got torn and ppl sleeping on the floor were badly hurted.
After complaining several times before the tyre got burst. Nobody in the staff cared to respond.
The stephnee tyre after changing was still smelling.
I called the head office but no one responded there as well.
It was crowded to the extent that women and children were sleeping below the sleepers in the luggage area.
I had an upper berth and there was not a single inch to step on the bus floor.
Its a risk to life.. I swear not to travel by busses cz its your life on sleeves. But please take action to stop this.

And they have stopped at vizag and they isisted us to go to another bus with out a seat to sit
For almost 15 passengers.
Even the families have children below 5 years.

Hi team this is regarding the bus journey from bengaluru to belgavi 11th jan 2019
Bus no ka 51 b4935. The bus was not maintained no pest control done... Bed bugs all over the bus.. More over that they charge min 400 bucks extra for weekends and festivals seasons.. Requesting the team to please look into this issue and provide eligibility certificates for such private busses

Regularise the bus fare accordingly during the festival seasons as well

At ludhiana near wave mall, a private bus driver slapped my father very badly and when i told them not to they also hit me, i am a girl, as they were asking for side but there was no space so they stopped our car by coming in front and starting abusing, they were 6 people and they also abused my mother and me, so i want you to take serious action as soon as possible.

I have been traveling national or international. But this time it is a trauma ive been through. Telling you guys that this trip is by far the most embarrassing and shocking of all! It’s about the pathetic behavior if the staff while i was traveling from delhi to jalandhar. The act is so shameful that i won’t keep shut!

Have a “facility” of ensuite service in the bus so i chose it.
I have a condition where i need to visit the loo frequently. The harsh driving and having my head banged twice on the glass window made me restless, so i went to loo for get freshen up (Peeing) the points below will give you the overview shameless behavior the conductor had when i went to use the loo.

1. The loo had pee, poop stain & it’s smell all over the water closet.
2. When asked the conductor for the stop (Thrice), he said the bus is non stop, so it won’t stop anywhere!!
3. Due to my bladder problem i couldn’t wait so i put the harpic over, which i saw there laying over without the cap! And peed somehow.
4. I looked for the water and soap to wash my hands and guess what!? The tap or the flush did not have the water! There was no soap!! (By this time i already had the loo door beaten thrice by the conductor)
I came out and when asked for the water to wash the hands or soap, the conductor asked what did you do!???!!! (No.1 or no.2) can you believe this!? I asked him what he meant so he told me to come out and then he’ll give me the water to wash my hands.
5. I washed hands with some water he had in a rotten plastic bottle and came back to my seat (Which was on the upper compartment). The conductor came behind me and asked me to get down. When asked why? He said what did you do in the loo?

The exact words were : “parhe likhe hoke gwaaran wale kam krte na? Mai bewkoof nahin haan jo roz toilet saaf kra”

I came down in anger and asked him what is the matter with him!

In the middle of the night he asked me to justify what i took out of my body in the loo and told me to take the brush put more harpic and clean the toilet!!!

When denied he showed me the loo and threatened me to scream out that i’ve pooped and didn’t wash the closet to the whole bus! Yes! This high on alcohol or something guy with the cheapest mentality i’ve seen, said this (You can ask the driver each and everything as he was the witness of everything happened). Yes! I put the cleaner so that the smell goes away, does it mean you will make the passenger clean the toilet??!!!. He quarreled and keep threatening and quoting me illiterate and guilty until i
Cleaned the toilet! What a shame on the bus company and the people in it. Worst things like

You people don’t deserve these kind of facilities...
This the reason we don’t fill the water in the tank...
You will tell your illiterate background like this anyways! Were told to me!

I could have slapped him hard but i believe “my low standards etiquettes”didn’t allow me to!

When i had enough i told him to shut up, so he replied me back with you shut your mouth!! I left crying and came back to my seat!

This is certainly the most embarrassing journey i had. I am in a shock and don’t know how to react!... I would want you guys to take strict action on it! Also i would want my full refund for this trip. Please do the same so that they still have some respect left for the customers

Kpn travels traveller care worst beasuse driver injured my head. The door was not open i need to go for urine the door was locked so many time i’m shouted cont hear driver because door locked so many times push the it’s not open and then call the kpn coustmer care and contact the driver and it keck the door and nearby the door and the door hired my head was injured kindly take for the driver and need my amount refund my bus pare

Hi sir, today around 11.30 a. M we (3) travelled from pungampalli to p. Puliampatti. We gave
100 rs for the ticket. He didn’t give the change till bus reached p. Puliampati.. After we get down from the bus he give only 70 rs in stead of 79rs then bus had gone immediately.. The bus cost is 21 rs (3*7=21). Please take the action asap. I have the ticket proof..

Iam antony, i book ticket on 23-dec-2018 i reached boarding point porur toll gate on time, but while crossing road with my wife and my small kids in porur toll gate it takes 5 mins due to traffic. Bus suddenly bus left me wihout any information,
Driver has dont have heart to pick passengers.. After i took auto and planned to pick bus at perungalatur.. Suddenly bus didnt wait at perungalatur and i took ola...

I am travelling to hyderabad from pune for official work through satnam travels and has started travelling at 09.00pm dated 10th december 2018 and took long hault hadapsar to pick more passangers and after that, bus has arrived at yawat which is approx 40km. From pune and we came to know bus is not working and driver gave us promise it will take hardly 15 min to repair but it took 3 hours to get repaired.

Since 11.30pm we were saying to arrange another bus and forced them to get it repaired soon but they were not responding properly and not even trying to solve the bus problme and instead of taking care of all the passengers they were denying to give proper answer and said to call online service from where we have booked the tickets. We were continuously asking the owners number but the conductor and driver are not giving it due this many of passengers are going to miss their flights and i am will be late for my office meeting where, j have to attend it at 10.00am.

This is really ridiculous to proved the customer serives and because of this i have to suffer for my official meeting. Who will be the responsible for our loss? I hope i will get satisfactory response on this matter. We all sufferd a lot in whole,

I have booked a ticket in red bus from Hyderabad to Doddipatla on[protected] with pnr no TS[protected]WGUS/327817/LVR - 888 - DP in LVR Travels. The service was cancelled reason unknown. They have shifted my bus and seat also, I have compromised for my seat and I have asked them that bus is going to Doddipatla, they told yes but they have dropped me in Palakolu. If the informed me before I would have traveled on multi axil bus i have preferred this bus only because of its destination. I have lost my half day time and my money and I have suffered a lot in that bus all the journey time but these people doesn't require about the passenger problems and I don't know the route also COPASSINGER told me that this bus is going in different route please take nessary action on this thanking you

Private buses in the route of jodhpur to jaisalmer and vice versa run the buses overloaded and they make people sit 4 people on one sleeper seat... Maximum 2 people can be adjusted since the journey is of 6 hours and it is very uncomfortable to manage on this seat... When complained with bus owners they say to adjust... If somebody denies they misbehave with the passangers even do gaali galich and mar peet... Concerned agency please look into the matter...
Bus owners seems politically linked so they do not have fear of law and order and police system...

I have booked my ticket in national travel bus on 7/8/18 from surandai to chennai. Due sudden dead of DR. Kalaignar(M. Karunanidhi former chief Minister of tamil nadu). So the travels service where stop the inform as that that the service is cancel and your amount will refund. Till now the did not refund the amount we have called the travels the did not respond and take any action about this. We have called them and told the did not take action and not yet refund the amount.

According high court decision the private bus allow the student bus pass but they don't allow this and behave like an animal which is against social values. So please kindly pay attention to this and all bus traveler

I travelled many times from route solan to subathu(h.p). I want to complain about different fare charge in different private buses.. they charge according to their own will after in diesel hike.. and most of the bus conducter is not well behaved and quarrel with passenger. Also they dont issue ticket.. ticket fare should be same for all the private buses..please see through this issue.. also i want to complain about bus from solan to sairi named starline..

I nandini vashisht booked a bus from kasol to delhi on 06.11.18 for 11.11.18and got the confirmation message where it was mentioned that i have to board the bus from sun and wind hotel at 6:30. I reached the place at 6 but there was no bus from srt. Firstly i didn't got any call from the bus service company and when i called the person mr. Preet singh gave me a no. Of pardeep who didn't picked our call and when he did picked up the call after 20mins he said that we have to come back to kasol bus stop. But then mr. Preet singh said that you be there and board a bus of pal bus service. That bus again dropped us at the kasol chowk and asked us to wait for the bus. Out of anxiety when we again called mr. Preet singh and questioned him about his services he said that you take your money back and go home on your own. He also talked to me in a very bad manner whose recording is with me. And when i told him that i will surely him he said in a very arrogant tone that it doesn't matter to him and now i have to go home on my own and cut my phone. When we interacted with mr. Pradeep regarding the same he said that i should go and talk to the ownwrs. The funny part is that the bus that mr. Pradeep made us boarded for which i paid rs. 1200 is the same bus on which a person who paid rs. 1000 is travelling. Our bus supposed to leave at 6:30pm and it's 7:15pm and it still hasn't departed.

Hi regarding the private bus named scm reg no KL 09 AM 5566 this bus is running from pollachi to thrissur.. we were travelling from pollachi to kollengode..this bus were stoped in the stand and people were sitting in the bus. When we tried to get in the bus they told another govt bus is there sometimes wait for it if it doesnt come then get in..but we told its fine if its going later also..but they didnt allow us..but if anybody travelling to the last stop ie thrissur they will let them get in...when we asked them whats the reason they misbehaved with us.please do the needful action to stop them from doing the same thing with other people

Sir my complaint is buses can't stop at bus stop (Nagmandir bus stop). At nagmandir bus stop, every type of buses like govt., private, can't stop. They all are giving priority to compete with other buses rather than to pick a passenger from bus stop, they can't see weather. Buses like vtc, sawrajya laxmi, etc.,

For today (19sep2018) i had booked 4l seat in srs travels which was supposed to leave at 9 40pm. To get that bus i had to travel 30km from my place... But 7 30pm i got message saying bus got cancelled and one guy (Shivaraj gowda) from srs (Sringeri) called me and told bus got cancelled and alternative bus arranged which will start by 8pm instead of 9 40pm. The guy who called me from srs spoke very harshly and even behaved worst when reach the srs office his num is [protected]. I will be thankful if you take quick action against srs and the guy who called..

I've been observing from past few months one of the travelers named salamat travelers (Slt), these days i see most of the times bus is getting over loaded without taking appropriate measures. They are not keeping any bar on how many standing persons to be allowed. Kindly look into this issue. The bus travels in the root of kadapa to bangalore and bangalore to kadapa. The days on which i observe bus getting overloaded are monday and tuesday from kadapa to bangalore, friday and saturday from bangalore to kadapa. Kindly reply me if you need more details on this.
