On usual days, they charge 550 for single sleeper and 1000 for a double sleeper. But on festivals they increase their prices by 60% to 90%.

I tried to book the ticket for 24th august. Price told was 1600 for double and 900 for single sleeper.

When i asked the reason for fare hike, he bluntly replied festivals.

Another problem is the same buses are taking different fares in different days. everyday quarrel is occurring between conductor and public. I m saying these incidents are occurring in bally-karunamoyee kolkata bus route. today this happen in bally halt-karunamoyee bus number-WB23C9363. Pls solve the matters

Sir i m book ahamdabad to Jodhpur going bus by Jain travel they give me bus of maharaja rj07 pa 6531 this bus on7 July 2018 the conductor of the bus abuse with us and stoping too much for loading the bus and take too much load on bus without think about passenger. And transportation police were also without check bus and clear it before Riya Hyundai Gujarat.plz sir take action against him and that all type of buses.see the load on this bus.

Private bus — charging extra fair from passengers

On date 28th june 2018, i was travelling from park street, kolkata to natun rasta crossing (Near dumurjala indoor stadium) in k6 bus whose number is. Wb11b 1864. Actual fare from park street, kolkata to natun rasta crossing by k6 bus is rs.10.00 but conductor of this bus charged rs.11.00. I told him that please charge actual fair. Then he threatened and told me to leave the bus and also pushed me. I am a daily passenger of this route of k6 bus. I was compelled to pay rs.11.00.

Before the latest increase of bus fare, the bus fare from tikiapara, howrah tojeevand eep, kolkata was rs.9.00. For the reverse side i. E. From
Jeevandeep, kolkata to tikiapara, howrah the fare was same.

After the present increase in bus fare increase of re.1.00 has happened of the rate existed. So the fare should be rs.10.00 for the journey from jeevandeep, kolkata to tikiapara, howrah.

Park street is only one stoppage before the jeevandeep stoppage. So if anybody takes a journey from park street to natun rasta crossing which is six stoppage before tikiapara, fare should be rs.10.00 or less, as the distance from park street to natun rasta crossing is much less than the distance from jeevandeep to tikiapara.

If fare chart table is available, kilometrewise distance is mentioned and dispute can be avoided. There is no fare chart table pasted inside the bus inspite of repeated reminders to the bus conductors. Thus they are cheating the passengers from the year after year.

I have already mentioned the bus is rt-k6, bus no. Is wb11b1864 and the serial no. Of the ticket is 428, which is kept carefully with me. Please take serious action agains the self will and misbehavior of the conductor of this bus.

She was molested on the way and when she raised alarm, the person who molested her ran and occupied seat no 17 (Lower sleeper).
She complained to the driver sridhar - [protected], but he did not cooperate.
No one came to her help.
The bus personnel are not ready to share the details of the person who molested my daughter.
The bus service people are very arrogant and not considerate towards such major issues.

Pl help us give the molester's details, so that we can register a police complaint.
This will also avoid such incidents in future.

I have booked the ticket for my dad from chennai to thisayanvilai for today (19.05.2018) in srs travels. The boarding point is perungulathur at 5:45 pm. My dad is 56 years old and he was having heavy luggages. He reached the spot at 5:30pm and confirmed his ticket with the srs office and was waiting for the bus from 5:30pm infront of the office. But the bus crossed perungulathur at 7:30pm without taking him on board. Then the bus left to vandalur and then the conductor of the bus called him and told him to come to vandalur for boarding the bus in 10 min. How can a 56 year aged man with heavy luggages come from perungulathur to vandalur in 10 min? And who is he to change the boarding point at the last moment? I wanted to file this as a complaint and expect you to take severe action on the authorities concerned.

Above are the mentioned details about my journey. Firstly, the bus which was scheduled at 11:50pm only turned up at 1:15am. And i could track the bus which showed it was 90km away, but the conductor kept claiming he would reach my pickup point by 12am and spoke very rudely.

Next when i entered the bus, all the seats were occupied and there were about 10 passengers who had illegally occupied the walkway and were sleeping/sitting on the path all through the night. My seat no 50 was occupied by somebody who was drunk and refusing to get up the conductor did not help me reclaim my seat. I had to instead settle in some other seat.

When they stopped for breakfast in the morning, i was asleep and the conductor woke me up forcefully and made me get off the bus even though i was sleeping and didn't want to eat. He abused me verbally and threatened and used words like chutiya and asked me to get off.

Besides the blue lights which are supposed to be on during the journey at night was off for most of the journey.

On date 13th may 2018, i was travelling from patna to madhubani in om travels ac bus whose number is br-06pd-7186. Actual fare of patna to madhubani in ac bus is rs200 but conductor of this bus charged rs 220.
I told him that please charge actual fair then he told me to leave the bus in between.
Please take serious action agains the self will of comductor of this bus....

I booked 2 tickets in trupati travels from railyatri.com from shirdi to pune which was to leave from shirdi at 10:30 am.
I reached the pick up point and then saw a bus with honey travels calling and asking us to board in. It was a pathetic bus in which ac was not working (I booked the ac bus ticket) driver told us to sit on any seat and waited for 20mins to fill the seats. After that we thought the bus has left for pune but the driver after driving for 1hour took a u turn from mid way and came back to the same boarding point!! So literally at 12. Pm we were at the same place.
After that driver told people that overbooking is done so few people sit in the jeep. He also asked me to sit in the jeep to which i refused. However after wasting 15more minutes there finally bus took from the boarding point (Same place where we were expected to wait at 10:30)
Finally after driving for half an hour the bus again stopped in midway after 10km drive and it broke down. We were kept waiting in the bus for 2hours in the heat where driver and conductor fled away after stopping the bus.
We called tirupati travels and honey travels but they were rude and refused to take responsibility. We were supposed to reach pune by 1:30 and till 4 pm we were in shirdi only.
It has caused us a lot of mental and physical discomfort. There fore i am lodging this complaint.

We booked the ticket from chennai to kumbakonam in raahath scania bus on 19/04/2018. But they didn't intimate any message to passenger regarding the bus cancellation. We learn to know that, at the time of boarding only. No person had take care of this problem from raahath bus or paytm. This incident very much affected my mother for the journey. And we got the ticket from rathimeena and completed the journey. Kindly all peoples aware of the incident and avoid by the untrusted raahath operator. Thank u

It is around 10:45 pm on 23rd feb 2018. There was green signal at ameerpet - begumpet flyover junction and i was about to cross the junction on my bike. Suddenly the bus went in front of me. Had i been a few feet ahead, i would not able to submit this complaint.

Please never board on khattra bus usually operates around patiala, they will mentally torture you until your soul breaks in, it is not one time opportunity but you can enjoy khattra molestation service in any bus at anytime, conductors charge more than fair, and they write different amount on their copy and passenger copy, you can also view ludhiana from both highway as well as streets as this bus usually take rounds of ludhiana city for local passengers (Mind you bus is a long route bus), if you think world is made of humans, talk to wonderful lying machines a. K. A conductors of the bus and you will get a cold touch of reality, these people are definitely sent by devil himself as they are not done molestating here, they will stop around at liquor store and gas stations for few minutes/hours just to piss of the passengers even more, all this i am speaking from 4 year experience, literally i am afraid travelling on this route as this bus is a nightmare crawling on this beautiful land, you can say khattra is a curse of partials, you can't hate many things here but this bus service you would love to hate.

There were 15 passengers are in the driver cabin, few of them are fully drunked.
Travels is full of passengers even after they have taken non recognised people.
In the travels & there were various ladies are in the travels.
How can we assure about our families & ladies in these kind of bus.

If something happens to our family or any other families. Who will be responsible???

On a very serious note pl consider this complaint seriously & need action on these private buses.

You can even try & take experience by travelling any of the bus which is travelling from pune to latur or nanded.

There is no control on it..

The ac bus is not functioning, people are fainting and vommitting, noticeably deteriorating medical conditions due to clostophobia, the tyres of the bus have gone flat atleast three times on the way. We were made to wait for 1 hour each. The bus is running late for more than 3 hours. The proprietor does not seem to bother. The drivers and person along with them are very rude, incooperative and rebellious. The paulo receptionist offices do not seem to be responding to this problem. The proprietor says # he can do nothing about any of the above. He advises a girl to get down midway and take another bus # and he can't do much about it! They seem to be taking this for granted. This is grave violation of my rights as a passenger. It's time some action be taken against such corrupt bus services. It doesn't do justice for the amount we have paid. People are falling sick. This is extremely torturous and it's affecting mental health. And this also amounts to mental harassment.

The worst travels. Bus is late by 10 mins i was waoting for 10mins, i thought i ll take something for eating at that time bus came and they called me saying that bus already left. I called them and they were saying to come to a stop which is 15mins far away from me and they will wait only for 5mins and they ll move on. If they are late customers are supposed to wait and for customer they ll not wait.. This people has to be screwed

The bus started from horamavu and not even a 5 mins after collecting the tickets from everyone stops in corner and go for tea break for 10mins. For a passenger who is in hurry have to listen all this non sense. And for 4 stops the ticket cost is 21 rs. Pls clarify if this is how the tickets are charged we would rather go i auto rather waiting in middle of the road likethis

Bhopal travels conductor, mp 04 pa 1877, currently standing at sehore, is "not allowing" me to even get down from the bus. He is even threatening me from getting down on my own will. I am going from bhopal to indore, and took bhopal to indore amount of 200. When i asked him why he is not letting me down, he shouted at me to shut up. Even i added other conductor, but he also made me to sit down against my own will. I am not able to capture his photo. But i have noted the bus number and name. Please take action as soon as possible

Too much price on the occasion dasehara festival frm hyderabad to all d areas in ap by andhra pradesh private travels like kaveri, sri krishna, etc.. How d poor people can go 2 their home town in dis festive season.. I m requesting the concern officers to concentrate on these travels and kindly help 2 the middle class and poor people.. If have booked the ticket using redbus. Actually booked travels sst travels not yet came another travel as came name as city travels. Bus came on 1.30 hrs late.
Infrastructure is too worst as semi sleeper seat pushback not working. Not yet in handgrip also. It's very conjusted and space less seats. But ticket rate is 749/-.

I'm. Very disappointed this travel.

They have stopped the bus @road since 5 hours in dark night saying some issues without any backup. V booked sleeper they are sending by cheap local jeeps..

I have to pay for 900 rs. I have booking for ac sleeper but it's for ordinary bus & bus service is also very poor, i know only for paytm service that y i have to booking on this service, but i don't know who is Ragavendra travels, this travel has to cheating for me & Paytm company, I trusted only for Paytm company I have to travel with inconvenience service I have to inform to Paytm customer care also but that doesn't revert to me I need a immediate refund I don't like your service...

The bus booking agency - "sri vijayalakshmi travels", salem is a complete cheat. They book tickets at a higher fare from 600 to 1200 without bills. When we arrive for boarding they play the passengers as balls between multiple operators putting one on other buses. I'm sharing my bad experience here for others to be aware of this travels. Please don't travel on this bus as this bus quality is also #.

Horrible experiences o[censored]nreliable vehicles and poor customer care by m/s vijayanand travels at the cost of heavy fares. While travelling in ac sleeper bus ka-25 d-4787 in the night of 6th june 2017 from bangalore to pune, broke down on nh-4 at around 06:45 hours in the morning of 7th june 2017 after passing the toll booth at taswade between karad and satara due to oil leak from engine. Till 08:45 hours in the morning, no proper support provided by the company in spite of many calls made to their customer care offices. Ultimately we were compelled to travel by own arrangements and expenses to pune. This is second experience with the same travel agency showing its unreliable vehicles and very poor customer care services during past few years. One must be very careful in travelling in such vehicles of this agency.

When i was booked ticket from chennai to tirunelveli at friday (02/june/17) night in "kongu transport" the bus no is : tn34y2791 i waiting for more than one hour from my boarding time (8:45 pm) but the bus operator is not called for me and not picked up and the bus was going so i am very disappointed and the time is 10'o clock very rush time and critical situation. So i[censored] booked bus in"kongu transport" please careful otherwise u will get struggle.

I booked a sleeper seat in bus from Raipur to Jagdalpur, I was shocked to see that they were adjusting 3-4 persons in 2 seats and then after 1hr they stopped Ac, people were drenched in swet and conductor were saying ac is not working. How will ac stop working in new bus in which the plastic cover is not even unwrapped. And even after requesting for ac he was not switching on the ac he was only blowing air, we want justice

Let me draw your kind attention to the high rates charged by bus service in ooty Tamilnadu. The passengers face hardships because the bus tickets are high. In normal days passenger will pay only about Rs.999 for traveling from Ooty to Bangalore. Operator green line Travels but now a passenger has to pay Rs.1999 for 1 ticket which is 100% hike during summer and this is an Exploitation.

Because of Green line travels hike all other tours and travels operators are likely to increase it. A complaint is also drafted to Ministry of Transport & highways too.

I, therefore would like to draw your kind attention that the decision of 100% hike in bus fare has shattered us. A lot of passengers are being adversely affected due to it. Most the daily commuters on this route are from middle class and students. of Hence they will have to face a great problem. Hence I request to reconsider this decision, otherwise, there may be mass agitation.

I booked a bus from mobiwik app
The bus named Virat Travels, Virat Travels( Bus Stand Road, Koda Chowk, Sri Ganganagar,[protected], 2477766)
The fare was 700 rs.
But when i recahed virat office, they provided a bus of shri krishna travels instead of virat bus...
The whole bus was damaged, we were nt even able to sit properly.. The whole bus was shaking like hell.. The floor was damaged, it was not secure, we could see the road under our feet..

Many o[censored]s got injured as we were not able to even sit on the seats. I want my refund asap. Yuk service i hav ever been... For more details, i m attaching the screenshot of the same.

I travelled on today(13.3.17) from kolenchery to mangattoor with a min fare. I gave him a 10 rupee note and he told me to collect the balance on the next day. I told him that there is no need for me to travel on this bus next day but he didn't gave me the balance... He told me that he don't have the coins to give me the balance and refuses to give the balance. At the same time one of the passenger give him coins. But he doesn't give me the balance. He told all these things in a arrogant manner.how a lower middle class people afford all these things.. Please take necessary step. In so many private bus in kerala conducters are misbehaving to the passengers

I have booked this bus for leaving from Vellore to Hosur. Since they mentioned that departure is at 23:45, I have reached venue at 23:30. There is no office for them at Vellore and it was mentioned by them as boarding at Vellore Bypass road, that's it. I was standing in the Bypass road in the midnight for a while and when called the driver, he says he just crossed Pondicherry. When I called their office([protected]) and enquired about this, he says the bus will normally come around 2 am only but will be mentioned that departure will be 11:45pm. By 1am, I am calling the driver, he says it will take another 11/2 hour. When I asked why don't you people mention the correct time properly for the people, he raises his voice and again telling to talk to the office only. Now, the office number had no response. I have literally made to suffer by this Nila travels for hours together and I was already roaming for the past two days without proper sleep. Please take necessary action on this type of worst indiscipline maintained buses. I want mainly the solution not the compensation because tomorrow again in my place one more person will struggle.
