I ordered an item on myntra on 8th august, on 20 july in myntra site it showed 'item is shipped' with awb number:[protected], but while checking ecom express site it shows pickup reschedule from 22 nd june to 08 th july no movement, usually it takes 2 to 3 days for delivery of an item from bengaluru when using other shipping services. I think they don't care about their customers

I am expecting a solar panel for my personal use purchased through banggood despatched by normal shipment registered post /Air and the consignment no is RY[protected]SG despatched from Singapore to Kolkata.
Since 9th June it shows item received and despatched from Mumbai by air next location is Kolkata LCAO. I could not understand how much time it will take to reach Kolkata from Mumbai or the consignment has not been updated after reaching Kolkata LCAO.
How can I get help to locate the item and for a quick delivery?

Unnecessary dumping on ground
| Address: SUYUSH HEIGHTS FLAT NO 402, PLOT NO 36 SECTOR 18, OPP CIDCO WATER TANK |
We are in sector 18 and the water body which was recently filled in between sector 18 and 19 now dumping started and smell is coming out. The small truck or three wheeler used to dump debris etc daily and spoiled the environment which was really soothing. We are old aged people and living in sector 18 and unable to digest smell daily. Moreover it will extend unnecessary health hazards. Please help

Complaint marked as Resolved The water body which was filled up recently between sector 18 and 19 in kharghar now started dumping from different sources, we have provided photos. This has to be stopped immediately as after raining the smell could not digest. The area is not clear as it was throught. Please help. Resove the issue.

New credit card against blocked card and cibil updation.
Respected madam pranam. I v paid all my dues of cc no.[protected], dinners club on 28th april 2020. As this card expiry date was 02/20 it has been blocked. I requested hdfc damanjodi koraput odisha branch to update and issue a new card. But they tried but unable to do this. I tried to contact other officials but they did not respond citing the corona issue. Madam i am also facing same covid-19 problem and in need of credit card utilization. But due to block it is not possible.
Kindly take necessary action so that i may be issued a new card with higher limit.
Secondly, no response from your side my transunion cibil also could not updated so that banks are regretting to sanction my loan application. Kindly update my trans union cibil.

Everytime when i am opening my phone, it says pay your bill, else my phone will be disconnected. You also send me the message in my phone on everyday basis. I am to inform you that :- i) against my # [protected] - i paid rs.352.82 on 18th feb, rs.352.82 0n 7th march and rs.10/- on 12th mrach'20. Ii) similiarly, for # [protected] - i paid rs.352.82 on 3rd february, rs.352.82 on 12th march and rs5.90 on 24th march, 20. All are well before due date. Do i pay everyday? I dont know why you are harassing me and ask me to pay rs.5.90, rs.10./- etc. For everyday payment before the billing cycle on daily basis.. I will definitely take this matter to the consumer court unless you stop this non-sense message like pay ur billetc. Or else i will disconnect my # and take this matter to your higher management. Please stop your ring-tone, which everytime you are disturbing me a lot this is very very urgent.

The streetlight which was existing for the past 30 years at the entrance of my house is missing since the past one month. The street is very dark in the night.
Please attend to the same. The people around live in fear since the light is missing. The wires are still hanging. There are other street lights that are ok this one looks like some one has climbed up and stolen it. Please look into this matter. We are all senior citizens living around and need the light when walking.

Mr. Inabhanathan of ISSAA World Tour 1/155 Chennai-Bangalore Highway,
First Floor

got in touch with me through a friend for a 17 day North Indian Tour from Oct.30th 2019 till Nov 15th, 2019. I wanted travel in a custom made personal Special Tour because of my Physical disabilities and interests. I researched extensively for Specific Flight timings, Hotels and vehicles to meet with my Specific Special disability needs and also the sights which I specifically wanted to see. Long before I even arrived in India, I made up complete 17 day itinerary choosing Specific Flights, Hotels, and specific places I wanted to visit at every halt on the tour instead of the cookie cutter tour packages because of my physical limitations.
Mr. Inbanathan promised me that he would fulfill all my special itinerary on my Travel List without a doubt.
I had paid Rs.3, 33000/-in cash since I didn't have that much money my Indian Bank Account(I do not do electronic money transfers even in USA). I wanted to pay by my Bank of America VISA Credit Card which was easily accepted by most of the big shops in small towns to big cites from Kanyakumari to Rishi Kesh. But Mr. Inbanadhan refused to accept my Credit Card saying that he does not have a particular accessible machine to accept my Credit Card(It is clearly advertised in ISSAA World Tour advertisement web page that it clearly states that they accept MasterCard, VISA, MAESTRO and UPI) since my itinerary for India Trip is so tight, I did not have time to change the Travel Agent moreover I was sick with Diarrhea. So I paid the whole amount in cash withdrawing from different ATMs (though I was weak and dehydrated) in installments using my Debit Cards on 25th, 2019 and paid all of Rs, 3, 33, 000/-at my cousin's home. When I asked for a receipt for my cash payment of he said he does not have one and I should trust him Then I wrote a statement of paying all the charges of Rs. 3, 33000/- by hand and made him sign his signature along with my signature with details of payment and the date (If one pays for a small salt packet in any shop the customer gets a receipt) He certainly wanted to take advantage of my vulnerable position since the date of departure is five days away and I was physically weak.
He did not stick to my specified itinerary and made certain critical Flight Reservations and Hotel Reservations(without consulting me at all and disregarding my needs) which did not suit my time and physical disability. So in the course of our travel we had to cancel and re-book two hotel reservations and two flight reservations(one for me and the other one for my nephew who was escorting me) paying additional costs though all these cancellations were due to Mr. Inbanthan's mistakes. He said one of the Hotels at Varanasi Refunded Rs. 16, 128 for cancellation of three nights. Though he told me that Asia Air did not refund any money for cancellation of flight I know that they refunded Rs. 842 So altogether he owes me Rs. 16, 970/- in total. I did not pursue the cancellation refunds of one other hotel and one other flight reservation.
From the date of November 14th, 2019 I am requesting Mr. Inbanathan of ISSAA World Tour to refund the money he owes me. I asked Mr. Inbanathan to deposit the money he owes me into nephew, Mr. Ravikanth's (my escort on this tour) Bank Account.
Mr. Inbanathan said that he incurred additional charges and he would pay only Rs. 6000/- I repeatedly requested him to send me the proofs (by e mail or Text messages) of the additional expenses and deductions to see we can look and reconsider. Sincerely I don't want neither me nor Mr. Inbanathan have short end of the deal. I would gladly pay what is due to him legitimately if he submits the proofs-- list and explanations of deductions he is claiming in writing. So far he has refused to do so! For the past one month he has not even replied to my e-mails, Text messages and phone requests at all
I would much appreciate if you can look into this and guide me through the recourse I have to retrieve my refunded money.
What are the choices I have to get the money he owes me?
Sir, this amounts cheating and stealing money from vulnerable foreign tourists! I did not experience any thing like this at all through my extensive travel in India so far all these 48 years since I left India!

Using Fastag, higher toll is deducted at multiple occasion. On Mumbai Pune expressway, Rs 173 were deducted at both ends of Toll booths. The total Toll is Rs 230 for car. While crossing one end of Toll booth on Mumbai Pune or Pune- Mumbai Expressway, first toll should deduct Rs 173 and second toll should deduct Rs 57. However both toll booth deducted Rs 173 whenever I travelled in my Car.

Abhi 3din pehle bhi maine aapko written complaint send ki thi ki neb sarai, ignou road road par roj raat ko 11baje k baad kareeb 10 shops open rehti hain aur subha tak open rehti hain. Inki wajah se puri ignou road par traffic jam rehta hai. Kuch girls or boys bahut jada voilence create karte hain. Kisi ki paratha shop hai, kisi ki chicken shop, wine, cigarettes, dhaba, restaurant and another. Please as soon as possible aap ye saari shops permanently night me band karaye. Hume roj inki wajah se kai pareshaniyon ka saamna karna par raha hai.

I feel bad to say that dk mohan garden so post office, uttam nagar not doing his job properly as i did't get my speed post at home and they sent back it to inderprastha ho with reason door locked. Reality is that, we were always at home and waiting for this confidential speed post so that we postponed our other outside works.
This type of negligency & behaviour make us disturb in daily routine life so that till date no body satisfy from our indian post office services and believe in private courier services. Because confidential govt. Speed post came through only post office so that we are bearing these types of behavior from our indian post office services.
If higher management of post office read this content plz try to improve post office services so that citizen of india can get their confidential things on time.
This type of negligency & behaviour make us disturb in daily routine life so that till date no body satisfy from our indian post office services and believe in private courier services. Because confidential govt. Speed post came through only post office so that we are bearing these types of behavior from our indian post office services.

I got a message while tracking as “your item is being held in customs at 12:41 pm on december 11, 2019 in chennai (Madras) sal, india.”. Thereafter i couldn’t track. I need the books urgently.
What to do, please. Please guide me to receive my books in the package.
