I had ordered some products from tjori's official website on march'20. My order no. [protected] is registered with them and i haven't received my complete order yet. Its been more than 3months now but there is no sign of delivering. They had taken my money already but not giving the ordered item. Their customer service is pathetic. I have tried calling but the number is not working and emails are not been replied.

I had ordered two body mist on 4/6/20... its going to be a month since then and even their customer service is not responding properly...i would never recommend such fraudsters and i would want my refund

I had ordered silver jhumka in tjori and it costed rs.4000/-, worst finishing and work, the kilo gms of jhumka mentioned in he website received does not match at all. Unable to return not responding to email, my money went. Cheaters, please do not buy anything from this website. No 1 cheaters, our money they play with that and trust. Unfit, please do not buy.

I have requested for cancellation, they have not returned my money back nor did they send the product. Mansi gupta owns this fake web site. So please i request not to buy from this tjori. There are lot of complaints against them.

I have ordered Skin Brightening Serum on 13th May 2020.
Its been one month but the product has been not delivered and now its showing extended delivery date as 4th July 2020.It will be almost two months when I get the product meantime my marriage will get over. I am really worried please help me with this asap

Too much late for delivery and the service of customer case is zero. Plz i want to cancel my orders and need retuen of my paid amount.

I ordered a kurta online. I want to return it since i did not like it. Their service is horrible. They do not reply to emails and there is no way to communicate with them.
I need my refund back and they are not even responding. They are cheaters and nobody should buy from them.

They should have proper customer service so that we can get our money back.

I need to return a defective product and customer care is unresponsive. I'd ordered a blouse on tjori and the item is received is defective.
They've sent a damaged product and i contacted customer care immediately to no avail. Phone calls are not answered, i've sent multiple emails via their website. And a customer care executive finally did reply but she didn't try try to actually arrange a pick - up. They sent me a "hi" to my email requesting them to return my product. This makes me shudder at the skill sets of customer care at tjori. Why is it so difficult to return a damaged product? I've honestly had a hideous experience shopping at the website and i will never do business with tjori again. I'll also ask everyone i know you stay away from the website. It has turned shopping into such an intensely harrowing experience.
There has been no traction in resolving my problem.

I had ordered a kurti which didn't fit me well. I decided to return that kurti and order a new one. Since they don't have any refund policy, they issued me a coupon code with unlimited validity. A week later, i used to place an order for another kurti. Also, i paid the outstanding amount to place that order. The payment was made but order was not placed. I didn't get any confirmation of the order but had the money deducted from my account.
I have been trying to contact them for more than a month now but couldn't. They say they don't do calls anymore and welcome complaints and queries over whatsapp, but they are not available there as well. The issue is not yet resolved. Their behaviour is highly unprofessional with no proper complaint and feedback centres. My money is stuck there. I want them to either send the product or refund the entire amount.

Hey this is puja from kolkata. I have placed an order on tjori - online store. I have ordered for a dress and a scruber there. Anyway i placed the order on 28th april & it is paid also. But it's been 12 days passed, neither i have received my order nor i am able to communicate to them.
I have written almost 7-8 email to them. But one general reply came in a blue moon that they are looking for it. Also that helpline no. Doesnt work at all. It is a harrasment for me, as i have spent 1662 rs.
Now who's gonna refund ny money and time i have wasted on that site. I am looking for my order only. Please take some steps. Or else its a request to govt. To not just give the permission to anyone to fool common people.

They delivered wrong products to me on march 29. I wrote to them for replacing it with right order on march 29, to which they reverted on april 1 and asked me to share the products photo on what's app number i. E [protected]. I called on their official numberi. E. [protected], got no response. After which wrote to them again on april 04 and haven't hear back.

Request a right order or money refunded.

This company is totally irresponsible, does not follow up with emails . I placed an order in May 2018 and I never rec'd it. I had been emailing them regarding this and I get automated response only . Now that email address doesn't work either . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE your Money and time by ordering items from them. They don't have good customer service and you will be very disappointed trying to resolve a problem related to the order .

It's been more than 20 days since i have placed an order and still haven't received my order, if i call up delhivery customer care, they are not able to recognize the issue and tell me what it is. Poor interaction between tijori and delhivery, both are not able to help me out. I have been contacting both since a week now and nothing has been resolved.

I returned product after complaint on non usability of product. The refund is not provided still. I paid 1532 rs for product but company is not giving me full refund. Only claims to give me a credit coupon on next purchase. The product on next purchase does not arrive even after followup. So money is lost and company makes money in this sham product refund manner

I ordered a silk jacket from tjori.com on march 15th 2018 and to my shock and disappointment they sent me an entirely different and ugly item from the one that was pictured on their website. After delivering the wrong item from the one i ordered on their website they have disappeared and there is no way to get in touch with them as they only have an automated phone system with no human interface to speak to! Repeated follow ups by email has only met with silence or nonsensical useless responses that do not address my specific concern. At one point they asked me to send pictures of the wrong item which i did and then there has been radio silence from them. It is becoming evident that there is zero intent on their part to make good the damage they have caused by delivering the wrong item to me, as there has not been a single phone call to reach out to me nothing. On top of this they send one way whatsapp messages stating they cannot arrange a pick up and that i the already inconvenienced customer need to figure out how to ship the wrong delivery back to them after which they will inspect and offer me an exchange!!! An exchange!! Why would i want an exchange from this unreliable untrustworthy company after they messed up big time and continue to be awful thereafter - all i want is my precious money back and that they are penalized for such wrong doings and taking the public for a ride! They are shocking in their lack of concern for customers after getting their money out o[censored]s and i want this known to as many new customers like me as possible and that the consumer forum makes them pay my refund in full and collects their bad product immediately.

Had ordered sandal wood body mist from www.tjori.com. ordered arrived today (1st march 2018).
1) there is absolutely water instead of body mist inside the bottle.
2) when i tried to add review in their facebook page they marked it as spam
3) next when i tried to add comments in their facebook page about my experience they again marked it as spam.
4) i sent them a message via messenger in facebook and they didn't care to even reply.

It's not about rs.600/-. It's about breach of trust.

I have purchased a pair of jutti from tjori on 11th november and gave the payment via paytm and it was delivered to me on 23rd november. The footwear is a size bigger than required and i wish to exchange it but cannot contact the company in any way. A email has been sent but haven't received a reply. My invoice id is #[protected]. I request the company to promptly look into the matter, and connect with me via my details given to the company....
