Last weak battery charge not pick up charge above 12℅ i replaced the charger with new one but the problem is same. I used the mobile last six month. The battery
Capacity reduced from last one month
It is getting charge full but reduced very quickly the capacity of battery is low. It is now guarantee period...

I have purchsed mi redmi note 3 mobile on Oct-2016 from sangeetha mobile shop in Jayanager, i got a mesage from sangeetha mobile like you have won one selfie stike as a gift colect from sangeetha mobile shop but when i gone to sangeetha shop to ask about selfie stick... They telling soo many reasons lout of stock or we wont sell selfie stick... Why they doing like this... So can u please help me...

Replacement of Handset

I have purchased RedmiNote3 at poorvika mobiles on 10th july and I faced problem in 19th July & I given mobile on 20th July to Service Center. After 3 days they said Mother Board Problem. Then I requested to change the Handset because it is only used 9 days & 10th day I have submitted to Service Center.
They are refusing to replace the Handset even though I contact somany times over the mail as well as phone. Kindly help us in this...

Redmi note 3 replacement...

I placed an order( Order ID- [protected]) for "Xiaomi Redmi note 3" on 25th may 2016 and on Saturday(28th may) I received it through FedEx but I couldn't open it as I was in hurry, when I opened it, I found screen was badly damaged. I came to know this is a reputed product, but I received a bad experience for this this company, How a company be so irresponsible to send product without properly verifying it. It is such a neglectful job...
