As I have purchased one of Branded Nike shoes through your website shoppingsastaonline.com, and the product which delivered is not genuine as shown during purchasing of the product. As I go through the website to return policies icon and but its not working. I have also tried mobile number (Genius Store- [protected]) which given on delivery slip and now coming not reachable. I have drop email also as given on website but no response has come....

I recently ordered the shoes which is supposed to be stylish dublin black gold sports shoes but the one i recieved is totally different fake shoes estimated worth about 250 rupees i. E totally fake, the parcel package is having the same details of sports shoes as i have ordered from the site, but inside the parcel package is the different thing not the shoes that i have booked for, the site is not opening for returning this fake product....

I received the wrong product from shoppingsastaonline.com
It is completely different from what i have ordered.
I want to know how to return it back.
Neither the quality is good nor what i ordered is matching to it.
What should i do.
