I had purchased RO water filter from Puricom in 2002 and since then have had major problems with service despite having taken regular AMC. In 2007, one of the service engineers broke the cover and failed to replace it. The filter was not serviced subsequently despite repeated reminders and despite having six months balance in the AMC. installation of inappropriate parts
I took the two year service contract from the company (Puricom Water Pvt. Ltd.) for the maintenance of aquaguard (gold model) for Rs. 1700.
