I booked ticket fron njp to New Delhi but the ticked didn’t got confirmed and amount got deducted worst thing is they have no customer care service available. They have number for customer care but it says they don’t have customer care executive to take a call. Pathetic this app is total fraud

    Booking pending

    I booked a ticket from Gomoh to Bareilly but I pay in my debit card and payment accept in my debit card 1915 rupees but booking is panding please solve this issue immediately

    Hi,

    I was trying to book a train ticket yesterday from Singarayakonda to Vijayawada for Pinakini Express (CC), the money got deducted sucessfully but failed o redirect back to the confirmation page.

    Its the amount of 440.00 Rs/-

        I tried booking train tickets twice both the time the amount was debited but the tickets were not booked. It has been one month but the refund was not issued from railyatri side even after multiple mails. The customer number is not accessible.

              I had booked ticket to Delhi on Rajdhani express but my train got cancelled I had talked with Mr.Sameer their representative but it's not helpful when iasked for my money back he making excuses by saying service charge and all other things it's not cancelled by me it's from railway but when I called IRCTC they will refund full amount but railyatri not giving my money back

                Railyatri has no refund detail. Which is cancel of waiting ticket also no response to email no custmar care sarvice provide
                So gys i don't use railyatri app to book. Your ticket and shere this information by face book, whatsApp

                              I booked a ticket on July 1, 2021 with user id harshiisc from railyatri app. I paid 388.08 rs but ticket was not booked. However, when I booked again, my ticket was booked. So I paid the money twice.

                                This is to bring to your kind notice that I booked a ticket from RailYatri.com and due to certain circumstances I had to cancel it. ..There was a refund of
                                916 rupees which has been forwarded by the RailYatri.com but it isn't reflected in my account...they say that they had initiated the payment on 22/03/2021...the reference number for the same is[protected]...
                                Kindly check it and raise a dispute/chargeback as I haven't received any refund
