On 10 oct 2021, i purchased a kids bicycle from this site. but no delivery and no messaged from them. order no is 1362...

On 10.10.2021 i purchased a bicycle for rs 2199 from sozzted.myshopify.com using icicibank credit card. i think razorpay is the gateway they used. But till date there is no information about this order. order no is 1362...

I have purchased Kids Tricycle on 15th of Oct 2021, Still now its not received any update and also not received any tracking id.

Could you please suggest trace id and when I should I get that product....

I ordered an dinning set and paid via upi. I haven't received any communication about my order details except that the order is confirmed. I paid 700/-. The email id provided in the site is also faulty. Kindly check and make them return my money...

I ordered and payed using upi in the link I was redirected to which was razorpay, then the update message came I waited for like 10 days and more still there is no update on my product, will I get a refund or will I get my product, and the link I was redirected to for updates was sozzted myshopify . So please do something, either a refund or I want the product ....

Cycle delivery booking status confirmed but delivery not...

I purchased "Mtb Cycle Shimano Gears 21 Speed Dual Disc Brakes for Adults" on Oct 6, 2021, 10:02 AM.

The payment has been debited from my Google Pay through their Razor Payment Gateway. To date, I did not receive an email or order shipment details. When I was trying to contact them but no luck and phone number both are wrong.

Paid for cycle. No order or tracking number received from the site. Their contact number is false only 9 number. No reply mail or sms from them....

[protected] is my number. And [protected]@gmail.com. 499 payment against tricycle has been maid but no tracking provided ple refund it......

After the completion of the payment not received any confirmation or Order details from the other side so i feel i was cheated and try to contact given company phone number and email address but it was wrong. then try to rozarpay via online to his customer Support team & mailed me to callback within...

I have ordered a cycle, as soon as i paid ive checked for order details, no information at all.i am feeling cheated,
As for the other complaints we trust police, for these online frauds there is a cyber crime police who should take very serious actions as in current period many people do onlune shopping believing that no one could cheat.so should our cybercrime police be more active getting their theifs who are stealing our hard earned...

I paid these fraudsters a decent amount while i was shopping for my jumpsuit... I used GPAY And my money got deducted but still there is no revert from their side even their contact information are fake. Need my money back.....

so please if it possible to return my money from these cheater and also to check them to further cheat any others....
