PF transfer Pending

Dear Sir,

I had raised a request for PF transfer from account no. MH/BAN/48475/166341 (my previous employer TCS) to MH/BAN/45665/71105 (my current employer Accenture). I had raised this request 6 months back. Can you please let me know the status of this request.

1. I was working in Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co from August 2001 to 10th April, 2008. My PF account no with RPFC pune was MH/34020//24.
2. I joined Reliance Life Ins co in Mumbai on 15th April, 2008 . My new PF account no with RPFC Bandra is MH/48439/24980
