Tjori is a pathetic site.
I bought 2 dresses our of which one is delivered with a tag of Xxl but it's size is actually S.I mailed them regarding the same and they replied to my first mail regarding options of refund which can be used later and then I kept on mailing themfurther to which I haven't got a single reply.There is no reply to my enumerous mails and no pickup is done and no refund as yet.There is no phone number to contact them.I am sick n tired of mailing them.My money is stuck.Need help in this matter.

Regarding product delivery
I placed an order in August this year using a coupon which I received in return to a failed delivery from tjori's end. It's been more than two months neither my product is delivered nor am I able to use the coupon to make another purchase. I have tried reaching the customer care but all in vain. They promised that the issue will be resolved but no action has been taken yet. Kindly, resolve my issue. Please find the attached files for the failed order for which the coupon was issued and the pending order

Did you ever receive that credit voucher? And even if you did the question is did they deliver the product you ordered using that voucher???

Order not delivered and bad service

I have placed an order on Tjori on 24th sept . The order is pre-paid . I haven’t received any update regarding the shipping till now . I have sent almost 10 mails to their customer service and have received info saying that they would be shipped soon . That’s it . I’m sending them mails everyday and there is no proper response . They don’t even care about their customers . It is a fraud website .

Prepaid order if clothes

I placed my order in May 2020, they haven’t delivered my complete order till date. I was patient till date due to the lock down and restricted logistics. But they don’t address the grivences properly or initiate the refund even after multiple requests
When you raise a complain, they provide random response and close the complain
We have prepaid money which is stuck with them. There is no option to exchange or get money back

I have placed a order in #tjori in June 2020. It was a prepaid order. Even after 4 months they haven’t delivered the product. They are refusing to communicate regarding the product. They aren’t ready to refund.

Order # 730438322210249 not received even after 38 days
Tjori has not yet sent me the replacement even after 38 days. I had ordered a M size on 15th Sep and replacement was done 17th September; however as it was not the correct size, I asked for replacement, no one has cared to give accurate information.

No delivery even after 40days of ordering
Havent receive my parcel even after 40 days of ordering it. Have written them lot many times but everytime they give extended date for delivery. Also when i asked for cancellation and get my refund, they said they dont have refund policy but return policy under which they would give credit voucher. How can i take credit from a company whom i am not sure if i am ever going to get the delivery.
I just want my order to be delivered/ refund. No credit voucher i will take.
This is real fraud. Please stop these fraudsters from operating. They are looting customers.

Refund not received
I had orderd from this website https://www.tjori.com/ (Tjori). Ordered 3 product out of which 2 were pants and one was a kurta. I had orderd all 3 in small size.
They sent one of them in xxxl and the other 2 product were damaged and torn.
I raised the issue with them but they ket closing my ticket and did not take any action. After several attempts on email, i raised this issue on facebook and i received a respone that they will send someone to take the product back. They sent someone to pick up the damanged product and conveniently forgot about the wrong size product they sent.
I have now returned the product that was damanged and i have written to them several times, they have stopped responding to my email and i have not received my money back. This is fraud and i have been very disappointed by this behavior.
They have to return back y money that i have paid for the 2 product for the amount of 1398rs

Hi i had ordered for a salwar kameez set with tjori on 17th august and received it on september, the product looked like used one and i had to return the same, after lot of emails, i get a voucher to claim the amount by buying their products, when i try to buy them it shows it's not valid...

I ordered 4 apparel items on 5 july 2020. Order no:[protected]. Only one item is delivered, rest 3 items not. For long i have been following it up. All in vain. I had contacted them multiple times on email: [protected]@tjori.com and [protected]@tjori.com, and the customer care: +91 [protected]. No response, even for the cancellation or refund.
I have waited long enough. I am requesting a refund for the 3 non-delivered items.

I have ordered two pairs of sandals from the site on April 5th and one product was delivered on July 27th and the second one hasn’t been delivered yet and there is no proper response from their side regarding the delay...and the customer cannot contact their representative at any point and no proper response through the mail

I have placed my order for 2 pieces of cloth o 3rd May 2020. But till today tjori team is unable to deliver them. On asking again and again they gave reply that due to lockdown they were not able to deliver it. Then finally they promised me to deliver my stuff by 1st July 2020. But till date nothing has been delivered. I want my hard earned money back. I do not want any cloths from them now.

I had placed an order in the month of April. 2 out of 4 items were delivered. Other two items that were costlier, are not yet delivered rather they keep on changing the delivery dates and give excuses on mails. No other option is available to reach out to them except of mails . Moreover, when I asked about refund they stopped reverting on my mails.

If your operations are not working properly due to present circumstances one can understand but you should then refrain from taking orders or be clear and transparent about delivery time lines.
I wanted to call you but there are no working numbers you have. That is very strange. Surely the owners have mobiles and they should be more responsible towards their customers. Besides, somebody is operating your accounts as I am getting the delayed delivery date updates. It leaves me with an uncomfortable feeling and I definitely want to cancel this order. You have mentioned in your return policy that you do not refund but I do want a refund as I am feeling tricked into having had to make that payment towards a defunct order.

Ordered two suits from Tjori as on 2nd August and to my surprise it's scheduled to deliver in September with no option to cancel nor any revert on email nor customer service desk reverting.. Next expected this as fraudulent site.. Pathetic service with no reverts or refund

I had ordered the product before the lockdown and i understand the delay in delivery but now after 2 months i dont need the product so i asked them to not deliver the product. But their executive said to receive the product and then put a return request.
Now neither are they accepting the return nor are they responding to my phones and emails.
The product is also not of the color i ordered.

4 months, prepaid orders still undelivered

It’s been 4 months all the orders were prepaid they have not delivered the order yet they are not ready to revert on the mails messenger insta or anywhere their call system is blocked is what they mention they are hyping up their sale, one doesn’t have the option to choose cod they are not reverting back on any of emails in their bio it is written they’ll be back in 24 hours please don’t make any purchases from such a firm

The stimulating oil Tjori sent have no worth using at all. Its having strong fragrance with no information regarding it and not showing the ingredients mix properly with percentage.
Also no stimulation in oil.
They are just fooling the customers and making money with misleading information.
You are requested to kindly take action against such company and provide justice.
They are not replying and not giving resolution.

Complaint marked as Resolved They are not returning their fake product. They mailed only to return it in Tjori wallet Account and not returning it in cash.
As I don't want to purchase another fake product from them.
So my complaint is still on.

Delay in order delivery.
I ordered a suit from tjori on 15th june the delivery time was committed after a month and there has been a delay in delivery since.
The team has not been responsive and the price which i paid for the product was 2849 and in this one month of waiting time, the price of product is reduced to 1700.
I have been requesting for a refund and i don't see any email from tjori addressing my concern.
This is the worst experience i have ever come across.
Whenever i send them an email i get a response and then it says ticket is resolved.

There were three products.
They wrongly showed in their site that they delivered 2 products and one will be delivered soon but it is a big lie.
Tjori is a scam.

I have placed an order in tjori online shopping store in the month of may and have not recevied the order yet. Though the covid-19 is considerable, the customer care is not providing any updates. They are also not agreeing to cancel my order to whih they say it is under terms and conditiions. I am receiving all kind of packages from new delhi to bangalore, but tjori says they are unable to ship. I do not need the product which is taking long time, i need this to be cancelled and the amount to be refunded.

The company does not provide any customer service.
No reply to any mails, no calls and the reason giving is lockdown.
If lockdown is an issue orders also should not be taken.
There is no follow up, no intimation of product delivery.
Extremely bbad experience.

I have ordered a few products for a month now, but haven't recieved even one of them.
I tried reaching them but the registered number is fake and nor do they answer mails or mesages. Moreover, it won't let us cancel the orders, i am not sure if they will send the genuine product since a few people online have complained aganist the product recieved in poor condition with no bar code and packaging and expiry details.
I want a full refund of my money back.
Tjori is scam company looting money from innocent customers.

I got wrong product and regarding this i've send many mails and contacted tjori on instagram also i have message mansi gupta owner of tjori on instagram only but no-ones assisting me for my concern.
I want my refund for wrong product delivered.
