TCL Air conditioner not working after 2 days
Purchased 1 Ton TCL Ac on 30th April 2021.on 2nd May 2021, the AC stopped working. I raised service request twice. Till now(14th june 2021) none of their engineers visited my place and TCL not bothered about the issue. I feel that, i made bad decision in purchasing TCL product. I purchased this product from SPK Smart shop, Mudichur Road, westTambaram, Chennai 45. Even the shop owner not bothered about the concern. He is telling, he cant do any thing. I feel that i got cheeted by him as he only suggested me TCL AC is good.. But the fact is TCL products are worst compared to others. 😢

Regarding installation of washing machine

Myself swaroopa, i have purchased a new washing machine, to install the machine the service person came and installed, , but the machine was not working properly, as soon as i start the machine the water is running out through outlet, , the service person is not rsponding properly when im trying to contact him, , please resolve my issue

I have purchased a TCL led tv from reliance jio store which 3year warranty and now my tv is not working display and i have complaints online tcl customer care and after that someone is calling me for service but still they don't visit my location for any service and i call him every day for service he told that same word from last 4days (aaj engineer visit karega aap ka problem solve ho jaega ) i didn't understand that why they are false committed everyday last at end of the day he closed the call and update unabe to contact customer.
Kindly look the matter as urgent basis

Raised an issue on Jan 1st 2021. There is no proper response and support from TCL. Order tv on Amazon on October 24th 2020 and order I'd is[protected].

Suffering a lot after purchased this product due to no support from TCL. Asking to wait for another 15 to 30 days where already 18 days over from the date of issue raised through TCL customer care. No more delay, please replace the product with same configuration and model.

I had given my TCL TV to the service repair centre in a partly working condition. After 15 days they returned my TV without its motherboard and in damaged condition. The service repair center has broken my TV's motherboard.

TV Remote not working properly

I purchased TCL TV on 18th september and noticed an issue with the remote provided. Battery is being decayed within a week and a reported complaint already.
I have thrice replaced the battery on the remote and observed it being decayed within a week. Customer support person visited my location and confirmed the issue with the remote provided and said they will be replacing it within 3 days (on 21NOV2020).
Device is still within Warranty period however the customer support provide is very poor. I have not received further response from them and no response being provided on customercare.
Kindly help me to get a response from them

About tv issue
I have placed a complaint about my tv issue on october 12th still hasn't resolved. Everytime i ask them they just give me dates and when the date is iver they're giving me other dates. This issue has been going on for almost 2 months. They don't even have any idea of replacing the tv. They just making customers fool by asking more time. My complaint ID is IN[protected]

I have won in spin and win contest on their website where i hv won a tv at Re 1. They provided the unique code to redeem the TV then and There . But when i redeemed the code it said “this code is not valid for this product” I have contacted facebook and instagram TCL page too they asked me the error code and i sent them the screenshot too after the giys not replied to my mail here . I do not know whose foul play is this either your social media admins or any hacker . They told me that this code is already redeemed by someone else . How is it poss ??? They have cheated on me . They are providing a false email id claiming that this email id has redeemed the code . Whereas when i tried the code was not valid . So instead of refreshing the code they are forfeiting my prize and now blocked me on twitter . I have all the necessary screenshot to prove the exact time of my winning with the mail id used to log in . This mail id also posted on their wrbsite in the winners list of 23rd oct at 12.03 pm . I have the same time screenshot too . Now if other id has claimed that code they can stop that and ask that person to share the winning screenshot or ask that person to mail from the winning mail account to prove that he is the rightful owner of the prize . But they atmre not giving me any proof or are not coperating . Even not Stop the delivery process ask thatmail id to share screenshot of his winning .

TCL LED TV not working and less than one year old
I purchased a TCL LED TV on 31 Dec 2019 which was delivered on 1.1. 2020. Come October 2020 the TV is not working for which I raised a complaint on 23 Oct bearing and was advised that it Panel is faulty and will be rectified in 2 weeks time. I have the incident/job number too. Now when i call the customer number after 2 weeks, i am advised that the part is not available and I have to wait for further period of 2-3 weeks.

I bought TV in November 2019 which stopped working in August 2020. After many phone call & complaints TCL said that they will replace the TV. It had been 3 months now & still i haven't got any TV. Ever time TCL's area manager gives a new date for the replacement but still there is no replacement or solution to the issue. TCL has been very negligent & lingering the issue for last 3 months.

This is Syed. I purchased Tv(C2 US 55") on 2019. Tv makes many fault since the day I bought. I've been hearing sound from tv. Even when it is off. I told them, but the solution TCL technicians gave me is "Leave it". Now again I registered a complaint regarding a flickering screen. The agent from customer support said I'll receive a call. I never received a call. Instead I received a message stating that a technician was trying to contact me and I failed to pick up. So the service is cancelled. I tried calling customer support again. Now the call is not successful because Saturday and Sunday no one is available. Technician avoiding customer without calling them updating information as called but no response. Such a fraud in TCL. I got proof.

I had purchased the TCL P2L55P2US TV and everything was fine till couple of months. All.of a sudden we found we could not log in to Google play store and other related Google product. So contacted Seller Amazon India.happily they washed their hand saying the TVbis out of warranty. Now contacted TCL call center.Their answer was since you purchased from Online the warranty is only 18 months and any service will be charged. I said this is software issue of the manufacturer and how am I responsible. They were very cool... Pay to get the things rectified or be in problem. So considering my investment on TV I agreed for charge..
Now a technician comes to my home and say you need to create another Google I'd and log in.. though it look funny and illogical we did that and nothing works.
Now they say, we will try to update software by USB otherwise need to change the motherboard itself.
GOD please help me and others how are fooled like me

TCL TV with warranty and issue not solved by support team
My TCL TV display stopped working on 20th Aug. I complained and a service Engineer came home and checked the TV on 24th Aug. He said the LED panel has to be replaced and as the TV is still under warranty, he said he will take it up with service center of TCL.
It is now 25th Sep and I still do not have any solution for my problem. Whenever I call the customer support they say it will take another week and they are escalating the ticket but nothing happens.

Company is rejecting to claim under warranty
I have requested service for the tv problem which occured i have lodged complain on29/08/2020 and then today 07/09/2020 they said that they have rejected to take my complaint under warranty so basically my tv had some display problems so the thing is the service provider said they display pannel should be replaced they said and they also said to wait for one week so that they will confirm me..and then later after 9 days i got to know that they have rejected my service and they were claiming that it is not in the warranty and they also said that the bill was also not correct and the later i asked them what to do now they said said the bill is improper so at the right moment i went to the showroom were i bought this tv and told everything about this so later they given me another copy of that which has more clarity without corrections because the previous bill was not accepted because the minor corrections so now all the corrections are corrected now in this another bill and then went to the servcice center and they said i will again upload the bill and lets see they said and they were not at all responsible for that they were saying that there is still no confirmation they said but after two days again they said it has been rejected wht is this all this nonsense it like really they people are mental harrasing me i use more 5 products of tcl on beliving that tcl is good trusted company but after this issue iam completely not gonna trust you and your products anymore i

I have brought a tv of tcl (Ifalcon) from filipkart on 29th aug 19, which is having display problem i have raised complaint to company on 19th june, 20 within warranty time but i am not at all getting response from them for repair i have called customer care more then 10 time wrote on facebook and twitter more then 10 time called service engeenior more then 5 time but there is no output seen yet even they have blocked all chanals so i can not connect them

यह टीवी dg1 से लिया गया था 3 साल की अनंत के साथ अब यह टीवी अब यह टीवी चालू नहीं हो रहा है कोई भी कंप्लेंट लेने के लिए तैयार नहीं ना ही कोई कॉल उठा रहा है ना ही कोई बात करने को तैयार है मैं परेशान हूं मैंने This TV was taken from dg1 with a warranty of 3 years. Now this TV is no longer running. This TV is not ready, no one is ready to take any calls, no one is ready to talk nor I am worried.
