I tried to book a flight ticket from Hyderabad to Vijayawada on 25th of July 2021, by the time of booking payment of Rs.3, 343/- was sucessfully made and then they sent a mail saying your ticket booking is in progress. After that one of their executive called me and said due to fair change/fair expiration you ticket was not booked and cancelled and we are initiating for refund and it will take upto 7-15 working days. From that day i.e. 25th...

Refund not received within 2 months period of time, of flight cancellation due to non-generation of PNR from their system and there are all fraud CSR working in this organization who are not even transferring phone call to their senior executives and gives an excuse of merchant glitch, system glitch and holds customers for more than 2 months. REF[protected]. Their support email is useless, support team is useless and they exist to rob money using their fake website in this digital world. Severe action should be taken to such organization who is taking advantage of digital world to loot people who earns money after putting lots of efforts and sweats together.

I bookef to and fro flight through their website i.e. www.travolook.in on 26.08.2021 against payment of Rs. 13990/- but they sent a message and an email to my mail id [protected]@yahoo.co.in after some time telling that the booking was denied by the airlines.The money would be refunded by 13 to 15 days.My booking reference is REF[protected]. Today on 15.09.2021 I called to their support number and they are again telling that they will take another 9-10 days to make the refund. It Appears they are a fraud company and cheating people of their money in the name of flight booking. Similar compaints are visible in different fora.

I have booked flight tickets on 6th July'2021 from travolook.in.

They cancelled all the tickets stating that price has been updated while booking the ticket and refund amount will be credited with in 1 week.

Later they stated that timeline for getting refund is 21 working days.

I have been following up with them via calls and emails. Every time when I call they say that refund will be processed in 1 week. It's been now 2 months since the date of booking. Claim amount is 16k for for below ticket References.

I am now fed up with their responses and reaching out to this forum to seek help. I was shocked to see that there are many such customers who have been cheated by this fraudulent company.

I request to take appropriate action against this company for making business with customers money.

My ticket got cancelled on the spot as I booked it stating that cancelled due to operational issues.Also, mentioning that refund will be initiated and reflect back in 10-15 days, but its been 25 days I didn't get my refund. I called the company and sent emails but they always state that they will soon initiate refund but it never happened.
I request you to look into the issue.

This is in regards to refund of 3 tickets booked from your website from BLR to IXR.

All the three tickets are cancelled by the airline and the money refunded to Travolook on 16th and 22nd June.

I have tried sending emails. But no response.
Also tried calling the Customer care but nobody answers the phone.

I have booked a flight ticket through Travolook on 13th July 2021. Within couple of minutes, customercare called me and informed due to the fare expiration ticket was not being confirmed and amount will be refunded in 7-10 working days. I have written emails and also called up customercare, in each call they replied as initiated refund process in 7-10 days amount will be refunded. As its been 50 days plus, please help me in getting refund amount.

Flight cancelled from operator then also charged 750rupees and that ok..even Flight operator has given fully refund amount, not single rupees deducted as it's cancelled from Flight operator(Indigo). over and above 750Rs also deducted 412rs addition without any reason and customer care said its deducted by Flight operator(Indigo)but when I show him refund status from Indigo 100% refund amount then they don't have a answer.
In every case they put hidden charges even their cancellation policy don't mention related 750rs charges

to much cheating to customer never suceess so don't just go for few saving on booking amount but latrer you loose more amount

Today morning, i.e., on September 1st, 2021, I booked a flight ticket from travolook.in website. The journey is from Bangalore to Rajamundry. I paid a total of 9946 rupees for the tickets. After booking the ticket, I received a call from the customer care of travolook.in and they informed me that the ticket got canceled due to a PNR issue and informed me that they will refund the amount in 7 - 10 working days. I asked him that why it will take 10 days of time to refund. He said there are some rules and conditions to refund. After that, I searched on the net(google) and found out that the company is a fraudulent company. I tried calling
back to customer care and it is not connecting. Emailed them but no reply. Please help me to get my amount refunded. The reference number is [REF[protected]]. This is the reason they mentioned: "Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration". I also have emails sent from
that company

I had booked flight ticket on 8/Aug with REF[protected]. Payment was deducted of Rs 7796.

Within an hour I got call from Travolook helpdesk, where they informed booking cancelled due to price expiration and money will be refunded in 6 days. Before i could ask any questions, they hung up the call.

Today 31/Aug, I have still not received refund from Travolook.in. As per your policy on the website, you process refund within 8 days.

Looks like Travolook is fraud company who is collecting and using free customer money using failed transaction/refund mechanism.

Kindly help with my refund asap and confirm

Sir I was booked my flight tkt from Bangalore to Ahmedabad on 02 May 21 but cancelled my tkt without any reason and not refund my cancelled amount till date

Ticket was booked and we proceed for next schedule booking but surprisingly we got a call after 10 minutes that our booking was cancelled and payment will be released within 10 to 15 days. I made a booking of Flight from travolook.in on 28th June 2021 for my sister from Mumbai to Patna(scheduled on 2nd July 2021)

But after Paying the 6283.00 from by debit card I received a call from Travolook that my booking has been cancelled because of increase in fare and I will receive full refund within 10-15 working days. When I called them after 15 days they told me I will receive refund within next 7 days. after that I called them many times but no response. it's been more than one and a half month but I haven't received any refund from the website.

They have done this fraud with many of people as I have read my reviews online and on social media regarding fraud done by Travolook in same way.
one of the person who was also fooled by travolook told me that if I complaint on this website I can get refund otherwise forget the money.

I would request Govt. of India on this Independence day that please stop this kind of online fraud in country and ask this website to refund money of all the people whom they have fooled. As this can only be stopped by Government of country.

I would request Govt. to disallow, prohibit and block the use of this website and refund this amount as soon as possible.

I booked a ticket with travolook.in for lucknowto pune and within 10 mins of booking I got a message saying Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF[protected]

Since then it's already a month i have not got my refund back.

Whenever I speak to the customer care executives they say it is processed and will be there in a week.

These guys are bugging people, they should be banned and their license should be cancelled.

People can't loose their hard earned money like this to these frauds.

I booked a ticket on 2nd June . As soon as the payment was debited i got a call from them that ticket can not be booked as the airline changed the fare. So i can try to book again and my refund will be credited in 7-10 days. Till 1st July they did not give any refund . After calling them many times and even sending mail they said with 7-10 days the refund will come . thereafter when I gave them 24 hours to do the needful else I will complain to authorities they came back with a mail saying please accept money in wallet as there is technical problem . Since I have refused they stopped replying . Now I have to find ways to get my money back . Seems there are countless people duped by them.

My booking for Spicejet flight ticket was cancelled with reference id: REF[protected] on 1st July, 2021. Refund has not been made till date.

Nobody is picking phone number mentioned on the website of the company. No response is given even on email

I tried to book flight from Travolook and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 6 days.

There is a Travel ticket booking website who Shows the incorrect price of the tickets(i.e. Airlines). As soon the money got deducted, Right after 5-10 minute We received a call from Travollook to pay additional INR 5760.00 to get the confirm ticket.

We examined the price changes and literally there were no change on the Airlines price.ON our denial to pay extra they cancelled the ticket and sent an email to us with a deduction of around APX INR 8000.

I had booked ticket on 1st June from Delhi to Srinagar from travolook.in. But due to their cancellation as they mentioned seat is not available, I couldnot travel and I was expecting refund, but after many calls and follow ups, they provide another 15 days of waiting period. I booked a Bangalore-Delhi flight on 29th May bearing reference number REF[protected] and immediately call an email followed by a call stating your booking is not confirmed due to technical reasons and money will be refunded in 10-15 working days.
When I spoke to the customer care, the rep was highly unprofessional and asked to to keep quite and believe what he says as it is my money at stake. I wrote two follow up email so far and have not received any revert. When I call their customer care, the call doesn't go through or they just hang up on realizing that I am asking for the refund.

I have booked multiple tickets on this website. Couple of the tickets were cancelled automatically due to fare expiration and few got cancelled by the airline. I would like to raise a complaint against this company to get my refund at the earliest.

I have booked a flight ticket from delhi to imphla on the 7/june/2021 and after deduction of money they gave me a called stating that the booking has been cancelled due to operational issue and the amount will be refunded within 10-15 working days, , i been calling them since and its been 12 working days and they still will not refund.!! Makings excuses that I haven’t completed 15 working days..so i was browsing about the website and many people are facing the same issue like mine. Non Refund of air ticket which got cancelled at their end
I had made a booking for air travel from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad on 28/5/2021 for 11/6/2021.
This was cancelled by Travel look due to some operational problems after deduction of amount through net banking.( Ref no. REF[protected] Dtd 28/5/2021)

They have informed to refund within 10-15 days. Still not refunded nor responding to mails.

I have tried to book flight ticket from Bhubaneswar to New Delhi through website "travolook.in" on 29th May 2021 at around 10:30 AM and an amount of Rs. 4662/- got deducted from my ICICI Bank Credit Card. But after 30 minute I got a E-mail from Travolook that "Your booking is cancelled due to fare expiration". After I contact to customer care they told me to wait for 10 to 15 Working days (Which doesn't include public holidays, all Sunday and Saturday as told by Customer care executive ) and I will get my money refunded by 18th June 2021. But when I contacted again on 18th June 2021 they told that refund got declined and I need to wait 15 more days for refund. Also I got to know from online platform that this company (travolook.in) cheating people in this manner. So kindly help me and take necessary steps towards travolook.in for cheating Travellers.

Amount of Rs. 4098 has been deducted from my card but no ticket has been generated and there is no response from customer care no. & email id.
