I had ordered 3 suits on 30.01.2020 worth rs. 2400 through rajsimran.com. Order no. - 37417.

Yesterday (03.02.2020) i received the parcel. The clothes are pathetic. Looks second hand. All are torn. The tear is not small but huge. The clothes are not close to the one i had ordered. They are just single piece of cloth. No top, bottom and dupatta.
I dropped a message on their facebook page. No one replied. There were whatsapp...

I ordered two saree, kurti and lehanga, but they send all used and torn cloth. Even i made a call on the number given on parcel slip both no. Are not working and say something in gujarati. I request all just don't order any product from this rajsimran.com
Site. They are looting your hard earned money. If my post even save anyone it's worth posting.

I have ordere one dress from your website my order no. Is 26183 and have received one very dirty used saree. I have tried contacting them through emails and watsapp but they are not sending pickup person anyhow i wanted my money back as they are a fraud company i want to stop there practice and all other people should not but such dirty and filthy products....

I had bought one dress for rs.600 and they have given me one useless saree that even my servants can't use for 600 as cod amt. My order no: 19387 such a fraud... This company is a clear fraud. I want my money back. And even google and facebook are supporting these frauds by giving wrong reports to the users. I really want to file a complaint against rajsimran.com online clothing company and want my money back....

I have received above mentioned product but when i opened the product it has old saris and have't ordered those old saries

I ordered a partywear suit from the website rajsimran.com. However, the product I received is a very poor quality green colour torn saree. The saree has dirty mud patched at many places and is even torn at two places. It was wrappped in three envelopes, and both the inner packages were torn. I need full refund from the company and they should pick up the poor quality saree they have provided, which cannot be even used for mopping at home....

Order no 41934, placed of rajsimran.com for 2 items. One kurti and one suit, order was placed for cod. Received the shipment today and the items delivered was 2 pieces of very thin, pathetic quality material. There was no kurti or suit in it. The order was delivered by blue dart. The material was also no where close to what was selected at time of the order. I have raised a refund request on the site and hopping to receive my refund soon....

Dirty product as we had ordered for a grown and a saree has been sent and that too all torn up and will be soon sending a notice to close the company permanently and be ready to face the consequences i[censored] do not pay back the amount back to the same address or send the order for what we had placed and would be definitely registering a complaint in the consumer court .I request nobody else to not to book anything in this as it's totally a fake...

The order delivered is not what i have ordered.
I received 3 torn sarees which is not my order.

Before delivery the courier guy calls and tells me that you could receive different order not the one that you ordered hence do...

I have received a saree instead of a suit, which is of worst quality. I want my amount to be immediately returned to me and this fake company be banned who are just using the customers and eating away their money. My order number is 29467. I am shocked to realize the material of the saree is the worse cloth and the site claiming to sell the product of 11000 at such a heavy discount, the quality is not worth 500/ for the material.

On 27/01/2020 my wife ordered a gown from the rajsimaran.com website, but on 01/02/2020 we received a only a second-hand dupatta. The whatsapp care numbers[protected] and [protected] of this website are switched off and wont respond to our complaints on messaging. The return and refund form on this website has also been filled but we expect no return from them. I would like to add to it that it is strange that even when my wife had cancelled...

I have received another product. A sari of worst quality when i ordered a gown. The delivery personnel from bluedart said that it's usual thing by this company, he even showed the list of angry customers.
