Received a price drop alert message from [protected] for this Teclast Android Tablet with a link on 25/07/2020. I complained earlier also. I booked 2 Pcs of above items vide Order Nos: SGD 1389 & SGD 1395. But, the tracking is not showing any details. The website is also not responding to my enquiries reg the above Orders made by me through their helpline email ID. Please help out in getting the Products or else get refund of the full amount: Rs. 2, 499/- x 2.

I saw a pop up and booked for 2 nos by paying full advance of rs. 2, 499/- x 2 on[protected] by online payment. But, today on tracking order ids: sgd 1389 & sgd 1395, it shows no booking against these order ids. Please do the needful so that i get my products otherwise get refund of my money in full at the earliest....

I also paid rs 2499/- on 24 th july 2020.

Fraud site. Website also not working now.

They have not mentioned the date of delivery....

I had paid and purchased from simplegadget.in only because it said that it was powered by shopify and now the site is closed and the vendor not contactable. i need you to fix this and return my money. i checked with the bank and they said i should contact merchant as it mentions payment went to vicebear which is also a shopify shop.
