Deactivation of give up subsidy
Forgetfully i register my consumer no.19631 in “give up subsidy” option. But i wants to take the facility of subsidy in my indane gas connection. How it is possible? Please reply me. My details below:

I'm G.JAYAKUMAR, was submited an application for an Indian CDC at last 27th June 2018.My application number is SMO(M)/2018/43715. After one month later on Augest first week I was send an e mail to know about my application status. After few days I got a reply mail from [protected]@dgshipping.org. The reply was Your Application SMO(M)/2018/43715 is under verification process, This is an auto generated mail, Please do not reply. Sir, when I was submited the application for CDC, the same period around ten(10) of our company people was applied . From that me and my friend not receive the CDC balance all received. My friend name is ROBIN SUGUNAN and the application number is SMO(M)/2018/43784. His application statu also at last one and half month same like me. Last week I was contact via telephone in DG cdc department from there one of the officer was informed to me they don't receive some confirmation from our state (Kerala). We and our other friends have only one difference, that is me and my friend was passed the 10th exam at second chance and the others are passed at first chance this is the only one thing from we and them. Sir, we are working in a dredging company drdging ship as welders. Sir, We are humbly requesting please understand our situation. When we get our cdc the next few days we can join our ship. If we can join as soon as possible we will get very good salary because why the USD rate is too high. So please help we Sir, We attached the our 10th pass certificates copy. Sir we don't know what we want to do to get the Indian CDC. If possible please give us a reply mail.

On 16th augest i was send an e mail in dg office about my application status. From there i got a reply. That was (Your application smo (M)/2018/43715 is under verification process. This is an auto generated mail, please do not reply.) sir, we arount ten our company people applied for indian cdc in my application submited period. From that 8 persons received the cdc, me and my friend (His name is robin sugunan, indos number 16zl6828 and the application number is smo (M)/2018/43784) don't get the cdc. Sir, me and my friend was passed the 10th exam at second chance, this is the only difference with we and our other friends. Sir, we both of them are working in a dredging company ship as a welder. When we can get our cdc we can join our ship. So we are humbly requesting please consider our application issues clear and please provide us the indian cdc. Sir, we don't underst what worng did, if we don't get the cdc we will lose our job so please sir.

I have register complaint too many time regarding my inverter fault with the number [protected]. Every time your service engineer came and provide some temporary solution. Again my inverter is not working at this moment. I have call to customer care executive, service provider partner and service engineer also but no budy responding properly.

Hello Team,

After repeated requests to disconnect my broadband connection on 23rd June'18 bearing the number[protected], still I can see it's not yet disconnected.

I have been charged for July'18, August'18 with 1175.0 & 1355.0 rupees respectively though I am not using the broadband since 23rd June'18. The money has been deducted from my account due to auto payee option was enabled in my account.

After repeated call to customer care they mention saying
They are going to disconnect the connection soon.
Whatever money has been deducted for July'18 & August'18, they are going to revert it back through NEFT.
But still I can not see any progress till now. I have attached the payment receipts of July'18 & August'18 month for your reference.

It would be great if you can do the needful to revert the money back & disconnect the connection soon.

Last month i paid rs.1090.00 against my electricity consumption of 152 units for a period 8th june, 2018 to 6th july, 2018 thru billdesk online payment.
This month again i have received a bill for consumption of 532 units during the period of 1st june, 2018 to 4th aug, 2018 calculating rs.3030.00.
Reviewing the bills, it is noted that the calculated energy charges do not match at all with the tariff dated 4th april, 2018.00 given bellow.
Frequently this happen with me due to irregularities at your end. Consumers have to suffer by paying on higher slabs.
My average consumption is 175 units per month but many times i get the bills based on imaginary consumption for an irregular periods of 40-50 & sometimes 60 days.
In view of this i request you to kindly arrange to correct/update my bills accordingly and waive the extra charges.

I got a similar call on 30th of Jun 18, The volunteer told her name as Ishita Kaushik and tried to inform me that a 2 year old child by named Manvi, having thermal burns, she pressured for donating immediately since for Manvi treatment - minimum of Rs.3.20 lacs is required, two time she called, and i told her that i will help - and asked her to send the details of website etc, thinking its genuine i shared my email id, and she sent the website address and photo of a child with burn. She was insisting me to pay immediately while she was hanging on the phone, When i checked the actual website and link sent by her, there was a complete difference in phone numbers, actual NGO of delhi number is[protected] and the link shared by this lady it was[protected] Digits) and also change in various contents etc.if we look closely. She sent http:/ but actual NGO is registered in https:/ - so i got doubt and ignored, on 3rd Jul 2018 i got a SMS on my mobile with same number about abusing that i was not able to help, if your kids do you do like that etc.., and also she started sending messages that she learnt very good lesson because of me. I request all my brothers/ sisters not to fall in this trap. Be cautions and safe.
