Hi,
I would like to lodge a complaint of cheating against R. K Travels, Andheri(East), Mumbai.
My client had arrived at Mumbai international airport on 8th Dec 2012 from UK and he was supposed
to travel directly to Pune by taxi. Because of some mis-communication my taxi driver could not
pick him up and hence my client had to hire a local taxi from Mumbai to Pune.

Non-refund of booking amount
Two railway tickets were made by travel agent Rakesh Srivastava (Email ID <rakesh09.rk.[protected]@gmail.com>, L19 railway colony, anwar ganj, Kanpur, 208003, UP).
1. The forward ticket was from Kanpur Central (CNB) to Bhusaval Jn (BSL) on 25/12/2009. PNR [protected], Transaction ID [protected]. Booking status was WL37.
