Bought TCL TV 43" on July 2020 after 6 months display gone, it took 5 months to replace the tv & that too the replaced tv is repaired tv they deliver.

TCL TV Screen / Display Issue

After 3 months once again same issue display gone, 2 months going to complete after the complaint given they still saying we don't have available parts / replacement of TV so you have to wait till we deliver to you.

TCL service and part installation
This is my second email to you regarding the service under the job Id IN[protected]. It's been a month that we have requested your service for changing the panel due to display issues in LED TV. I have called a number of times to the service center and to the customer care regarding the same. The first time when I called they told me the panel had not been delivered yet. Second time I called the panel or the board has been delivered to the service center and we will send the technician soon to change the part. The same dialogue was repeated when called for the 5th time. The complaint was booked on 20th of September and until now no technician has visited our home. The last call I made was on 30th of October and the customer support told me that the job id has closed as we have serviced your TV whereas the part is not yet installed and the technician has not yet arrived at our premises. The TV comes under warranty and they told us no amount will be charged from us. Why so much delay. This will be my last mail regarding the same.
Either you install the part or give us a new device. Or else the action will be different, maybe I have to go to consumer court. Feel shame as your customer. I valued your TCL Brand as I was very much conscious about buying a product.
Please look into this matter.

I am having tcl led, just bought last year. Now itâs not work from last month or so . Just initiate 3 times complaints also . But no buddy can help me . One time technician visit at my home. He said your LED âs desktop IC is bad that why itâs not working and itâs not a changeable issue. Itâs a product replacement issue . He said me that thing and left my home and said within a week you getting new LED . Now on words i am not received any product or not received any update about replacement . I am facing hard time . No buddy help me . Very bad service . I hope you help me and take A BEST action regarding my issue . I have really bad feelings about TCL company . In future will not any business with this company . Really ### service . I was wasted my money on this product . Will suggest to my non as well about bull company . Am very depressed . Please help me .

TCL 24inch LED display
It's Already been 1month I have complaint about the display. Then day after that day a technician visited and checked the issue. Told me it'll be resolved in just 6 days. Now its been a month. Their executives are not responding in correct manner. To be straight forward they don't give a damn about their customers. Actually it's just a 24 inch worth of 8k tv. Not much. But TCL you are not gonna grow like your other competitors. Such a trash company and worthless executives.

This is Seetha Raju( [protected] & [protected]) from Hosur. I bought a 43 inch TCL Television in Reliance Digital in Madurai on Oct 2019.That sales person converted me to buy TCL Brand. I was hoping about buying a good brand. But Not at all. I have never seen such a poor and worst service in my life.I had an issue with my Tv. So I raised a complaint on Feb 2021. I haven't got a solution for that issue since Feb 2021. My TV has not been in operation since Feb 2021. After a few follow ups, They replaced TV, But it was not TCL. I rejected because I'm not aware of that brand. That time I was in Madurai. After that I got transferred to Hosur. Again I raised a complaint on Apr 2021. Still, I didn't get a solution from your side. Kindly check my history and look at I have done how many follow ups. Now they told me after many followups, we can replace the parts because o[censored]navailability of the Tv Stock. That's not my fault. As a brand, you maintain sufficient stocks. I couldn't accept for parts replacement. I waited such a long time. After long time how could you say like this? Tv is an entertainment product. Plz think, how could I manage with my family members while we were in lock down. I requested to speak with higher officer and I spoke with your customer care service manager.. His answer was not good for those who were suffering from your product. I'm so upset with your service and products. Not at all happy. The right place for your product is dustbin only. Please refund my money. I want to purchase something good and best products not like your products. I have no use of that TV. Plz come and pick your product and refund my money.

TCL 65 in TV black screen
I had my for only 3 years and all of a sudden the screen went black and because the warranty is over they won't do anything despite this being a well- known issue with their Televisions I contacted they on 09/08/2021 and they refuse to correct their mistake

This is with regards to the above TV model and serial number which was replaced by yourselves and was delivered to me on 16th September 2020.
This was the replacement sent in place of my original purchase of 55” TCL Model No 55P2MUS against Tax Invoice No KTPLCIN[protected] Dated 24.12.2018 from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd – Vasai West.
I wish to inform you that the replaced Tv has suddenly started displaying a Flickering Screen since yesterday night on all channels and internet content.
As such I request you to please register my complaint hereof and kindly arrange to depute your Service Engineer/Technician to rectify the same at the earliest & oblige.

Purchased TCL 55" TV from Amazon sale in Nov 2018 and it started having white lines from Sep'20 and as on Aug'21 it is no longer working. Complete black screen.
Service is very bad, though Technician visited a week back still no solution to the problem.

TCL tv with roku
I have purchased 2 TCL tv's with rocku and both have went out the same way within 2 years. The last one I purchased was 1/17/20 and it went out yesterday the same way. Customer support is horrible and the warranty is horrible. I waited on hold 30 minutes to speak with a supervisor. After waiting 30 minutes I was told a supervisor would return my call in 24 hours. I have other flat screen tvs not with TCL and have never had these problems with them going out in 1 year.

This is regarding the JOB ID# IN[protected] for the model# 50P615. I have initially raised a TCL complaint on July 9th, First visit happened on July 12th.
Afterword's it took 2 weeks for them to pick my TV from home (On July 27). Every week then used to tell me that, TV will be delivered next week next week etc. ITS now a month.
My device is in Warranty so far, and I get this pathetic service after sales on a warranty product. It's too bad to talk about TCL

I'm complaining about TCL tv
Out TV display has been gone after 11 month from the date of purchase we have complained about this to respective person they said we will replace the TV . It has been 45 days still we are getting any updates from your side .. whenever we call customer care they always telling wait another 10 or 15 days. One of the worst customer service I have ever been experienced. Even manufacturing of TV will not take this much time. If you people do this much service better stop to sell your product.

My self Y.Naga Satya Madhuri.I have purchased a TCL tv on september 7th 2020 and it was not working from the 3rd April 2021 that we got a panel complaint and we have complained to the locla supplier where we have buyed the tv. And complaned to the tcl customer care as well with id In[protected] and even in consumer court id 2805306.But no one is responding regarding the complaint finnally 05 of Aug 2021 we got the new tv with replacement but it is also a defective peice again no one is responding.Please look in to this

Smart TV not working, TCL did not provide any resolution and closed my complaint.

My Smart TV (Model 55P8) suddenly stopped working since April but due to COVID lockdown I could not raise the complaint. Finally I raised the complaint in mid June and engineer visited and told me that the Backlit panel needs to be replaced.
Its been more than 45 days and there has been no update. Few weeks back I tried contacting engineer but has no update, then I contacted TCL Area Manager Harish he also didn't give any update. Then I contacted Customer Care they also didn't provide anything just said it will be resolved.
Until couple of days back the Service Request on TCL India web was showing its status as 'Applying for the replacement product' but when I checked it today, its showing that the ticket has been closed. There has been no contact from any TCL personal and no resolution is provided but the ticket has been closed.
Looking for any help or suggestions to get my issue resolved.
So far after reading many TCL complains on this forum, I think TCL is the worst electronic consumer products company in India.

Chep atafff ia taken on and when you mention trigger words like internet they are ready to transfer you to pass the buck...I thought the company was goodnbut today was a eye opener..Please continue making indians a fool. they deserve it...lol I am only half

I have been facing this problem past 7 to 8 months but due to covid I could not contact my TV speakers are not working at all and TV does not works properly I am trying to reach TCL toll free number but that numbers are also not available please contact this issue as soon as possible.
