Once my payment is a delay due to Covid situation after that from slicepay one person call me and harasse me and hacked my phone contact list and called all of them and abusing them, I asked 1 month time for repayment and then their executive came to my home to collect money so i paid him my whole amount of loan in cash. But still, slice pay people to harass me and asking the money i receive so many emails from slice pay for asking the money i dont know what to do now they harrased me & my family & friends badly.
Now what should i do and i've Already made the payment and don't want to make any payment to slice pay, they keep harassing me and give me a threat and they call my friends and family person and asking for money.

Blackmailing for slicepay exsitive
Hello team my self Brijesh I have taken loan from slice pay for some emergency use but from past 6 7 months I have paid and do to some family issues I was unable to pay the loan of November month and one o[censored]r exsitive is sending my photo to my contact which is lilegal and he is send me and he is blacking me I am not refusing to pay but I need some time to shoutout

This is Dinesh here, due to covid i was unable to pay the amount but your customer care lady is calling me and threatening to pay the amount and also they don't speak professionally over a call and using abusive languages. Is this the way your company is treating the customers. Al your customer care people are unprofessional and also illiterate.
Also they send messages in whatsapp abusively. There were 2 girls whom I spoke with have abused my father and disrespected him.
Now I wanted to know what action are you going to take on these 2 girls. I will be waiting for your response, If not I will take this to consumer forum and I will post on all social medias.

I m completing about slice pay employees
Due to covid I am unable to pay the loan amount. So I had politely told your employees that I will clear all your dues at the end of this month. But after that your company's employees are going to call all my references and started to use mis words nd they are going to start gali's. So now I am going to file a case to your employees with their call recording.

This app is definitely a nightmare. I’ve taken a loan in 2017 and have repaid it in 2018. I’ve done the payment by sending the money to the bank account instead of paying through the app. They didn’t upload any of the payments which I’ve done through bank transfers and without any knowledge they called me and my friends in 2020 after 2 years of repaying the amount saying that they’ve lodged a complaint in police station against me and my friend. When I tried explaining them that I’m from different state the woman who called me abused me so badly and threatened me. I somehow tried to contact the higher authority of slicepay and explained him my situation, he looked into the problem and accepted that they didn’t update any of my payments and it was not my fault. I’ve gone through such mental trauma because of the useless and unprofessional employees hired by the company. I will definitely take an action against them in legal ways.

Sending threatening messages on whats app
I have not heard or seen any Nation or International banks threatening customers to repay the amount but Slicepay does it shows the amount of disfunctional organisational behaviour where people in other companies worry about customer and some are worried about making money let's see for how long ull survive in the market 👍🏻

I lost my number and I dont have the option to login to my application and I already told them. Last in August I made the payment... I m ready to pay the payment but I don't know how to do I told them to send the link so that I can pay it but they ignored my texts or calls and then after that someone calls my contacts list and saying that she ran away and took the money... How disgusting. And they shared my pan card and Adharcsrd details to person whom I rarely know . Like who gave them the ### rights to do this. Is this allowed to share personal documents with anyone .

Harassment of me any my all contacts for loan recovery
Due to Covid situation its not possible for me to pay the dues from 3 months. They are calling each of my phone contact i dont know from where did they get my contacts. They have hacked my phone. They are calling everyone and telling them that prateek have took loan on your name they are giving wrong information and harrassing them. This is not a legal way to recover the debts. Its unconstitutional. Please i request you to take action on this.

I will affect by COVID viruses last 3 months .I will admit in the hospital for treatment . That the reason wouldn't pay my slice card bill but the slice agent wil not understand my problem . He was harsse me and hack my mobile than take the content and call my relatives .that is a worng activities .I will pay my total bills one day . Give same time .. I totally disappoint the slice app

Slicepay sends advocate to collect money, once we make payment to them . They say they are fake and it's not their responsibility and we need to still pay the amount . Using of very bad language especially girls working in Bangalore office of slicepay. Threatening and embarrassing the relatives. They have hired worst uneducated employees for less salaries. And those ladies go to any extent with usage of language and threating friends and relatives

Fake Credit Report

The company has now been renamed to slice, so the complaint i have is they have been feeding wrong credit report to the credit bureau, due to which my financial credibility has been destroyed. And they don't pay any heed in solving this due to their fault my education loan has been stalled. And i am just asking for a NOC and they are not providing me that, they have been feeding wrong reports from last 1 and a half year .

This is worst app ever.. We never get any information regarding loan or any documentation done by them pm our address.. Now they are calling our friends and family.. They hacked our id or what they access all the contacts and now saying our relatives and friends that we provided the no. And harassing them.. And use abusive language.. They are so cheap and their call center's girl abuse alot.. They use such cheap words.. They crossed all the limits.. Next time i'm going to file a fir

AM am user of this service Slice Pay Yes i have take a Credit card from them, as every one is aware of COVID19 s o many have lost the job and am one among them i also lost my job in the month of May 2020 and am still looking out due to this am unable to pay the CC payment now they started to call all my contact forcing them to take a conference call when i have clearly said i will make the payment soon by Oct 2020 because i have no job now how do they expect me to pay the payment..

I am filing a complaint behalf of my husband Mr sanketambekar he has taken a loan form slice pay. On june month he had paid emi Rs 7000.And this month due to salary issue he can't be able to pay the emi as all know because of lockdown there is income cut off and we are one n only earning person. Prajakta call me at my number I'm neha gite wife of sanket amberkar she abusing me mujhe paymet abhi chahiye mujhe nahi malum and tera husband bhikari hai na all
Such useless word she use to me hences I'm not denying the payment therefore she using such an bad word to me...please its humble request take strictly action prajakta.

Took cash from account by cheating
My name is Anjana P. I applied my slice pay for loan. A person name Arun Gave me his referral code and asked me to give all the information (referral code-SLICE56743). He took my profile by lying that for approval u have to give me the OTP for ur profile. As for the approval I gave the OTP. He cheated and took 3150 Indian rupee from my account and gave emi option for 10 months and now I have to repay that amount including interest 3710 Indian rupee. I wanna complaint this and need my money back.

Harassing a woman
Due to some issues my payment is delayed regarding the issue the customer care executives have been harassing me my friends and family. I request the consumer complaint centre to kindly take a strict action on the slicepay customer care karnataka. As the manager has abused me.

My name is Karan. There is some amount due(5000).I am receiving the calls and that's ok but the representative of your side is calling my relatives and family and threatening them to pay the price i am receiving the calls of my relatives who are residing in other states claiming that some people are calling them continuously ancd disturbing them. That's not a formal approach and i am also going to file a complaint against them on of your representative name Islam he is threatening my friends to pay the amount which is not good and there is 1 more employee of yours, i don't know his name but i got his number and he is calling me from Shadipur branch New Delhi.I agreed to pay the amount in Cash but he denied and talking nonsense on Phone. So i request you to please take strict action against both of them who so ever is attending the Calls.

They are calling any random person from my contact list, i dont know how they got their numbers, they are asking for money from them and giving the wrong messages. I got a call from slice and they started abusing and harassing me and threatened me of calling the management of my college.

I have no idea why are you charging me for march, april and may. Please consider or i will complain to higher authorities regarding this issue and all threat and mails. Please do the needful. I think there's mistake. Moreover, they are threating us. I request you to, kindly see in this matter.

I have paid the given huge amount with all dues Rs 17900, now moreover they are saying I have to pay more, I don't know for what !! I haven't took a single penny since month FEB. and also paid my bills before that .They are charging me unnecessarily, even during lockdown they charging me huge amounts . Already sent you the pictures . Kindly look into this case as soon as possible . Moreover this company is spoiling all youth put them in deep depths by applying huge interest and dues on their own conditions & doesn't consider the request, they working in public interest but despite they are charging huge EMI's to young people and later threaten them .I have seen earlier intances also. Please take strict action against these fake company which are playing with our law. They charging Rs 30/day as due for no reason, and if I complain to their office no action taken same due raised, no customer service for further details they ask to talk with higher employees . Which do nothing but threaten. I am one such victim. Please ask them to deactivate my account.
As now I want to deactivate my Slicepay account, they are not allowing me to do so . I want to deactivate my account .
I hope you understand my position. Please respond to my complain .

Updated by Ankur_07 You can also Refer this cycle ... They charging me after Feb . I haven't took a single penny after FEB dues and I have paid the given bill 18000 . This is extra charge that are they charging .

Slice pay company started to threaten me for non payment. They are giving fake dues and now it's a huge amount. I don't know what to do and they are stealing contacts from my phone. Please do something I can't handle it anymore.

Not refunding the amount to the card
I did take a credit from slice pay but because of some network error the transaction was done twice. But the issue is the first transaction was not done with the third party they refunded the amount of 5410 but still slice pay is not showing that amount in my slice pay account despite complaining many time as well as i have given them all the details regarding the refund the refund transaction details. They are unnecessarily forcing me to pay the amount which has all already be refunded for the transaction which has not been done.. They have converted the whole amount without many consent to 18 month emi. I have been facing this issue for past 25 days.. I did complaint them that very same day when the issue happens and no action has been taken.
