My self viswanath and i bought tcl 55p2mus model tv on feb 03, 2019 tv has board issue after i am using tv i found and complaint the technician came and check and told need to change board, after 13 days board came yesterday he changed the board still the problem is there, i have used tv only 4 days and problems i found, i thought you will replace the tv but you didn't, what is the use of faulty tv with cost of 50, 000 i invest

    I purchased the tcl 4k 43" tv from amazon website on[protected] with 18 months warranty.

    Horizontal line started displaying on the middle of the TV on last week of the DEC 2018, hence i raised the complaint and the complaint number is 32027501 & TCL technician came on 26th December 2018 and said that the Display has problem and needs replacement.

    The Technician raised a ticket for panel replacement and is approved by the tcl as the TV was under warranty.

    From that day i continuously followed up with the customer care but till today[protected] my problem is not solved. the customer care gave service manager no Mr. Suresh - [protected], Rana - [protected], they both said they would get back to us regarding the same, later both stopped receiving the call. Then no more action...

    My problem not solved till date and the customer care has no response for the same.

    Kindly Help me in getting my work done

      I purchased a tv for my nephew for getting his first apartment. Keep in mind this was not a black friday tv. This tv was $450.00 this tv is 13 months old and you can't not view the screen on the sound can be heard. I called the customer service and was told its over a year and the warranty is no longer valid. I reintegrated to her if i would have known this expensive tv would go about this quickly believe me i would have paid for the warranty. I am not done with this matter by any means. I will report this to the bbb next and so on and so on.

        I purchased the tcl 4k 43p2us tv from amazon website on 3rd may 2017 with 18 months warranty till 2rd nov 2018
        My display got problem in september 15 hence i raised the complaint and the complaint number is september with complaint number 18617201 and tcl technician came on 24th september and reset the tv but that was not solved

        My problem not solved and with same problem again raised complaint with complaint number 19200701. This time technician visited on 29th september and raised a ticket for panel replacement and is approved by the tcl.

        Then no more action so frequently i am calling for the replacement and i got reply from tcl saying that part not available so wait for part to arrive.
        In this it delayed more than 2 months.

        After 3rd dec i received the tv 43p65us as replacement.

        The one which i purchased is 43p2us: 64 bit quad core a53 1.5g hz/gpu:6 core mali450mp2 600mhz / memory 1.5gb ddr3/flash 8b

        But one which is coming for replacement is highly degraded version with 1gb ram / 8gb rom, 1ghz processes with only 4core gpu (As per available in website)

        So i mailed to tcl for compensation or providing same model then i received a call from one of tcl team member on 13th december asking for options. I provided option for same model/compensation/or asked for money back upto their choice but there after no response.
        Bought TCL LED TV 36 INCH TV on Sep2018. Now have got lines on TV screen which never expected in TCL. Please help to fix at the earliest possible.

          Initial display problem was replaced with 43p65us instead of actual 43p2us - complaint no 20232201

          The replaced one has got poor quality which we are not totally satisfied.

          Taking the above concern to the tcl customer service department, there is no proper response or no technician has been deputed to look on.

            After purchasing a TCL TV via Amazon, we have only been dialing their customer care numbers, their third-party vendor complaint cells and their reimbursement department. The TV stopped working within 6 months, we had to wait for 2 months for them to respond on the defect, 15 days for them to take the 'defect piece' and 1.5 months for them to reimburse the payment (even now the amount has not been reimbursed). Today finally lost all the patience and made a final enquiry to Gagandeep Gulati[protected] the person responded that the money will be transferred in 20 minutes. Not done! Called back again to check and he responds it will be done by today EOD - lost my cool as I have been irritated hearing this response for the last 4 months now. 33K is not a small amount - the way these people respond is like we are asking for their money. Finally he disconnected the call and doesnt bother to answer the call again. What are you guys upto, TCL?

              Hi,

              I bought TCL tv from Amazon on 30th September 2018 with bill #[protected].

              Tv is not working from 15 days. When I tried calling customer service, they responded after 3 days and was very rude.

              They said they will send a technician in 24-48hours, technician came home on 6th day after complaining.

              Technician said, cockroaches have bitten tvcable. When I cross questioned, he said it's a tv issue and will replace tv in 1 week.

              It's more than a week, when I call customer care today, they are telling can't replace tv. They ordered panel and it will take 15 more days.

              They are telling you can complain wherever you want or go to consumer Court.

              Really fed up with these customer service and product qualitity.

              Resolve it at the earliest.

                I bought a tcl tv from vijay sales, mahim in september 2018.in october it stopped working. We registered a complaint through vijay sales. Tcl took 1 month to repair it. It was completely dead. Within 1 week the problem reappeared - the tv went dead completely. Now it has been 2 weeks since we lodged complaint. They say it will take 15 days to repair. Thoroughly hopeless experience with tcl. What is the meaning of warranty if they take a month to solve a problem?

                  I have bought TCL TV on 29 Apr 2018. The TV has stopped working due to defect in its LED panel. I have registered complain on 14 Nov 18 and since then chessing TCL customer care to get the update but they don't have any update on it. It has worst customer care. I have asked TCL customer care to give me expected time of resolution of my TV problem but they failed totally in providing required information. I need your help to resolve this issue
                  This tv is design defective...the small plastic feet on the tv...do not provide stability and slide very easly...if tv slips off table the screen will crack and tcl will not honor warranty...

                    There was an offer for TV in Amazon for the brand TCL in which we can buy a 55" (Warranty: APB130789G-0275) UHD TV and a 32" (Warranty: APB134901C0336) HD Ready TV as a bundle offer. We had bought this (Order No:[protected] on[protected] and was delivered to me on[protected] due to some personal reasons and travel abroad We were not able to schedule an installation call immediately. later, we did call TCL for installation and immediately within 48hrs Mr.Murugan from TCL came home to install the TV on[protected]. Since we didn't have Set top box, the 55" Inch TV was tested with internet and it was working fine. The 32" was just powered on and checked by the technician to see if it was working. Later, within a week we were able to arrange a set top box and gave connection to both the TVs. The 55" TV was working fine with no problem meanwhile we found that there were black lines running vertically on our 32" TV when we gave the connection and were shocked to see it as it was a brand new tv and we were using it for the first time. We immediately made a call to TCL customer care and registered a complaint. They said they will repair the TV for us and we were unhappy to get the newly bought TV repaired instead we asked for a replacement for the TV since it was well within warranty and they were the one who had opened the package and installed it and now it seems to be a defective piece. Nobody in the customer care was able to guide us on whom to contact for replacement. They advised us to mail in this regard but there was no proper response for the mail. Whenever we call the customer care and asked to connect to the manager they told us the manager was busy and they will call back which never happened from TCL. They promised us over mail that they will get back to us within 7 to 8 days 25 days ago[protected] still they don't reply us properly but says it is been notified to their service team again and again without any solution. I believe they are a bogus company selling Defective pieces through dealers online. Please help me to claim my rights to replace the TV and they should not repeat this to other customers. They have the worst customer support services.

                    Hi,

                    I bought TCL LED model -43P6US on 11th Nov 2018 . But no one come technician person come for installation and demo.

                    I bought product from Croma Prozone Aurangabad. But they told us Delivery and installation will happen within 3 working days. But nobody responding from their end.

Jaha se li thi waha check krwai unho ny kaha is ki kit change ho gi wo unho ny change ki us k bad koi 7 8 mah nikaly phir khrab ho gai phir gujranwala se 8000 dy k thik kwai kic private bandy se q k warranty se nikal chuki thi aur tcl walo ny thik krny se inkar kr diya tha khair thik hony k bad ab phir khrab ho gai hai..

                          I have few lines on my 43 inches uhd 4k tvl tv so i registered a complain and they said technician will visit in 24 to 36 hrs but no one came and then i have to call them daily and finally after 1 month the technician came.
                          He said panel is need to be changed so again the process of calling start and now it's more than two months since when i am calling them daily and every time they are giving new dates and new reason no service provided.
                          Tcl is just a creep, suggest never to go for it..

                              I have complaint that my curve led tv is not showing picture and sound on dated 09sep2018 complain no. 18299501.
                              Your service engineer taken photo of tv part to be replace. I have contacted your tcl help line 5 time they always said that part will be dispatched shortly. Still more than one month problem persists. It defam your brand name. Please resolve the problem.
                              Panel board problem with in 15 days and no service is provided and no proper communication for the complaint raised complaint No :20699601.

                              Customer care is not responding for the past one month and Service team is also not responded.

                              Sales Team /Installation team all are helpless on this.

                                Now almost 2 month is over and my request still pending. Every time new date are giving to me.
                                After 6 month only Color panel gone I call many time call center but they said 10 days now it is more than 2 month still color panel not replaced...
                                I have purchased tcl 32 inches after 6 month only color panel gone, 2 month completed but color panel not replaced if you call to tcl help line they always said 10 days now more than 3 month is over...no one come for replacement...

                                  Mera naam tarun kumar hai maine amazon.in se 26 december 2017 ko tcl 109.3 (43 inch) l43p2us 4k uhd led smart tv (Golden) perchased ki thi jo june 2018 me kharab ho gayi tv par one year ki warranty thi jiski complaint maine tcl ke toll free number par ki. Complaint hone ke baad technician ghar per aye part ko change kiya, to bhi tv sahi nahi hua to part wapas nikaal liya aur kaha doosra part lekar aayenge aur sahi kar denge. One week ke baad doosra technician aaye part lagaya phir bhi tv sahi nahi hua. Fir technicians ne bataye ke iska panal change hoga jo ki is samay hamare pass hai. Wo order kar mangakar laga denge jo chaina se ayega. Uske baad mane 15 se 20 days baad call ki tab bataya abhi part hai nahe jab ayega tab aap ko call kar deya jayega tab se aaj tak mare pass call nahe aaye hai. Phir kuch din baad phir maine call kiya to abhi bhi nahi aaya hai. Tv ko kharab huye 4 month ho chuka hai. Mere paas call recording bhi hain unse baat cheet ki.
                                  Sir mai bahut pareshan ho gaya hu in logo se sir jo bhe ho sake hamari help kejeye. Please help me. Koi raasta bataiye.

                                    Now almost 1 month is over and my request still pending. Every time new date are giving to me.

                                    Day 1 : my panel started to show dark red colors in most of the places.
                                    Day 4 : one agent came and he said its got malfunctioned, we had to replace to the panel. Since the tv is under warranty (Its been only 3 months) he said it will be done for free.
                                    Day 10 : no replies from agent. So i called him and he said its coming.
                                    Day 20 : he said, panel got broken while importing so they will try again.
                                    Day 30 : he said the same which he said on day 10
                                    Day 40 : he said the same which he said on day 20. Now i got mad and yelled at him how on earth it can be damaged during shipping for two times.? At that point he said, ill give you someone else call number regarding this and that someone game someone else number again and that guy promised it will be fixed in three days but nothing happened.

                                    Now they are saying that they have no idea when the display part will available.

                                      I have raised a compliant few months back, Compliant no: 14807001, one of the mechanic came last month and he said some part has to be changed inside, But still TV Issue has been not rectified, I got Mr. Rakesh South India manager contact Number [protected] from you call center, I spoke to him and he said they are expecting a part and delay in shipment, they will rectify with in Aug15th, but still they have not rectified and now he is not receiving my call.

                                      We are disappointed with the TCL service & Quality they have.

                                        I have a TCl 32 inch Tv since last 10 month and In month of June 27th my Led was not working and it was completely blank i have gave a complain (id[protected].After given complain technician visit my home 2 time within a 20 days then he assured me a complain was resolved within a 10 days but when i called to customer care they said the LED part not available and the part was came from china he also assured me it was came within a 7 days and then resolved your issue. He provide me a manager mobile number of TCL but he also given me a same information. My complain still pending and no one given proper resolution. I was very harassed there service then i raised a complain. please look out this issue and take proper action to resolved my issue..

                                          4 months after the purchase some vertical and horizontal line appeared. I call tcl and the representative gave me a case number and asked me to send pictures from three different angles to the email [protected]@tcl.com

                                          I called a week later and was informed that my television is not be serviced, since the determination by the warranty department is the screen is cracked. I told them that the screen is not cracked and have included picture of the screen area with the television turned off. There are no impacts, blemishes or cracks on the screen.

                                            Day 1 : my panel started to show dark red colors in most of the places.
                                            day 4 : one agent came and he said its got malfunctioned, we had to replace to the panel. since the tv is under warranty ( its been only 3 months ) he said it will be done for free.
                                            day 10 : no replies from agent. so i called him and he said its coming.
                                            day 20 : he said, panel got broken while importing so they will try again.
                                            day 30 : he said the same which he said on day 10
                                            day 40 : he said the same which he said on day 20. now i got mad and yelled at him how on earth it can be damaged during shipping for two times.? at that point he said, ill give you someone else call number regarding this and that someone game someone else number again and that guy promised it will be fixed in three days but nothing happened.
                                            day 50 : i kept in contact with that person but no progress has been done. so i tried to contact CUSTOMER CARE again.
                                            day 60 : till now they been doing same [censored] what these other agents done. only good at words but no actual progress.
                                            day 70 : now i am the most frustrated person in earth. now i regret the moment of bought this TV.
                                            meanwhile : they facebook admin sucks. they simply dont reply. screenshot attached.
                                            so : NEVER BUY THIS CRAP. THEY SELL IT FOR CHEAPER COMPARED TO OTHER BRANDS BUT ITS A TRAP ! ONCE YOUR TV GOT REPAIRED THROW IT IN DUSTBIN BECAUSE THEY WONT REPAIR IT!. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

                                            My tv is in warranty . but now he doesn't work efficiently . so plz register my complain ne send the electrician as soon as possible
                                            April 16, 2018: I reported that our TV that is still under warranty has darken the right side of the panel.
                                            early May 2018: I sent copy of receipts, pictures and all other documents they needed. The service center near at my place picked up the defective TV.
                                            (i constantly follow up weekly or twice a week)
                                            June 2018. I called and was informed that there has a unit for us as replacement of our defective TV but was cancelled for giving it to the other client.
                                            (i again continue to follow up weekly or twice a week every now and then, only to receive same update, repeatedly for 2 months)
                                            August 22, 2018 of this day and still i don't have the replaced unit with me. Very POOR after sales from you TCL. I am really disappointed. If i could go back, i should not have bought this TV. You guys out their should not even put this brand as an option when it comes to buying TV. I'll give you no star for the quality of your service.

                                                I have purchased a tcl 55 inch led tv from amazon a year back. All of a sudden i could discover some vertical lines in the top right corner of the tv and slowly it went worst and the tv is now disfunctional. I have raised a complaint with tcl (No.[protected] a month back; however, i am not getting any service though, my tv is still within warranty.

                                                I must say that, if you are planning to buy a tcl tv; then, it's a "big nooo".

                                                  Even after using stabilizer, the tcl 48" curved tv failed. When i raised the initial complaint, the customer care person told me that the product is in warranty. After a week, when i followed for the issue fix up, the customer care person mr rohit is telling, the product is out of warranty.
                                                  When i referred the initial service (Number:[protected]s) request which says the product is in warranty and now you (Rohit) are telling not in warranty.. For that mr rohit is responding that you are an educated person and you calculate the warranty months on your own. Also he mentions the person who raised initial request was terminated from the company.
                                                  He abruptly disconnected my call.
                                                  This is a pathetic response from tcl.

                                                    One month back i have raised a ticket with tcl for re-installation of tv (Both removal and re-installation at my new house), you have sent your technician, who removed the tv and took 2300 rs from us, telling that 500 rs is the charge for removal and 1800 is the charge for re-installation including wall mount, but from the past one month i would have called him 20 times and every time he says he will come tomorrow or he will tell he is busy as if we don't have any work other than waiting for him.
                                                    Again from the past one week i have spoken to your customer care people multiple times, to which your people just raises a ticket and the ticket never closes. I would say i have never seen a pathetic custom support as yours. Do you really have such a big problem in reinstalling tv, if that is the case, you could have said we cannot do it, but collecting the full amount at the time of demounting and then not sending any technician for remounting is nothing less than robbery. I dont know who gave you the authority to rob people like this, request you to please send a technician for tv installation. My registered mobile number is [protected]

                                                      I have purchased new TCL 40" smart TV on 13th may morning and requested the customer care for installation on the same day...till today I have call them 6 times but they have not send any technicians... One of their call operator's had cut my call while I was talking to him... I am very disappointed with your services...I have doubt how you will provide us services in future😒😡

                                                        This is to bring to your notice that on 14th february 2018, i bought a television set (C2us uhd tcl) from you at the cost of (Rs 64000). However, i am sorry to inform you that the set is faulty. The problems are as follows:

                                                        Firstly, within few days key board was not working. Secondly, the remote control is also not functioning now i complained.

                                                        Now, complete tv is dead and nothing is working. I had given complaint on 29th march, same day technician visited and took picture and video. Till date he has not updated service center, i am calling customer service every day and resprentative, reverts that technician has not received any information

                                                        Every time i called customer care they assure, their senior will call back in 30 minutes, now response coming from team. I m frustrated and make sure others don’t suffer.

                                                        I m copying this email on consumer court, twitter, facebook and all possible social media. I feel cheated and will make sure people buying your products are aware of your product quality and after sales services provided.

                                                        As a result, now i wish to reject the goods and claim a refund. Kindly respond to my complaint asap..

                                                          Tcl company claims 2year warranty of led. I dropped my led to fix a display problem but they are not returning my led not receiving the phone call, every time when i asked them about my led they just say we will update you. But they are not returning my led. Worst service and worst promises. I need my led back. I suggest who are willing to buy tcl please don’t buy they will not give you the support.

                                                            I had bought a 48 inches tv tcl 121.92cm c48p1fs full hd curved led tv from amazon 0n 27th february to gift it to my sister. Thus was the first led tv at my house and we bought after lot of discussion and survey and finally selected the tcl brand.

                                                            7 months down the line i got lines insides the tv and only half portion is visible.

                                                            I raised complaint with complaint no: 5585201 last month and the technician visited and there were no response post that..

                                                            Post that when we tried contacting the service person he said that is external damage.. But there is no damage at all.. I can pack the tv and sent to whichever address you want for investigation or you can send some other technician..

                                                            He also said if you pay 80% if the tv cost we can repair it..

                                                            I called the call center and they said there is no update and they gave a technical head number to discuss and there is no response from him too

                                                            I was shocked at the response.. With lots of difficulty we bought this tv and again 80% to be paid???

                                                            I have personally seen the tv and there is no damage externally.. It is easy to blame the customer and put the onus on us.. We know how to operate and take care of the asset which we have bought in emi..

                                                            I have kept on follow up further but no response.

                                                            Don't buy tcl products it is waste of our money and they don't care after the sell the products
