I shifted my baggage from Ghaziabad to Surat on 26th May 2014 through Agrawal Packers & Movers. Though the company claims of a very good reputation and Limca Book record holder but actually the service provided was very poor. I contacted Agrawal Packers & Movers and they sent Mr. Deepak Katoch (mobile – [protected]) for quotation. The person assured that all the packing will be done by them properly and bill will be sent through courier after the baggage is delivered to Surat. I called them one day before i.e. on 25th May for packing. Mr. Munesh Singh (mobile – [protected]). He came from Sahibabad very late with his team and packed the baggage for 1 hour. Then all of them went for lunch for 2 hours. I called Mr. Munesh when they didn’t come back and he spoke very rudely. They came back and packed few articles for 1 hour and left saying that they will come tomorrow early and will pack the baggage within 3 hours. All o[censored]s family members kept packing the baggage whole night seeing their attitude and slow speed. Next day they came around 11 am. Packed few things and then told us to arrange the articles in cartons which were actually their job. While packing they broke the showcase glasses. When we asked them to do the packing carefully, the reply was – “this is not our job, we are just helping you”. I called Mr. Deepak and he also declined that he has earlier told that all the packing will be done by them. After so much of damage and wastage of time, we started packing the baggage ourselves and they were just putting the cellotape on bags. The truck was called which came very late and when we saw the truck it was not of Agrawal Packers & Movers but Lotus Packers. Neither the size of truck was 22ft and nor there was any space for keeping the earthen pots (gamle) as told by Mr. Deepak earlier. It was a small size truck. However, as the baggage was already packed we had no choice. While loading the baggage in the truck, some of the packets opened and things fall on the road. Also after keeping some packets they started throwing the packets in the truck and kept saying nothing will happen. It was good show on the road. Around 10 pm in the night, the truck was loaded and send. I missed the train also because of this delay. Mr. Munesh asks us to write a good feedback otherwise….Also he has courage to ask to give tip to everybody despite doing so much of damage. Since May end to till date I am continuously calling Mr. Deepak for sending me the final bill and there is no response. He never picks up the phone seeing the number and if I make call from another number, he always gives one or the other excuse. I have spoken to concerned person in Delhi office who gave me the number of Mr. Ashok in Sahibabad branch from where the people were sent for packing. After several reminders to him also there is no response. And above all, Mr. Munesh Singh, the rude and unmannered supervisor says that this is not his job. There are packers & movers ready to shift baggage at half rate but I opted for Agrawal Packers & Movers despite being so costly just for the reason that my baggage will reach safely and they are reliable. But after such a bad experience, I would never recommend Agrawal Packers to anybody nor use their services. We packed the baggage on our own, kept lot of patience due to unresponsive behaviour of marketing person – Mr. Deepak Katoch and very rude and ill-mannered supervisor – Mr. Munesh Singh, our showcase was broken by people who were packing, few other things were damaged in transit and still I haven’t received the bill. As I came to Surat on transfer, I am not able to claim for baggage shifting in absence of bill and also I have to bear the loss because of damage done by Agrawal Packers & Movers people negligence and carelessness. There is so much of monetary loss and depression. Agrawal Packers will loose many customers if their team will continue with this unprofessional attitude.

    To The Divisional Manager, MTNL Mumbai Hello Sir, My MTNL Broadband connection was activated yesterday 17th July 2014, the installtion engineer did not even check whether the internet is working properly or not. He just installed the modem and left. When i came back home to check the system your so called 2MBPS speed is slower than a 56kbps modem. I wasted 90 minutes calling your call centre for help, asked me to do some settings on the modem, and even after that the speed was very very slow. I stay in Bandra (E) area, if you do not have good service in this area then why do you sell your devices, your customer care and installtion engineers literally harass the consumers. I need my connection working or i need a refund on the installtion charges. Kindly look into this issue ASAP. For your information i contacted the installtion engineer Mr.Singh and he failed to show up today for ay kind of troubleshooting. Hope you will take this complaint seriously.         Please do not get into Sarojini Plaza, in Rd 6, Madhavapuri Hills in Hyderabad. The owner will harasess you in all possible means in fleecing more money without any basic amenities. If you give a notice vacate, you will be troubled more and will be served lawyer notice Do check with neighbouring shops and other buildings before taking risk You will be paying maintenance of 1000, however, you have to bear addition charges for the filling desiel into generator, any AMC for generator and lift, any plumbing works in the building/apartment

            Hi Sir/mam My Name is Chaitenya Rathore i am in jaipur right now, so here is my story, On almost 5th of may i decided to take Reliance Broadband connection, so i visit to your online website of reliance broadband & fill the request & after 3 days i got a call from a representative for the connection & they mentioned that day that i wont be able to get the connection because o[censored]navailability of the wire line in my area . After 4 days that is on 16th may of all these were clear 1 o[censored]navailability, but 1 of your agent called me named Dharmendra mentioned that the connection will be available because some people from my area are ready for the same connection including 1 hotel owner(Hotel Palak Paradise) which is near to my place, so he ask me for formalities & he came at my place of form i submitted the form including all my gov. prof documents copy for applying for a new connection & then he ask me for 2500 rs as i am taking the 2 mbps plan and he gave me a long stripe reciept containing the CAF no. (i am adding attachment of it ), other details of payment & mentioned that within 10 days i will receive a call back from reliance & then i need to provide them all info. which will asked & then he Provided me his Contact number [protected] & i saved his another number from which he called me earlier that is [protected] & after 10 days i never recived a call back from any 1 then i called your toll free reliance broadband number[protected] and register my first complain & the agent gave me ashurity that i will recive a callback from a team for connection within next 24 hours but i never receive a call so i keep on calling you guys &registering the same complain and finally i got a call on mid of june from an agent clamming that the agent came to me is a fake agent & he betryed you & the company i ask him to check for the details of the agent & he mentioned that the guy named Dharmendra is not our company member, so i ask him that how come fake person can have the form of reliance broadband & can have reliance t shirt and browsher and another information, then he ask me to again call on toll free nu mber of reliance and tell them the same and i called &explain the same and then they mentioned i will receive a callback but till today i never recive a callback

              Please DONT go to Bharathy hospital address #64, nagarbhavi, prashant nagar bangalore, Its a waste hospital, they will take lot of money but they will not do proper testing, I gave for LFT and Scanning, both are wrong they told i dont have any disease, again I went to another hospital they confirmed i have jaundice. I request all u guys plz dont go that hospital( Bharathy hospital, nagarbhavi, bangalore.

                Dear Forum, I and my husband was planning to take a rented house at 12 000 in Neb Sarai, New Delhi. We paid 7000 as advance. one day before moving into the rented house, we informed the property dealer that we will not be able to move to the rented house. Since then its being 05 days we are calling and requesting the dealer and the guard who is in direct contact with the owner to return us back the money as we haven't stayed in the rented house and moreover we have informed our unwillingness to join the said home one day before moving. Kindly advice at the earliest.

                  Dear All, I would like to know where to complain for the increasing number of slums in Panvel (Railway Station Road). Its a great concern as with every new day a new Slum house is being made and no actions are be taken by the Panvel Municipal Corporation in stopping. On top of the issues, these slum people are creating mess and have covered the private as well as foot path land. This arise no predestine walking lane. The other issue with the increasing number of slum house are sold to other slum and its a huge business. The main issue is that with the increasing number of slums its hard to live life where we are staying. However If any complaints are made then there are no response from Panvel municipal corporation.                       Hi, I tried to book a bus ticket on 5th Dec 2013 with the CITIOMG offer. But the transaction failed thrice and the amount is debited from my credit card. (Rs.510 * 3) Only one ticket was booked successfully, i tried three times again but other transactions failed. I didn't receive an email with the GOIBIBO Number or something for the failed transactions. I clicked on the option "Initiate Refund" and later i didn't receive or see any status of that. My credit card bill came and it reflects the debit of Rs.1530 for the failed transactions too. How could i track the refund if nothing is received to my mail? Failed Transaction details: Booked on: Dec 5th, Time: 1.57 PM Bus Ticket from Erode to Chennai Booked with CITI bank credit card and the number ends with 7672 Amount Deducted: Rs.510 Three times Transaction failed and the ticket not booked for three times.                         cibil is the most useless organisation which ruins the future of an honest borrower .The finance ministry should take serious action against this organisation alongwith declare compensation for consumers whose scores have been downgraded by CIBIL.There are instances wherein banks have not bothered to update informations with CIBIL for years and based on a one sided information cibil is giving scores relying on the correctness of the bank without getting into verification even after you submit information as a consumer alongwith evidence the records are not updated till months .why is there no penalty levied on a bank ?I think lakhs of people are effected by this act of CIBIL .Why does a lending bank totally rely on CIBIL score and why the parameters of 700 ? are the banks so dumb that they cannot take their own decision .OUR system has to change and the finance ministry has to wake up...further all these so called credit sudhar agencies are again frauds who charge large amounts and do not perform so be careful in getting involved in their misleading and false claims

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I am a resident of WZ 187 Shri Nagar Colony, Shakur Basti (Gai no 4 ). This is to lodge a complaint about the stray dogs in out area. The count would be around 25. They make noise day in and day out. Due to these dogs, children in our colony stay at home. These dogs become active in night and create hue and cry due to which our residents sleep get disturb. Some of these dogs (looks like) have certain kind of disease as they always scratch themselves till they bleed. I am worried about the people as this might lead to some kind of epidemic.                             I received a call ([protected]) from one person from Punjab court( he claimed) and asked me to call some lawyer in Mumbai. As per him I had a credit card from one of the banks while I was in Mumbai and I didn’t clear the outstanding amount in the credit card. Over period of time it has multiplied and amount reached to 65, 000. 3rd party for the bank filed a case against you in some court in Punjab and they are planning to go ahead with a legal case against you. I am sure it is a bogus call because when I asked for proofs/documents they were ready to close the issue/matter outside the court but we should pay the amount within 1 hour. I just wanted to inform you about this call so that you are aware of it. They have full details about mine previous company/Mumbai address/bangalore address but not ready to share details but threatened to be ready for court proceedings.

                              I rented a house at SJR East Woods in November 2012. On September 6, 2013, I gave a notice of vacating the house. As per the lease agreement, I was expected to provide a notice of 45 days. I vacated the house on September 19th, 2013. I got the house white washed as agreed in the lease agreement, fixed the minor damages that happened in the house during the stay and handed over the keys to the owner on September 26th. I waited for the lease period to get over to ask for the refund of my security deposit. The owner showed no sign of returning the security deposit. Now, when I asked him, he is deducting a total of Rs. 90, 000 of which he is quoting Rs. 50, 000 for white washing the house. I got the entire house white washed. But, according to him, it is not done properly and he needs to get it completely removed and re-do. This is not colour. It is just white wash. If not done properly, he can get just an additional coat of white wash done. But, he insists on a total deduction of 90, 000 plus addition rent for 45 days, etc and is returning little over 1 lakh rupees which my total security deposit that is with him is Rs. 3, 00, 000. The owner of the house is in US. His mother is the GPA holder with whom the I signed the rental lease agreement. They never showed me the GPA at the time of lease agreement. The owner in US interacts with me for collection of monthly rent which I would remit in his mother's account at India. The owner's brother resides in Bangalore who overlooks the house. The brother and the owner of the house in US along with his wife are now fighting with me for refunding the security deposit. They want me to return the original lease agreement to them upon which they'll refund my security deposit after deducting more than 50% of it in the name of damages. Please advice on how I can proceed.

                                On 1st July 2013 (yesterday) around 10:45 morning I took a volvo vajra bus from Paringyapalya to water tank kormangala. The bus number is KA 01 FA 2153. When I asked the conductor whether he goes to Sony world or Canara bank stop, he was extremely rude, unhelpful & very impolite. He treated me as if I am a beggar begging him for money. His reaction was extremely intolerable. This behaviour of his is intolerable that too with a lady in a/c buses.

                                We pay such a high fares for those buses plus was it a difficult question to answer politely regarding the bus route ?? Why should we travel in such buses then if they behave Very rude with the passengers. Does it costs him money to respond properly. Is it not his duty to respect costumers especially with ladies .
                                If these simple things are provided by the bus drivers & conductors, then why the hell have to travel in in these a/c buses paying such high fares ? Don't you teach & train them how to behave with the passengers ? Don't you take any action against them inspite of such complaints??

                                  Last 5 days Jalpaiguri BSNL Broad-Band service easily make your life in hell . ‘cause every half an hour or one hour connection drop out and completely disconnected sometimes it stays 1hour sometimes 15 mins . a man who was uploading or download his essential data or even most important net work banking service………… think his/her condition . I was booking railway ticket and in the middle way connection has gone when my credit card number accesses and was going to be activated in middle the connection failed . Onece or twice may be it happen but it happens practically continuously this enough to doom.
                                  consider this true occurrence I was paying my Internet connection bill through net (Needless to say BSNL BROAD BAND SERVICE ) I Input my Credit card number and made the payment .However During the Processing period that transaction transferring process the connection suddenly dropped out . So my Money was paid but not credited to me and by that time any person could have accessed my account and taken…….. you know . And this incident nothing new but Because of the timing period it’s so critical even I can’t do any thing about it And Technically surely I’m in the wrong Side naturally so The fault or callousness discredit comes upon me .
                                  Ok fine but Who will be responsible for my tremendous loss as because when in their pity the connection retunes same as for 15mins to one hour I find my credit account is nil .

                                  I am from #183/2 Sec. 45A.It is to complaint for the worst service of BSNL BROADBAND.
                                  I am using plan UL-900 for which i am getting zero percent money value due to your broadband service.
                                  from last 3 days my broadband is not working and for which i have to pay alot.

                                  I have been using BSNL Broadband Service since past 5-6 months. Since I have taken the network I have problems getting the network and loggin in. I have complained several time in regards to the same and everytime they try to sove but the problem remains the same. This whole month I had too much trouble gettin online.
                                  The plan I am using is Rs.550/Month (2.5 GB Free) but normally I am not able to do so..
                                  When I complained about the same, they say that for the area where I live they have stopped giving such services and the person who gave me the connection is not more working with them.
                                  My neigbour carries the same connection and he does not have any problems using it, so why does I?
                                  I have never been a default in payments and have been using BSNL phone since years now.

                                  My BSNL Broadband service is not working since 30Sep2010. I regisetered the compliant on 30 Sep 2010 and the docket (complaint) no is 5907301. Hitherto the problem is not resolved. It is annoying.

                                  i am from eanduvambadi village in T.V malai dt, tamil nadu. i asked for broadband connection in kalambur bsnl office. but they are not replying properly and they are not ready to give the form also. about 2 weeks i am troubling with them. they didn't take any action..i dont know why they are working.so i want to complaint about bsnl service.. where do i complaint??..what should i do??..and finally i go for other network service...
                                  And what about their Broad band emergency Customer care Service - [protected] . Think they are in deep sleep or in coma . anyway RIP in advance

                                  Self — IRCTC- Automatically signing Out

                                  I am not able to book tickets with my IRCTC Id KBHPDRIR it is automatically signing out. I have tried more than 100 times the last three days but no hopes. I have used this with different systems but the system automatically signed out always. What is the problem????
