My problem is with slicepay which comes under nbfco quadrillion finance private limited.

No 7, 3rd Floor, 1st Cross, 3rd Main Road Ashiwini Layout, Ejipura, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560047

My total credit limit was 22500/- which was used 100%.

I've paid my dues continuously till march2020.

As covid 19 affected the whole world I'm not an exemption and you people provided me with moratorium there after I started repaying you from September 2020.

I.e for the period of 5 months (from April2020 - august 2020) I was unable to pay my dues due to pandemic and thereafter I started paying as per your calculations from September 2020 and till now I.e till June 2021 I have paid 30674/- rupees which means I paid 8174 rupees as penalty charges still it is showing in the app that I have to pay 9065/- rupees as my due amount which comes a total of 17239/- rupees as penalty which I feel is very high and unfair to me for a period of five months and for credit limit of 22500/- that to for a student 17239/- rupees is a huge amount, which comes as you are charged me 3447/- rupees per month as only penalties for 5 months which I didn't pay. They offered me a settlement to pay 7000/- and the discount amount is 2000.

Dear sir even after taking 10000 more as penalty they are harrasing me to pay 9000 more.

On my slicepay account I saw yesterday that 47000 gift card has been generated which I don't know of. I had applied for slicepay credit card but I had not recieved from approx 8-9 months. Regarding this I used to get call from slicepay. Likewise yesterday also I got a call and after sometimes I saw that flipkart gift card has been generated which I haven't done. I have filed a dispute on slicepay but I haven't got any response from them yet. This is gift card so it can be traced back and get the money back but nothing has happened yet. This is a huge amount for me to repay and nothing has been done to help me. Please look into this matter and help me out as soon as possible.

They are threatening and harrasing me to pay the money and gave replay for my contact list also

Hie this is samina momin and i was a slicepay user until lockdown. due to financial crises i was unable to pay meratorium extra amount. i have olready paid base amount. but now ur company has hacked my contacts and is texting almost every contact dat i am unable to pay the amount. i asked for a little more time but they refused and said we will sent to each and every contact. and dey actually did. so i wnt it to be cleared and i dnt want to lodge any complaints for indaving my privacy. if and only if issue is resolved.
i have screeshots of the chats of your employee and the msg sent to one of my contact. please resolve this asap

I am a student for some educational purposes I withdraw money from slice pay app i paide monthly with intrest in this lock down there is no work so i dont have money to pay but this app customer service they call daily and blackmail in what's app for money they increase intrest heavily for 10days according to this for months they charged 3ble for tha amount what I took so take an action by the all students side I request

From past 2 months I'm receiving call from the company name called SLICE PAY. in which I have not taken any loan but somehow they got my number and all my mobile contacts and they are calling to our family members to repay the amount. Even I'm getting messages saying that you have to repay the amount where I have not taken any loan from them.. Here I'm complaining about SLICE PAY, kindly accept my complaint and take action accordingly. Thank you

I was affected by covid 19 . When i couldn't pay the emi that time, the silce people threatened me in many ways even though i was so sick

The slice pay agent is texting me on WhatsApp and threatening me that they will send recovery agents to my home to recover money. They also called my mom and talked very badly with her. The number by which they are sending WhatsApp messages is [protected]. Please help me I stopped paying them just because I was positive with Corona and all my family savings was used for medicines. Please help me. I always pay on time before covid but now I'm unable I even lost my source of income. Please help me. Please. Please help me or I will suicide

When i tried to pay the repayment amount on june 8 the money was debited from my amount and the transcation is failed and the debited amount was not refunded back it now.

I have taken a small college loan from slicepay and before the lockdown I was paying all the EMI at a time very punctually but due to lockdown I could not make my EMI paid then the slicepay agent is regularly making me feel down by contacting my relatives by accessing my all contacts through my mobile phone please help me in this condition.

I got a fraud call saying me that I have won slicers Lucky Day and they have taken all my money please help me with this

This company is fraud and they are calling my family and abusing so bad and telling me that they are giving my sisters number to all and calling my mom and abused so bad that i cant even tell here they are really a fraud company the number by which they are calling is ‭+[protected]‬there is a lady representative who is abusing my mom and my sister

[protected] this recovery agent is harassing he call me and my all contacts and harassing this person is saying if you can't pay any payment I am destroy your career

This people harrassing my friends and family and even the people whom I don't know but still tell them that I gave them the number.

Kindly, noticed that this compny is fraud, and blackmailing all your s contact lists of family members and tet to destroyed your respects and positions in your life.if any one suggestion that how to complaint ti stop this type of suside harsarment attempts done by consumer whi paid legally but not their penality which they unligallly demanded by customer care bad behavior persons plz suggest me.

Hi I used to few years slice card but past 4 month I can't able to pay slice amount slice executive lot of calls and hacked some family contact and there are talking badly so I also tell I don't have money so I come to direct half amount settlement so slice executive saying they don't have option and ur fraud and I file complat against you there are told some bad language

For every 500 they are charging nearly 51 rupees intrest in which it includes 30 for service and 21 as intrest even i[censored] pay ontime every bill still it gives u high amount of interest upto now i have payed more than 10000 rupees intrest only

My self Mohd Zakir Hussain I have some financial and family problem so my EMI is delay to pay on month of April 2021 and slice customer care is worst they hacked my contact list and they calling everyone and even they abused to my father and it so harassment to my family so please take action on customer care executive

This app gives money with zero intrest
but when it comes to penalty it charges 35 rs daily
for 1500 one month penalty charged is 1000 rs
they are gaining the momey from these penalties
when i asked the agent to decrease the penalty they are saying its your fault
they are imposing that much penalties and saying that its our fault

I have taken a loan from application called SLICEPAY. I was repaying it always on time. Again i took loan recently. After few days i tried paying it but i faced a error called application error. Then they called me from the company frequently to make a payment. I said them give me some time so i can pay it. After that they stated sending a abusive message to me and started calling my contacts list and damaging my name. So i request you to kindly take some action against them.

Note: Now also I'm Ready to make the Payment

I have taken a loan from slice on 17 Feb amount got deducted but never refunded to my account and I'm paying the amount and intrest as well everytime I contact slice some fellow suheal says we have given it to respective team and it take s some time it's been 1.5 months that nothing has been done and I have already paid the amount

I have taken 3334 Loan and I have paid that amount and now after 2 years the are calling and they have hacked my number and calling my relatives and abusing them. They are blackmailing me why should I pay again and again. Why they are abusing my family members. I have all the recordings as proof and her name is Priya Singh.

I am using slice for the past 24 months and repaying on time every month. Due to covid pandemic.my family is in financial crisis. From jan month 2021 I can't able to pay emis. I am asking time for repayment they are torturing and harassing my parents, relatives and friends. They violated my privacy and abusing like anything. These are the numbers who are harassing me

I have take the loan of 20, 000.I have paid 10000 in that remaining was the balance.I didn't pay 4months emis due to some financial issues.I am asking them Time to clear.They are refusing me to give the time.and they are accessing my contacts and they were calling to my family that He is telling that he not taken the amount you sel[censored]se the amount so you need to pay.Even I am saying they repeat the same conversation with my family members.

They harass calling several times with different numbers and calling other people in the contact number by hacking and making panics and threatening me and using abusive language I am deeply protesting against their high interests price and constant threatening. I hope someone can help me out of this torture.

I have taken a loan of 19k and i can't repay that because of their high interest.they are regularly calling and harassing my parents and asking for too much money. They also submitted fake CIBIL reports which is impacting my CIBIL score badly..They Hacked my phone contacts and calling my friends...relatives and harassing..which is a violation of privacy.. There are are lot of fraud application caught recently..a lot of people suicided also. please consider my complaints against slicepay..now they are calling my parents and telling that they will take legal actions.. there is lot of peoples who is been cheated by slicepay.. please help us

I have cleared all my dues and emis but slicepay/sliceit or thier partner quadrillion financice pvt ltd is not updating the repayment status, last updated date was April 2020, i have closed my account completely in oct 2020.

I have a Slicepay card for which I am unable to repay currently due to Covid problem. The executive named Imran is attempting calls from his personal no. and abusing like anything and warning me that he will also call my contact list which they have synced on their server

Absiung with bad words and his team leader also act like a third class totally this lender act like third class even i repay all amount... yesterday an lady called my grandmother and abused her with very bad words
