I have already paid my dues before time but slice pay not reflecting it in there app any still they are showing i have to pay my dues I have raise this query issue 7 times and also did mail on [protected]@slice.com even i called more than 20 times But they are not responding or not giving any customer assitance what should i do if they are plaing with my credit score even i have had paid before time PLEASE HELP

I have done a payment in month of april and the amnt was not reflecting in my account i have raised the issue but still they didnt rectify now they are harassing me saying that they will file a complaint and asking me to pay money

Due to i lost my job, I asked them to provide me some time to pay the EMI as only one month Emi was due but they are harrasing that they will visit my address as already they has visited and behaved so rudely, They dont have proper id card and notice and they are like rowdies, Please help me.

I have been using slice for 2 months and they have just added a flase charge of 4800 witout any reason

Dear sir madam slice app wale harsment karte hai room par aa kar bhai ne loan liya tha aur wo ab yaha nahi rahta room pr aakar hame darte hai marne ki dhamki dete rape case me fasne ki ki darta dhamte hai hame .please help help

I made 2 transactions on 30th May 2022 for which the refund was initiated on 31st May 2022 and as of today 16July 2022 My refund has not been reflected and i have been charged an late fee of 600 as for now because i disagreed to pay the wrong amount and their customer service is so bad i haven't received a reply on the app for a week but then they mail you saying we didnt hear from you so we closed the ticket and on call they make you wait 15-20 mins on hold and then hang up and when you call again they say let me put you on hold and when i said no dont he didnt listen to me and still put the call on hold when i said don't put the call on hold.

On 20 july i order bag from flipkarrt but bag is too smal so i return.it on 30th july.but still my refund is not credited.on flipkart its showing its refuneded.on 6th july 2022

Reached out to customer support and escalation team more than 25 times, not received any resolution yet.

The slicepay have no ethics or morality in their business. They just impose lot of intrest on costumers . They even doesn't respond well. They simply lower the cibil score so yhat we can't even take loan from oyher apps. This is such a kind of worst app.

Showing on bill of next month which I had to not used exactly of same amount which i had paid previously

I have been getting calls from slice to my friends and other contacts even tho I don't have any link with them and the contact number is [protected] . This is a breach of my data

I was using slice pay since october 2021 with limit 40000 then in month of may they reduce my limit and give 24000 limit to use without any information.
