The guys at slice are not sounding trustworthy.I thought I am enjoying slice pay but now I feel being vexed by their side..I have become perplexed. Why no resolution to my problem...While contacting customer care they hang up midway..
Very disgusting response from slice..
I as well as people I referred slice are going to end using services..
I repaid in full my april spends of Rs.27240.13 and bad people at slice are adding late fee showing that amount as overdue..
Irony is that the amount at the app is showing as PAID and inspite of that they are going on shree of passing late fee and living me reminder after reminder..
Also their email id [protected]@sliceit.com seems to be vogus as no response i get ever..

I have purchased ONE PLUS 9RT mobile phone at the month of feb costed around 47000
I have returned the product due to lagging issues on camera on 26th Feb .
One plus Team said your amount will be refunded back to your original refund method
where I have used slice to buy the mobile. as they said your refund will be done within 7 to 14 working days day and said will get refund within 9th of march . But my slice card was kept on hold from 6th of march and oneplus failed to refund the amount as card was on hold, and said me once card is activated your refund amount would be sent back to me.

I bought Amazon gift cards of ₹55965 and then due to some emergency i have to cancel it.
its been 5 months now and still didn't get my money back

Few months back i took a loan of 12k from slice pay app later on with interest it increased to 15 k i am a student i was not able to pay back that fr that i am very sorry but this company scammers hacked my Device and they hijacked my contact and they were calling to all my friends and relatives and they were informing about this i was so depressed due to this i was not able to concentrate on my studies either how can a company lend loan to a student without taking a confirmation or something from parents they oly ask to submit only students details it shows that they clearly know later on they can scam students and harrassing them so please kindly help me out of this .

My initial amount is 3200 rupees but by closing the amount is 4800 and also calling daily to repay the amount and later they are increasing the amount daily by 100 rupees

The slice pay members were harrassing me for money, i am financially weak, i will pay later but the slice pay i s not hearing my words, they told they will issue legal notice and police complaint, they will come to home and ask all famiy for loan repayment, please say them i will pay it later as soon as I got a job

I called the customer care for a failes transaction. I was given a link for to be filles by the executive who called me after my call to customer care got disconnected. Once i filled the link I got 4 messages requesting for payment through amazon pay however without my consent or any kind o[censored]pi pin amount of around 26000 got deducted from my account. I have raised a police complaint as well. Slicepay is doing fraud

Already requested for unreasonable service charges waiver.No updates on it yet since a months.

I had made 1 transaction on date 6th Jan 2022 and the same transaction got failed but by credit card provider billed me the same and i had paid the amount also but no response from credit card site for for refund.

I am chasing for the refund from last 3 months but no revert up till now.

I requested too many times to close my slice account via email but they are not closing it.
I had given given the reason also but they are taking huge time.
They are taking consumer loan on my slice account because of that my credit score is decreasing day by day.
Customer behavior is too rude they are talking like uneducated people.

I have sent and reply almost 9 times but my account is still not getting closed.

On Mar 7, i tried to customer care number but the number was not in use. After some time i got a call from number saying slice customer care. The person shared a link and through which amazon voucher transaction happened in my account and debited nearly 40k. No response from the slice customer care support.

My problem is with slicepay which comes under nbfco quadrillion finance private limited.

Refund is not reflected in my card balance .My due amount is only 705rs. My card balance is 9295 after refund But showing me 9167 rs. They are not updating my card balance then I will pay my due balance
They are cheating with people no customer support from their side .They are damaging cibil score of customer bcz of their own fault and slice is putting a penalty on me every day.

I haven't withdrawn any amount from slice, but i am getting a msg, actually i have deactivated my account on november...but somebody has hacked and withdrawn the money

With due respect, I Vishal Kumar Singh beg to stat that, This number [protected] called me, my friend and my father and started threatening us. I have already said that I lose my job due to an accident I met with. But the slice employee called my father and abused him, Is it professional? I want an answer? When customer fails to repay the amount, you all start calling his or her reference and abusing them. Who gave you the permission to called my father and abuse him? Using low tactics and calling. He also said that he knows many ways to recover money. I am scared for my life, if he can call and threaten me, he can do anything with me and my family. Slice employee never understands a person situation. He called me and was talking as he wants to do a fight.

Please help me. I beg you to stop calling my reference. I took loan and I will pay but not my reference or my father or any other. I just want some time. It's a huge amount . Please understand my situation.

Already I have done FIR against Slice. My wife received a call from Slice. Truecaller was already was displaying more than 300 people have reported their number as bully and harsher. Neither me nor my wife ever had taken any service from them still they are calling my wife and harshing her and abusing her as some random person has given her number as his sister. They don’t even have her official name. They have her name which is being displayed on Truecaller which is her nick name or say pet name. [protected] this the number from which she received the call. Strict action should be taken against such fraudsters bullies. My 5 year old daughter is traumatised after their call.

I purchased a laptop using slice card and converted into EMI. But later I cancelled by order and full amount was refunded back to slice card. Refer attached Flipkart confirmation. But still i am getting regular reminder for the payment and they are not correcting the balance from there end.

In August 2021 any slice person hacked my slice credit card and stolen money 57000 through paytm and converted in 12 emi, every month emi is bounce and my cibil score spoiled, please take legal action against slice and resolve my issue, I have mentally harrase by slice and no solution after five months

A call was came to me and at that time my phone was with my elder brother he says he was talking about slice credit limit increasing and after that the man told my account credit limit will be increased.
