Ticket book before 18 days money deducted but ticket not booked but refund generated not credited yet

Hello Railyatri,
I have booked my ticket from your side my money has been debited instantly through Google pay, but my ticket has not been made as it is shown cancelled and also not received my refund.
i have received mail from your side for refund but yet no sign of receiving it, also sending you the the order id and the amount to be refunded 3335,
kindly look in to the matter as soon as possible waiting for your earliest reply.

on 06 October 2022 I cancelled my ticket, but after 40 days also I have not received my refund amount.

I had booked tickets with these scoundrels. But the refund was not initiated. They have conveniently blocked my number. Now imagine on every day basis, these fellows make loads of money. Is this fund going towards illegal organisations? these fellows are based out of Cochin. My money ahs not come still

Was traveling through 12919 on 16th October by Malwa express 1st AC. Ordered food at 10:38 for pathankot station.Food wasn't delivered and after sending a mail they are saying that vendor couldn't find me at my seat. Being a diabetic need my food on time and instead of apologising they are saying that vendor couldn't find me, did I jump off the train even when I had previously paid for my meal or was invisible just to the vendor.Vendor didn't call or anything

Unable to cancel booked tickets. It keeps throwing an error "Something went wrong". It appears to be a scam website. I paid rupees 4000. Theiy call center number did not accept calls. I sent an email, no response yet. I don't think I can make a human interaction with Rail Yatri. Looks like I am cheated. Please help

My parents are travelling in train: 22620 Tirunelveli - Bilaspur SF Express (Date:[protected]. My father is a Senior Citizen accompanied by my mother in Train. Since this train doesn't have pantry fecility, I had ordered food for them from Railyatri at Nagpur station, however the food was never delivered to them and payment was taken in advance. The train has left Nagpur station and they are starving. This is completely unacceptable and I was full refund along with the compensation of 1 lack for causing trouble to both my parents (considering father is a Senior Citizen).

The payment was made on railyatri of 1174... But while completely the booking... There occurred a server issue...

Pls help me with the refund..

I am trying to book ticket from Davangere to Belgavi on 13th Jun 2022.
But the booking failed with Order ID : 24564382.
Refund initiated on same day But the Refund process is pending from last 22 days (Refund ID: 3107733).

I have booked 9 tickets in Train No. 14712 from ambala to haridwar. But the train got cancelled and we did not get any refund till now. The PNR no. is [protected] and [protected]. I have written complaint two times on their site but didn't get any response. The total amount paid was 858 Rs.

Received this message from travel agency and my ticket cancelled but till now no response from RailYatri about this.

On 6 June i cut one ticket from old Delhi to jodhpur, but when it's comes to transaction section it's sucks..money debited from my gpay account..but ticket not booked...i want to get my money back......

I have ordered food in railyatri wide order no2651906 dt 4 June 2022 on train no 12772.
The items which are ordered are 2× Maharaja Thali and 1x Veg Fried rice and Veg Manchurian Combo.
Train was running more than 2 Hours late food delivered at Nagpur only one item 2×Maharaja thali second item veg fried rice and manchurian not delivered. On enquiry Delivery Boy told another person will deliver I have only one item. I have insisted for bill but he didn't handed over. Since halt only for five minutes delivery boy became invisible within some seconds.
In railyatri web site there is no provision for issue or concern.

I need full refund and compensation for for partial Delivery

दिनांक 7 मार्च 2012 को रेलयात्री ऐप के माध्यम से टिकट बुक करने का प्रयास किया गया परंतु टिकट बुक नहीं हुआ और बैंक खाते से 4689 रुपये की कटौती हो गई परंतु कटौती की गई राशि अभी तक वापस नहीं हुआ। कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक में कंप्लेंट करने के उपरांत उनके द्वारा बताया गया कि मर्चेंट को भुगतान कर दिया गया है अभी तक मर्चेंट द्वारा राशि वापस बैंक को नहीं की गई है जिसके कारण आपके खाते में राशि वापस नहीं हो सकती है
अतः अनुरोध है कि जल्द से जल्द राशि रिफंड करना चाहेंगे

I have booked tickets from kochuveli to Udupi and payment was done through UPI app. After the payment it didn't get redirected to IRCTC website and my ticket booking was not complete.

My bus from Manali to Delhi was cancelled by the bus Operator. It has been over a month but I have not received the refund yet. Refund amount is almost Rs 3400 which is quite large. I don't know what else to do after filing refund request and having sent several mails to Railyatri.
I seriously suggest not to use this application for booking tickets as their service is very very bad and not ethical.

I have booked ticket on RAILYATRI portal. 1st time payment fail message appeared and 2 time payment successfully shows, but not received any ticket/PNR/ORDER number. From my ICICI Bank payment deducted 2 times (1900 + 1900).
