Hi team,
I am abinaya due to lockdown i have lost my job. I am not able to make payments for june 2020. I requested your team regarding this issue but your team is stating financial distress and health issues people are only given moratorium. I have no job and i'm in complete due to it since i'm the only who works in my family now no job also. Why am i no eligible for moratorium. I am a depression patient where you team people are forcing and threatening me to pay my bill. This might lead me or trigger to other things. I kindly request you to give me time in order make my payments. Please help me in my situation

I have made a repayment for my emi on 3rd june through google pay for which the amount got debited from my bank account and the payment was successful from their end but the same was not reflecting in the slicepay app. So, i have made the repayment again on 4th june thinking that i would get my refund within 2-3 buisness days.

I took a small amount loan from slicepay
Now my paycheck has cut due to this pandemic corona. Now they are calling me daily & threatening me
Getting irritated.they dont understand what the actual situation

not providing any information regarding my emis and over charging me for emis

I have moved to the united states last year, my registered mobile number is no longer in service. I have paid all my emis on time till march through a payment link generated but for the month of april, i was being charged ₹12.5 k instead of ₹6.6k, my family was called and threatened about the payment. I have asked them to send me ongoing payment plan details but i haven't received any reply upon sending multiple queries regarding the same. They won't change my registered phone number to my current number nor will they send me any information regarding payments before hand. This is the level of transparency of customer service. Can anyone help me out with that?

I have booked a self rental car and made the payment through slicepay. But later i have cancelled the booking. The self rental car company have refunded the amount, but still the slicepay told me to repay the installment and after the repayments i can use the refunded amount through slicepay online shopping. I have paid all the installments and still im not able to use my money. Its been 3 months i have completed my installment and still they are not letting me to use the my money. I have paid rupees 8000 simply without using their money. I have raised a complaint and they told its a tech issue. But its 3 months i have raised the complaint. I have followed up many times but they gave me the same rply. Previously they told i can use money through online but now they are saying i can use money only from card and they are not issuing the card.

refund not processed and bad customer support

I did a transaction on 9 dec, 2019 for fight booking which amounted to 10, 206 rs but it got failed. But the amount was debited from card for which i even paid the bill thinking as sometimes the refund takes time.
I mailed their support team regarding the same on that day itself.
And till date i mailed these guys more than 20 times but they always say sorry we are trying, please have patience and all such things but don't provide a resolution. I didn't get my refund yet. They were telling me that the raised a dispute with the merchant and waiting for confirmation but the truth is that even i myself gave them the merchant communication details stating that the transaction was failed and they didn't receive any payment.
I mailed their support team regarding the same on that day itself.

I have taken loan from slicepay and they are not giving me moratorium and the told that if moratorium is taken then there will be interest and cibilscore impact

fake cibil reporting and threaten calls
Slice pay gives fake cibil reports under the name of "dmi finance private limited" that you been taken 60, 000 from slice pay and you are liable to pay the entire 60, 000, if you default any amount with slice pay and leaving behind negative impact on your cibil score which in turn leads for you not eligible for future loans in your life and this company doesn't have a grievance team to handle or lookout for your complaints regarding any dispute transaction or heavy interest rate on students and more than that they threaten students from fake police station calls to repay the entire outstanding with heavy interest and also call up on your parents number from your aadhar card details. Please don't take any loan amount from slice pay and don't spoil your life. Please go check your cibil report first after taking any loan amount from this worst company.

This is to inform you... Slicepay is such a worst customer service... Due to some personal reasons we have delayed payment... Today we called them for repayment.. The way executive was responding was very bad experience... They are using unparliamentary language and wanted to drag the negative situation... They don't have manners. I request not to encourage.

I had purchased amazon gift coupon of 3000 on emi from SLICEPAY but the coupons were invalid. I have told the customer care also but they force me again and again for the repayment. Please take a note at this.

I have purchased Uber+uber eats gift card from slicepay . but Whichever Giftcard I have received is showing invalid.
Both companies not responding. Slicepay says that All issues regarding gift card will be resolved by Uber

extra paid money not refunded
I have taken loan of 4000 for three months my emi was 1411 per month by mistake i made payment 1411 *4 times and the fourth emi is still pending i have given several times reminder and every times i have attached the evidence of money been deducted from my account but inspite of all this i never got my money back into my account and and even they denied to sanction me another loan i am not disappointed by that but atleast return my money which i paid extra please

I had a loan from Slicepay when I was a student. It's been almost 3 months since I repaid all my loans. But they are not closing my account even after escalating the issue. I was rejected by banks for having an active loan account.
