Harrasment to family members
I am user Of slice pay and i was continuously paying on time but this month i wasn't able to pay the due on time so they are harassing my family members and friends

Withdrawal not credited and CIBIL not updated
I email ([protected]@gmail.com) have made a withdrawal transaction and after waiting for more than 7 days it is still not credited to my account. Also, since Slice is not a credit line now, I need Slice to report the CIBIL that the account is closed. If this is not possible please provide me with RBI grievance link as I am unable to find Slice or SBM bank under ppi.

Withdrawal not credited to my account
I had withdrawn from my slice account and the transaction is successful but no money has been credited to my account. I have called and mailed them but no response still. The request was filed on 19/01/23 till today there is not response from their side.

I have Done A withdrawal of Rs 1000 on 13th January 2023 from slice mini And Normally Withdrawal Will complete In 2-4 working Days and Today (19-Jan-2023) I have Called Them and they are saying that It will take 4-5 more working days to complete that Transaction.
This Company Is Completely Fraud They are using my 1000 to make more money.

Harrassment from slice
Due to some financial issues, I was not able to pay my emi from last 2 months. I asked them for restructuring of my emi amount. But still they sent their recovery agents to my home in my absence. Then threatend to my parents and they beat my father. I am getting a call from shalima taneja from slice. She is threatening me that if i will repay the amount she will file a rape case against me.
Please help me in that

I was a user of slice pay. They charged very high rate of interest and due to some financial problems I was default to pay. Their collection agnet started calling my family members many times and started harrassing me and my family members. They have taken my whole contact details from my phone through his mobile application. They harrassing from last 2 months.
My mental condition is worst this time.

Slice pay collection department peoples calling me and harras me as i am unable to pay as of now and i need some time, they calling to my family and relatives.

Account closure
I’ve approached the customer service requesting for closure of the account. Been a week now and they’re no response from the slice team. Customer care assures users of 24 hrs reply back time, which is entirely a false promise.
Making users stay against their will is something that should be handled seriously.

Hello just missed the EMI of slice some days before and its not even 01 month, they started calling me I told them Give me one month time or convert to emi, they denied and threatened to come to my home in the first call. The behaviour was just like third class. They have been calling from various sources and I told them the same thing but instead of listeaning, they just reached my location through local agents and same thing asked.
As per RBI guideline agent should come to your home due to your non response, or 90days after overdue. In the name of credit card challenger they changed their business for personal loan app with increasing intrest and change in policy without informing customers. This unfair business practice is fooling people and making them suffer without any guideline and procedure. So no solution for this harrasment so far.

Wrong billing

I have been trying to get my issue resolved since 2nd September but till date no resolution provided after so many calls and mails to their SO CALLED Customer Support and mentioning my concern on Twitter as well. Now I am being charged late fee along with warning sms that this will impact my future loans and credit cards. First of all bill I received was of Rs 2791.34 generated on 2nd September without converting it into EMI I cleared my dues for the month of August at around 12pm. After that i tried to make new payment for make my trip for the amount of Rs3600 around 1pm which was not processed due to some technical issues on the merchants end so i made the particular payment through UPI. Later when i checked SLICE app it started showing Rs3600 due for payment which was not even completed. Ive been on follow up since then only but to no avail ive received proper resolution just one time i received callback that too didnt helped me. Going to file FIR in nxt 24 hours if still not resolved.

Inaccurate bill
Hello sir,
I am going to complaint against Slice in which I ordered a product from Amazon of cost 349 that was later refunded by Amazon after the generation of the bill so I contact the customer care many times to adjust the amount in next month but they are not responding to me . Although cut my call after picking up.
I want to ensure that why Will I pay that amount that is refunded.
Please help also there is another account facility the same issue

Slice disgusting customer support
First of all, there is no coordination among team members. Each person telling different thing. If any high authority person is looking this, kindly ban app from playstore
Cons
**** creating fake 5 star rating in Google playstore by their own employee and their frnds and family
1) Lack of customer service.
2) knowledge less customer executive and not able to speak basic English communication.
3) Normal response time minimum 10 days, but they mentioned 24hrs.
4) When I had less credit limit, they provided good service. But when i have high credit limit, they are not responding at all.
5) Slice got diminishing in service due to worst customer support
Cons

Looting money from people
I have used slice card for some transactions and converted them to emi, now i want to pay the total amount buy they are charging 10% extra for closing the loan they are simple telling they dont have an option.
If this going to happen iam going to take extreme step of taking my life because of the money your looting.

When I login slice account. This app shows my pan no already registered with another number. So many time i mailed slice customer care and call .
But still not working my queries. Slice is wrost service seriously...

Regarding statement of account and loan numbers

I asked for a statement of account for my account, but there was no agent on duty to help.
I was told by everyone that I would get the necessary papers within 48 hours, but I haven't.
Some customer service representatives mislead me, with some stating that my account is active and others stating that it has been closed.
Once the payment has been made, you must submit the consumer loan number—which is distinct from the loan number I received from Slice—along with the payment receipts and the account statement.
The loan number in CIBIL and the NOC loan number are distinct.
Slice has not been communicating properly.
Not included in the overall sum that is authorised in the statement and NOC.
It has the same impact as obtaining a loan from a different lender, such as LIC Housing Loans.
Request date: 12/Aug/2022,
Till now not received the statement.

I Paid All The Emi And Closed My Slicepay Account.But Still Now Over Dues And Repayments are Showing In My Cibil.I Paid The Emi On 07 March 2022 Amount is Rs 54021.But Still Now Showing In My Cibil Is Didn't Paid Nothing Like That .Can You Please Close the Loan In My Cibil.But More than 6 months Still Now Showing In My Cibil With Over Due.This Not Good.

I have already paid my dues before time but slice pay not reflecting it in there app any still they are showing i have to pay my dues I have raise this query issue 7 times and also did mail on [protected]@slice.com even i called more than 20 times But they are not responding or not giving any customer assitance what should i do if they are plaing with my credit score even i have had paid before time PLEASE HELP

Agent rude behaviour

Due to i lost my job, I asked them to provide me some time to pay the EMI as only one month Emi was due but they are harrasing that they will visit my address as already they has visited and behaved so rudely, They dont have proper id card and notice and they are like rowdies, Please help me.
