I had booked a train ticket through RAILYATRI APP .
on 06 October 2022 I cancelled my ticket, but after 40 days also I have not received my refund amount.

I had booked tickets with these scoundrels. But the refund was not initiated. They have conveniently blocked my number. Now imagine on every day basis, these fellows make loads of money. Is this fund going towards illegal organisations? these fellows are based out of Cochin. My money ahs not come still...

Was traveling through 12919 on 16th October by Malwa express 1st AC. I have booked tickets from kochuveli to Udupi and payment was done through UPI app. After the payment it didn't get redirected to IRCTC website and my ticket booking was not complete....

My bus from Manali to Delhi was cancelled by the bus Operator. It has been over a month but I have not received the refund yet. Refund amount is almost Rs 3400 which is quite large. I don't know what else to do after filing refund request and having sent several mails to Railyatri.
I seriously suggest not to use this application for booking tickets as their service is very very bad and not ethical....

Bus PNR- AU[protected], Order no- 4290192. I had booked this bus running from New Delhi to dehradun for 11:50 AM, 07 March 2022, Monday. The bus was cancelled 2 hours before departure which was very inconvenient. I had filed for a refund which after some time got registered(screen shot included). The given time of 15 days for the refund has passed and i still havent received my refund of 820 INR....

I had already raised a complaint reg this earlier: I Tried Booking a seat in the 2A compartment on train no 11014, the seat is not booked but the amount of rs.1032 has been debited from my account. Its been 7 days from the debited date but still the amount has not been credited back to my account. And very worst customer support from Railyatri, So I kindly request you to check on this and take the necessary action.
