I have booked air ticket from Hyderabad to Dehradun for 16/4/2021and paid money through bank to travolook.in .After receiving the money they gave a call saying the prices have increased by the concern airlines hence they can not issue ticket but they will refund as normal procedure within 10 _15 days. But this is a game plan since they will show tickets available for the desired destination at cheaper price and you feel happy to get a seat and pay through bank. To show their sincerity they will remind you not to disclose any bank information. I still feel cheated that they indicate all Airlines prices and fake availability without having any link or authorization from concern Airlines. Such dubious travel agencies should be punished severally because they cheat on false ground and deprive the customer to avail lose on all accounts.

I tried to book flight from Travolook and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

On May 8th 2021, I tried booking an online air ticket from Chennai to Hyderabad on Travolook platform (https://www.travolook.in/), which is a listed online travel agency. Booking reference Id: REF[protected]

After making a payment of Rs 3067 through their website, the ticket was not confirmed. I received a call from Travolook customer care informing me that my ticket is cancelled due to "fare expiration", that a refund is initiated and I can expect the money to be reflected in my bank account within 10 business days (not considering Saturdays and Sundays).

Post this 10 day period, after repeated calls to their customer care (some of which were put on hold indefinitely), I was informed that it would actually take 10-15 business days from May 8th for the refund. I was asked to wait longer.

On the day of writing this complain, after 15 business days, I haven't received any refunds in my bank account yet.

This is a abuse of online payment system in the name of refunds where the company hoards money o[censored]nsuspecting customers in the guise of online tickets.

I request the authorities to probe this matter and look into the nature of their (travolook.in) business. In today's markets, refunds are initiated and executed within 3-5 business days, but this kind of money swindling is not seen before.

I demand the company to explain its position on this subject and return my money ASAP.

I had booked a flight ticket on Feb 4th, 2021, in the name of Parimita Gupta and Shaurya Gupta for Ranchi to Delhi through Travolook. After few hours i got a phone call from the agency, that the airlines has declined/failed the booking and hence the said booking in invalid. The amount shall be refunded back within 3-4 days . But, even after a span of nearly 3 and half months, i have not received the said amount of Rs.5857/-. My complain ref with them is mine mobile no [protected] and one ref they have provided i.e[protected]. The transaction was done through mine credit card.Kindly help me to get back the amount .

I tried to book flight from Travolook from (BOM TO LKO) (LKO TO BOM) and amount deducted RS. 8592 but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

I booked two flight tickets for indigo airline flight no.6E 255 from bengaluru to patna for date 12th of may 2021 on 09/05/2021 at 6:10pmfor which i paid Rs 11, 856 by card payment and i received some confirmation mail for payment and tickets saying that my tickets been booked and it will take 30 mins to reflect but when i tried doing web checkin after 30 mins using the given reference no. it showed invalid then i tried to contact the given helpline of website which is[protected] and [protected] after so many trials they picked up the call and after listening to my complaints they asked to hold the call and for few mins i waited but they were not replying anything then i disconnected and redialed someone picked and listened and asked me to wait again and without asking or saying me anything they cancelled my tickets(which i received on my mail) and disconnected me without informing me anything.
when i called up them again they kept on repeating this is our policy i cant do anything and they were not clear about anything like why they cancelled, when i will get my refund.
i didnt receive any refund amount yet or any response.
please look into this matter.thankyou

I booked airline ticket thru Travolook.in on April 19th, however this website cancelled my Booking: Reference No. : REF[protected]. Even after sending so many emails they are not refunding my amount which is Rs 10, 680. Please help me resolve this matter. after looking all the complain it seems this travel agency is habitual of keeping customer's money illegally.

My Booking was cancelled by Travolook on March 6th 2021 but still i haven't received any refund of Rs 5768 for that booking. Booking Reference for the same is : REF[protected].

It's has been 2 months and everytime they say you will recieve your money in 3-5 working days

Kindly take strict action against them

I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Gorakhpur on the 3rd of April 2021 and mintutes later I received cancellation email from travolook advising that the tickets could not be booked because the fares have increased.

I spoke with Vaibhav from travolook teams and he informed that since the airline changed the ticket price the ticket could not be booked from their end and full refund of paid amount INR 5618/- has already been initiated from their end.

They advised to wait for 10-15 working days and the full amount will be refunded to original source maximum within 15 working days. I kept asking them to share refund reference number but they always refused to give the same. I even sent many emails asking for refund reference number but they never provided the same and sent scripted response advising to wait for 10-15 working days. 26th of April 2021 was 15th working day but I did not receive the refund.

I called them again and now they had another story to tell. Spoke to a very unprofessional agent Julie who very conveniently said THE REFUND COULD NOT BE PROCESSED DUE TO SOME UNKNOWN OPERATIONAL REASONS. It is clear that they do not want to refund my money.

Kindly help me get my money back.

I tried booking flight ticket on travolook.in and made payment for the same. No ticket is booked and after sometime i get a mail that the fare has expired and I'll get the refund in a week.
I know it's a fraud as I've booked the ticket for the same price later that day.
And it's been more than a month and my refund has not been processed.

I have booked ticket on Mon, 14 Dec 2020 from www.travolook.in of Indigo 6E - 2125 airline from Delhi to Nagpur by name of Dharamvir. And 4180 INR deducted from my account and not received confirmed ticket and today is 17 April 2021 i didn't receive any kind money. I have booked flight ticket from Mum-Prayagraj and Prayagraj - Mum. Amount was 7960 Rs. After booking immediatly ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration. They said they will refund full money withing 7 to 10 working days. Today 13 days finished but didn't get refund yet.

I booked flight ticket on 1st march. It was cancelled from travolook side and was told to get refund in 10-15 days. After 15 days I called back and again told that it will be refunded after 15-20 days. On 24th Feb, I called and then told that it will be refunded in 7-10 working days as it is delayed due to some operational error. Now the portal forced me to go to consumer forum. I don’t have any option and I strongly don’t recommend anyone to book from this portal as it is fake and fraud portal.

I had booked a ticket on 16th Jan 2021 from Mumbai to Indore but it got cancelled due to surge in fares.
I received mail saying ticket got cancelled and refunded would be initiated.
At first they mentioned you will receive refund in 15-21 working days. Then said 7-10 days as there is some operational issue. Now they are saying its processed from our end you need to reach out to your bank but they are not sharing transaction reference even after making several calls and emails. They make excuses like our email team is not available, supervisor is not available. Such a fraud company fooling people.
Please do something about this fraud company.

Vide reference given above, my flight booking has been cancelled. I contacted several times since then to get the refund. So far, the amount has not been refunded. I booked my ticket in December 2020. Even after four months, the refund has not been received. Kindly look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible, failing which I will have no other option but to approach Consumer Court or Court of Civil and Criminal Court for suitable compensation/ action.

I booked ticket from delhi to chennai on 12th feb. Due to fare raise got call from travolook executive that fare has raise by airlines. Please pay rest of the amount.so i said cancel the ticket and refund my money. Till now they have not refunded single penny. Called many times every they give me timelines to wait 10-15 days . Anyone know how to raise a complaint in consumer court or any another place.

I have booked a ticket from travolook site and the airline ticket was booked after 20 minute a call came from the travolook customer care that you have booked a ticket from HYDERABAD TO TRIVANDRUM has been increased due to fluctuations of flight rate if you want to confirm the ticket you have to give 1280 Rs MORE and if you don't want will refund the amount in 10-15 days and a 500 Rs refund amount will be deducted and I asked why this 500 Rs refund amount will be deducted, I told it's not my fault. Why should they charge me 500 RS for their fault .

I Booked a air ticket on 18th Jan 2021 through travolook.in, the ticket amount was deducted but ticket not booked.After half an hour customer support call me and told that ur ticket was cancelled and amount will be refunded within 15 to 20days. its all ready 1 months over but not get my money back, whenever i talk to customer support they told me it will be refunded withn a week.
I request to consumer complaint Forum to take a strict action on these fraud travel company. and banned them from their services.

I have booked a flight ticket from delhi to bhubaneswar on 5th november 2020 but due to non-confirmation of PNR my ticket was cancelled by travolook and they called and said that refund OF Rs.7150/- will be issued within 20-25 days and since then i have called many times but every time they said it will be refunded within 10 days, 5days etc. till now i have not got my refund.

dest. DEL TO BOM, amount deducted from my card and after 5min i got a call back that my flight is cancelled due rise in fare. you will get refunded within 15 days. till date i contacted many times my money has not been transferred.
