So please help me by refunding...

I purchased 2 25000 mah powerbank, 1 128gb memory card and a jbl earphone from this site and got fake and defected products. Jbl earphone was not there, memory card not working and power banks were broken. The contact on there site is not present. I ordered this product for 899 but the price became 1048 after adding shipping charges. I received the product on 27th may 2017 and the product is same company written which i was ordered but it was duplicate. The power bank is duplicate, not working, used and 16800mah instead of 25000mah. Even the earphone is duplicate and it only sound in one side and it is not as shown at the time of order. Recently on 21 May 2017 I had ordered 25000 mah samsung powerbank, 64gb samsung sd card and samsung earphone. I received order on 28 May 2017. Dear sir, I send the order of nokia 1100 mobile (refurbished), jbl earphone, samsung power bank 25000 mAH and woodland purse, the all combo is 848rs. I received it today and paid all amount and open the packet and I found only local earphone, duplicate 16400 mAH power bank that is not working and one local purse and there is not any mobile phone.
So please return my money other wise give me real product.

Now when i got product at that time your cover was too dirty after that when i open product power bank is not working properly and you guys mentioned on website 25000 mah but when i got product it's only 20000 mah and it's already used by some one else as it's very dirty.
