Specs purchased from lenskart is giving lot of issue and if we are calling the sales guy he is not picking the phone from last two months.

Can anybody help or suggest the numbers of senior person to escalate the issue....

I buy a Redmi 1S from flipkart on sept 2014 after four months my charging adapter not work i.e not charging my cell phone i contact customer care and they assure me that anew adapter is delivered to me within 15 days but from Dec 2014 to till ate i am waiting for adapter .I call customer care every 15 days from Dec 2014 to till date but every time they told me that the adapter is delivered to me...
