This organization has crossed every limit of harassing the customers by calling them 3-4 times a day. If you every open toothsi app and didn't buy any product, their sales team will leave no stone unturned in making your life hell by calling you unnecessarily everyday 3 to 4 times. This is a genuine conerns. I have more than 70+ numbers in my phone's block list related to toothsi.

Toothsi contacted us on downloading app and signing in. Then we have paid down-payment 11000/- and then after 3, 4 days we have paid full amount remaining 43, 999/- that total 54, 999/-. Today we had experienced that they toothsi fooling us. So we want our total amount return. Please help us....

They are spamming too much calls everyday 3-4 times and irritating too much. Even though i told them i am not interested they are calling me from different numbers. Leaking my phone numbers and calling from personal numbers I’ve mailed them still I’m getting calls and they are harassing me so much

I have done a scan through toothsi. I have not purchased toothsi product but still they are not opting me out of the loan that toothsi arranged on behalf of me through third party "savein". Now I have cancelled for the treatment and not purchased the product but toothsi is delaying the cancellation of my loan through third party. And they are not collaborating with the third party "savein" regarding cancellation of my loan payment.

I am getting 3-4 calls from unknown number from Toothsi. Even after saying that i am not interested, they are calling agin and again. How to stop them from calling me?

I approached toothsi for my forwarded teeth and crowded teeth and for the same I book their consultation for Rs 499 that was video consultation and in video consultation doctor told me about treatment plan and asked me to pay 11000 as a down payment for treatment process till now I had not gone to any clinic nor any impressions I had given next day when I received bad feedback from my friends so I asked them to cancel my treatment as no procedure was done and no impression was done so I asked them to refund my rs 11000 and in mail also I asked them but when I receive the call they denied me only video consultation was done and for that I paid them 499rs but 11000 rs was for my treatment which I have denied next day and now they are not paying my amount no alinger kit I have received and no treatment I have started still also they are denying by saying their company policy for which they don’t told me earlier

I was asked to go for the prime plan as there were gaps and issue with jaw alignment.
Was asked to bear the cost of both cleaning and xray which i did so.
They charged me 50k
Apparently, they promised that going forward there will be nothing that i have to bear.
However, they have asked me to some filling on my own which is basically contrary to the statement they promised earlier.

I have been tried to get in touch with the customer service but they are not responding.
I am being told that i will receive a call back but haven't got any.
I have already made the payment and haven't got any responses so far, its been almost a month now.

Can we escalate this and be harsh of the seller for fooling around?

The team of toothsi is continuously calling me regularly I already blocked there so many numbers but they call me with new new numbers ..I'm totally fed up with their calls please stop this

Fraud done by Makeo Toothsi I install their app Makeo by seeing their misleading advertisement after login to the app they call me multiple times harassing me and forced me to buy their product. I have very bad reviews about this bad company.At first one person came to my house for the scan and I told him that there are gaps in my upper jaw teeth in middle and he told me that it is due to computerisation and the other person named Anil I told him the same but he called me many times to make the downpayment of 11, 000 and hurried to do the other payment with emi's! I have had taken a toothsi dental scan home visit, later chose 1 plan, but after consulting with my doctor I decided not to go ahead with the treatment with Toothsi.
They have deducted 50000 from my account and now not ready to give refund. not answering calls.
No service was provided to me from Toothsi and I need a full refund...

I have had my scan done last year and I chose the plan but later on decided not to go ahead with the treatment, I haven't given my OPG.
Still Rs. 50, 000 are deducted from my account. No aligners or any dental service is been provided to me and now no one is responding when I am asking for refund.

I have purchased aligners from toothsi and started wearing them, within a week they have damaged my gums and I was unable eat anything infact unable to speak properly. I have spoken to them and visit there center in Geeen Park, New Delhi. They have removed the attachment and I have returned the packed aligners kit to them but they haven’t issued the credit note and not refunding my money. They are not replying over the emails as well due to which I’m unable to claim my refund legally. I’m feeling being cheated by the company who is spending crores of there investors money on endorsements but unable to refund INR 60000/- to there customers whose gums were damaged by there bad quality product. I don’t know where this world is going, we can’t trust anyone in today's date.

Please help in getting my hard earned money back from this company. I’ll be highly obliged because this amount is big for me but not for this company because they are giving crores to Virat and Anushka.

So, last month I decided to buy the plan from Toothsi but on receiving the plan from dentist, I decided not to proceed with the plan because there was no progress shown (in before & after images) and my dentist clearly told me there would be no desired results which you want (due to implantation done in my front tooth o[censored]pper jaw)
So Now I am reaching out to the toothsi representative for my payment reimbursement that I made. I texted him on whatsapp, called him as well but no response.
Kindly reimburse my amount asap as I have been asking/chasing them for it from over a month now.
Kindly assist me in getting my refund amount back.
Total amount I paid so far= Rs 11, 000.00
X ray= Rs 750 (which they told is reimbursable)

I booked my plan last week offer for emi. After that they started telling do this do that. While doing those process my dentist said me not to undergo the process and cancel the plan. Now they are not cancelling the plan. The executive is also not responding to any msg. I don’t want to pay for any of this as I am not doing the process they will not start my treatment . Although my emi will start next month.

Daily requesting them not to call, but again and again they are calling me, harassing me. The worst company I have ever known. I spoke with them very politely and asked them not to call as I am working on night shift and in day time I use to sleep and their calls disturb me every day. I'm harassed by them. Please help me

I opted for toothsi aligners treatment for a total 41000inr. Initially i did a payment of 11000 as the guy (SRIKANTH didn't told me about their refund policy) who came to me for check up was on hurry and make me FOMO and i paid 11000inr. After few days they exposed me to different plans with prices of 50000inr(1st plan), 75000inr(2nd plan). So i asked them to cancel the plan and refund my TOTAL money, now they saying only 6000 is refundable...

I opted for Toothsi aligners treatment worth 41, 000inr. And initially i paid 11, 000inr after somedays they proposed 2 different plans with extra money (74, 999) so request them to cancel my plan and refund my total money. But now they are 5000 as deduction charges. This is insane 5000 for what, they didn't informed me while purchasing their scam plan. The guy who came to do check up, was on hurry and made me FOMO i did the payment so 5000 deduction is huge for me. Please help me get the full refund

Hey. I had booked an appointment and unfortunately i wanted to cancel it. But when i told to cancel he said me that there is no refund and when i asked him that u didnt said Me this before.. Then he is like i don’t know anything about it there is no refund. You talk to doctor. ### Toothsi it number one cheater company! Never ever think to get in touch with them! Never!

Toothsi people are calling every day 3-4 times. Even though I have told them I am not interested. They call from different numbers. They are constantly spamming with calls.

I have opted for this almost 2 years ago and they said the treatment period is for 9-12 months but it’s still going on and due to usage of alligners my treated root canal tooth got tooth decayed again and I had to spend an extra 10000 now also they have extended the period for another 5 months and no one is bothered to look into the issue.

I have initiated a refund request of 45000 to the company. The company is not resolving my request. It has been more than a month since I put in my request.
Their customer service is clueless and very rude. I have called them a billion times and they do not tell me anything. They just tell me somebody will get in touch with me, and no one does.

Toothsi (aka MakeO)

Toothsi aligners is duping people of their money. I have raised a refund request for my service. It has been more than a month since I put my request.
My ticket ID is 00433307.
I have called them a million times and they have not responded. The amount is 45000. They are not getting in touch with me at all, and every time I call them they tell me it is in approval stage.
I don't know what to do, It is a huge amount.
Please help me.
