Hi sir/Madam,
Many times payment has been deducted from my accounts and recharge fail. I have sent mail also to Recharge it now.com but there are no responce.
recharge fail :
a. date time subscriber ID amount order ID payment gateway recharge status IP address
1.[protected]:09 PM [protected] 150.00 R[protected] TECHPROCESS SUCCESS...

I am Vikas Balasaheb More. I have recharged my idea sim card on date 10th march 2010, at that time amount deducted through my Axis bank saving account of 350 Rs/- But balance has not credited. And details of transuction are not coming on mail.
